I have been getting my nails done at Bella Nail Spa for several years. I recently had a male nail tech that doesn't speak English, had to ask another tech what I wanted and then filed my nails, and filed my nails and still didn't get all the previous dipped nail residue removed. I have dips in my nails and lump places on them. My nails have had splits in them and are so thin that I fear doing anything to them. I did email their website with no response. I did not want any type of financial restitution and stated that. I won't go back. The manager does seem to have an attitude. They just lost another customer!!! RUDE service! BAD attitude! And they don't seem to care, at least Andy does not. I have been going to Bella Nails for a couple of years. I have been irritated by the attitude of Andy who I think is the manager there. I like pink and white acrylic but he seems to be the only one that can do that so he always does my nails. He suggested I get pink acrylic and white french polish nail tips. So that was working out ok. The last time I was in there, he said do you want them shorter. I said "a little bit". He filed them all way down to my finger tips and asked "do you want them shorter"? I am thinking any shorter and you'll have to take my finger tips off! When he started to polish the tips I said I need you to put the white down farther on the nail bed so I have enough white tip. He said it wouldn't look right. I told him he got my nails too short for french tips. I would just have to get them polished. I go in there with decent length on my nails wanting french and end up having to get them polished! I will never recommend this place to anyone. I called ahead asking how long the wait was for the services needed and was told to just come in. I got there in no less than five minutes. When I walked in, I checked in and was told to go a table for the dip manicure. I hadn't had a chance to choose a color or really catch my breath (as I'm heavily pregnant lol) and the tech immediately wants to start taking my previous color off of my nails as I'm trying to choose a color from the basket (which requires both of my hands). I then had to find a way to choose a color while she was removing my polish, and she could tell I was frustrated so she stopped, moved the basket closer to me, and glared at me. Once I realized I was being death stared I looked at her and said, "Im just going to go somewhere else, I'm not going to get glared at while trying to choose a color." She said, "okay"-got up and walked away. I've never been treated so poorly at a nail salon. The way she looked at me was like she could kill me. 0/10 don't recommend this place. I'm an easy customer and would have just loved to choose a color with both hands instead of trying to hold the basket with my pregnant belly, one hand, and an employee glaring at me. I went in and requested a fill in I was asked to sign in. I signed in and sat down for the man to start on my nails I asked him how much was a fill in he said $43 I thought that was strange because I paid $50 to get them done. now this is a fill in overlay on my real nails ! So I asked him if he could lay the acrylic thick so that I'm not coming back in 2 weeks. I've noticed mail techs will apply the acrylic thin so you must come back in 2 weeks! So he said no I can't do that I said ok thare fine I will go somewhere else because I am a hairstylist and I can't come back every two weeks and afford for my nails to be applied thin. so he stood up and said you need to be nicer ! I said how was I not being nice by asking to apply my acrylic thick before starting I just left he was so rude !! He sits in the very front ! Worst experience ever! Went for a pedicure and left with a bleeding sore on the bottom of my foot! Technician was so rough. There was no feet softener in water, nothing in water, massage was 1 minute with a drop of cream put on my legs. When I asked the owner for a refund, he said we did a service and we never refund. If he calls having a patron leave hurt and bleeding a service, he should not be in business. It took 8 days for my foot to heal and was so uncomfortable walking! Will never set foot in this place again. Will go down the street where they do wonderful pedicures and manicures as well. When someone is concerned about the effects of excessive UV light on their toes, the next action should not be to humiliate them in front of the entire salon. I was told by the manager that it was because my toe nails are too long. They grow fast, and that's the whole reason I'm there. To get my toe nails done and cut down without messing up the previous work from before. However, my toe nails have always grown quickly. And I've never had the issue of the big toe yellowing. It is only after I get gel polish in my toes. I did my research, usage of UV lights CAN cause it. But I wasn't accusing the salon... I hadn't even gotten them done at this salon. I just had concerns about getting gel and wanted to give my toes a break, switching to regular for a bit. I was spoken down to like I was dumb in front of everyone. My toes came out okay, but that first interaction after waiting 20 mins after my scheduled time made me uncomfortable for the rest of my visit. read more

To start off I have been coming here for almost a year and I have never found a salon that's is better than this one. They are really nice and talk to you to make sure you know what you want before the start. When you go often they remember who you are and have lovely conversations. When Andy say me down he pulled out a tip to rip my old set off. i told him that I had requested a soak off and that I could not do the tip rip off, based off of the fact that I've had acrylic on my nails for three years and my nail beds are so soft. He continued to argue with me and told me that he could not do a soak off until I told him that that was fine, If he couldn't do a soak up, I would get up and leave. he theb allowed me to soak my nails off, but he transferred me to a completely different person and he was so incredibly rude and I could tell that they were definitely talking shit about me. I would never ever recommend this place to anyone else ever. They are so rude and they will overcharge you. they quoted me $10 during my pedicure for gel and then charge me 20 and charge me extra on my nails not just for the soak off but because they did not like me. My overall experience was great although it didn't start off that way. I entered facility, never had been there before. Everyone was looking but no one said hi or welcomed me. Can we say awkward? I was literally sitting there for probably 15-20 minutes before some guy came over. I waited another 20 minutes before someone came to get my daughter so she could get her manicure done. The guy who did her nails was so friendly. My daughter is 6 and you could tell he is great with kids. After her nails were done she was sitting to have them dry, another nail tech said she was sorry I had to wait so long, she thought someone was helping me and that she was going to be doing the service. I couldn't quite catch her name, I think she said something like "Ty" maybe. I didn't want to be rude and ask again. I had a picture of what I wanted my nails to look like. They turned out even better than I had imagined. Probably the best my nails have ever looked to be honest and I am extremely picky/OCD. My nail tech was so sweet and kind. We talked about our kids, and other related topics. After being at the salon for the duration I was, I noticed that they are very business orientated and run a tight ship. I realize not greeting me was by no means personal although a little unprofessional. They aren't your typical nail salon in the sense that they weren't taking every single walk in or person who called for a reservation. While I was there many walk ins were turned away. They simply didn't have the time and that's okay. Price was very affordable which was refreshing. I would 100% recommend Bella Nail for your salon. I will be a return customer for sure. Well what a year can do to you. I hoped to the best but not really. I just to come here before I moved but now it has no customer service. I was put in a chair that didn't moved the massage to the whole back, and made a squeaky noise (massage chairs don't make that noise lady) so she didn't change me to a different one even though I was the only one there, so needless to say I didn't get a massage while getting a pedicure. I was going to do the super deluxe pedicure but after that I told the girl (very nice lady though) that I just wanted the basic after all, well she start hurrying to fish after that, not taking her time like 3 sec before I told her that. Next was my dipping powder nails, what a joke! They tried (me patiently didn't go off) twice to do the nails and failed both times! Andy the owner is extremely rude!! I would over look some of the rude comments he would throw every now and then b/c I was told before I started going there that he could be rude. BUT TODAY did it for me, I took a picture of the polish numbers I wanted and showed them to Andy, he got the colors I asked for. The red color looked pink in the container so I confirmed that it was red b/c last visit they told me some colors have the same number but is a different brand and may be a different color, he got upset and yelled "this is the color u asked for", I politely said yes but I want to make sure it's the right brand, this man said "don't ask me again". Excuse me, I am not your child and you will not talk to me like that. I told him about himself and told him I will not be back. I waited five days to write this review because I wanted to make sure that my nail polish lasted longer than 36 hours.. I happened on this place by chance. I went to get an eye exam over at a place on this part of town, and as I was driving away, I saw this place. Being that I have been doing a lot of gardening in flip flops, my feet look like I worked in the fields.. I HAD to get them scrubbed and prettied up for Spring sandals. I walked into this place and I was told to sit in one of the massage chairs against the wall. I sat down and a young man came and put the massage chair on, and filled the tub with warm water and my pedicure began, immediately. He scrubbed, massaged, cleaned, removed cuticles.. He was thorough, gentle and did a wonderful job of polishing my toe nails and massaging my legs and putting hot towels on my legs. I was offered wine, and was told they had a gal there that did facials as well. I was very happy with my pedicure, but wished the gal with the loud IPAD could have put some ear buds on so I didn't have to listen to the crap she was watching..... When I get a pedicure, I like to close my eyes and not listen to TV, videos or someone else's phone calls. I just want to relax, chill, and float away for 30+ minutes. In fact, I think most of us feel that way... Make sure you get the dude that does the awesome pedicures. The gal that has to watch TV is a lost cause. Get a facial too, I think that would be a wonderful period of total relaxation. Basic pedicure with massage was $20. --------------------------------------------------------------------- After 3 weeks, my pedicure has no nicks..... I had a very important interview the day after I went to get my nails done so I was hopeful that I could find a place that would do an impeccable job. I can say that Kim at Bella Nail Spa exceeded those expectations. She was very careful to avoid injuries with the hot towels and clippers, paid very close attention to the detail in her cuticle manicuring and painting, and went back over multiple times to correct mistakes. I got a quality pedicure and gel manicure for $55, which is comparable to other salons in the area. I would recommend this salon and especially Kim. read more
