Oanh did such a great job on my nail design that I requested. I also had a wonderful pedicure with a lady who did an amazing job and she took her time which is greatly appreciated! Amazing experience, I will be back! read more

Kim's Nails - Nail design - Nail Salons Near Me - Antioch, Tennessee

I go a day off last minute and wanted a spa day for myself since I haven't had the time to get my nails done. The staff was very nice, offered me water and got me sat very quick. The salon is cute. Cleanliness could be better. I didn't notice until we were almost done, but there were fingernails from another appointment (I was the first one for the day, so it was from the day before). The mess went beyond usual nail polish. I couldn't tell if brushes had been cleaned, or new files were being used. I asked for a tortoise shell with a thick French tip. It's fine, colors are great. It looks similar to my inspo, but the gel is so built up it looks like I have bubble nails on. I've never had gel out on SO thick and quick. I enjoy a quick appointment but they did a gel builder set in 1 hour with a design, which surprised me. Once I realized the cleanliness thing I really just wanted to get through the nails and pedicure and leave. They put SO much oil on my hands and feet, I'm still trying to get it off lol. Wouldn't really recommend because the prices don't match the service. If I pay $100 for an hour service, it better be top quality. My previous nail lady was in a private studio and charged $125 for a 2.5 hour service with impeccable quality (I moved away sadly). The gentleman has only been doing nails for 6 months and you can tell his newness, and there's nothing wrong with that. They just need to charge appropriately in that case. Will be continuing to go to private nail studios read more

The owner Miley is great! Staff does an amazing job. I highly recommend going. Run not walk you won't be disappointed

The staff were very disrespectful and ignored me for a very long time and openly laughed about me just because they didn't think that I could speak English. If you value being treated normally even if you're not from this country I do not recommend this place!!! read more

i usually don't do reviews but my nails have never been painted this poorly. there is no attention detail and it's just sloppy. i mentioned my concern about a few of them and she disregarded them. mind you, this was just a simple paint. no designs no french tip nothing too fancy. so i was really disappointed with the lack of effort done on my nails. not to mention she burned my cuticle with the drill by trying to work too fast. there was nobody waiting so there was no reason to rush. my vacation nails are literally hideous and did not have any time in my schedule to spare to ask for a different person so i had to accept this L. the artist was not necessarily rude but she was not receptive to my concerns. read more

I spent $150 for a miss Penny pinky now and a jacked up middle finger that's ping. The other nails are beautiful, but those two nails are ugly and falling apart and miss painted and everybody complement my hands and feet when they have done for $150. But we continue to keep these Asians in business when they mistreat our black asses. read more

Allow me to preface that I don't get my nails done frequently. My mother made an appointment for me to get my nails done. I checked out the Technician 'Miley' via her recommendation. Instagram Handle: @mileydodonails. She has decent work. Her nails are thick. I will say that if you don't speak up about what you don't like or are unsatisfied with she won't fix it. Also see your technicians quality of work before booking with them. I liked her. I was booked for a Saturday at 10:00am. I still have a residue on my hand (can be washed off after a while I'm sure.) read more

Absolutely the worst service I've ever experienced in my entire life. I made an appointment and still had to wait. I had to wait for everything. How does a pedicure take two damn hours. And I bought the expensive package and I didn't even get everything I paid for. Please don't waist your time and your hard earned money on anything here. There are better services outside of Antioch. If you are looking to pay to be pampered this is not the place to go. What a complete waste of time and money. Then no good massage. I work hard and always look forward to a massage. Nope not here at this place. I waited almost an hour before getting something to drink. Of course I tipped him well. I am in the tipping industry and what comes around goes around. I tip well. I left feeling like I got ripped off. Didn't even do all the services I paid for but after waiting 2 hours I just wanted out of there. Just awful. If I could give no stars I would. read more

I've been coming to this nail shop since I've moved to Nashville! My eyebrows and nails are always on point ! I love the service and vibes they create in their work space ! Highly Recommend !! xoxox read more

10/10 it was my first time and I loved it ! Miley did a great job on my nails . Would definitely come back again !

They literally burned my face and still refused to give me a refund. I'm gonna raise hell until they get shut down!!!

The worst place ever. DO NOT GO HERE! They gave my family an infection and burns. They are VERY unsanitary and should be closed down. There is no way they are still up and running. read more

The old man needs to retire...bad attitude and awful work. Cut my cuticle while giving a manicure. Then proceeds to put something on the open cut. I asked to see the bottle and noticed that it has Cancer causing ingredients and declined having it put on my open wound. The bleeding continued so I opted to finish the manicure with a band-aid and no color. He had a MAJOR attitude while checking me out. I will NEVER go back. read more

This salon is an hour drive from me and I will never go to a different one. I recommend this nail salon to everyone. such great vibes and great workers! 10/10 read more

I'm usually pleased with my experience BUT today I had my usual gel mani and pedi. However, I have an overlay on my big toe and the tech apparently thought filing it was sufficient. I was told the other 2 were too busy to do it...I assume she didn't know how to do it because she kept piling polish on it and saying something that I didn't understand. Either way this was unacceptable. read more

I live in Lebanon and have been a customer for years (even when they were located in Hickory Hollow Mall). Have tried other places in Antioch and Lebanon but the use of cheap products that the acrylic chips or pulls off my nail or putting a big hump near the cuticle saying that is better. I travel from Lebanon to Kim's Nails because I feel they know what they are doing and do my nails the way I ask. Love the employees there and will continue to be a loyal customer as long as they are in business. Melody read more

terrible place. there were only about 4 people working, there were 3 people being attended & yet we had to wait for about 25 min to finally be attended. when we sat down the last had a nasty attitude & kept raising her voice at me. in the middle of doing my nails she left to attend someone else & about 9 min later another guy began to do my nails. we then waited for another 10 min & the lady finally came back, once again with her attitude. the service was terrible, the wait was ridiculous & the charge is outrageous. i'm not coming back. read more
