First thing first- they were actually open on a Sunday and they take walk ins. Talking about a lifesaver, I was hooked then. But that alone was not the best thing, I would have to leave that to the welcoming atmosphere, the quality service and the professionalism of all the workers. They offered complimentary water or soda and engaged in conversation with each other and the customers. They d it d excellent work on both my mani and pedi complete with designs. They accept cash and cards. Establishment was very clean and they sterilize between customers. I have found my new nail spot and I wasn't even looking. read more

Loved that I stumbled into this place. Decided on a whim because I had some time to treat myself to a pedicure. I had to wait a little bit, but no big deal, they settled me in with wine and gave me a chair so I could get the massage going. My tech (Andrew) was awesome and we had a wonderful conversation- none of that being ignored stuff- they treat you like neighbors which was refreshing. And he definitely took his time with the massage which was glorious. I had the deluxe pedi plus some added little design totaling $80. Honestly not a bad price to the time, attention, and chill vibe. It's nothing fancy, but they treat ya right. read more

Well, I gave it another try and it was just not good. Their prices are higher. I only did a pedicure but should have just walked out. Their tub was dirty. The pedicure was ok but overall for the price not worth. The place is rundown and small. I'm good. read more

Called and asked how much a full set was, the lady said they start at 45$ okay cool I'll go get my nails done. I wanted them very short with I got(they are almost touching my skin) lady recommended gel polish so I got it. I paid 75$ for my nails that are barely off my skin. I'm upset. I didn't say anything to the lady because I feel that could just be their pricing but I feel this is outrageous. I love the set but for the price I would've went anywhere else read more

Found this gem close to our house, didn't want to fight the Providence traffic. Wife got gel on her toes and dip on her fingers, I got the pedi only. Walked right in with only a short wait. This nail place was great I came in to get my * one * nail fixed and they did not hesitate at all. Kayla was very friendly and helped me right away. I am from out of town this was right near me but they are 10/10. Will be back when I am visiting again!! read more

First time coming! Very kind and skilled. They have TONS of options for their gel colors, it took me about five minutes just to choose my color. A gel was $40, which I am used to. I would say that is an average price for gel. They have appointment available if you call ahead. I suggest calling ahead when you are walking in, you get faster service if they are expecting you. read more

Ownership has changed since reopening from Covid, but I love the staff. They are courteous, welcoming and always upbeat. They do all they can to make you feel welcome. They keep appointments unlike some nail salons and they are talkative and personable. I've had the most interactions with Shawna and they don't try to up sell me or overcharge. I even had a nail split and needed it repaired and went in and they didn't even charge me. Mail salons like this are a rare and dying breed and I'm grateful I found them. read more

We had a great experience here. The pedicures were decently priced and the staff was so nice! I only have 2 complaints. 1. There was a clump of hair on the bathroom floor. It just needed to be tidied up. 2. We just wanted our nails buffed and they charged us an additional $5 each. That was not listed anywhere and had I have gotten nail polish that would've been included. read more

Will definitely be a long term customer! Great experience and she was so kind to take the time to bring my crazy nail design visions to life. Definitely need to schedule appointments in advance as they get booked pretty quick. One of the few places that offers hard gel or builder gel and it's truly life changing. It actually keeps your nails healthy and strong as opposed to other options. read more

So many good reviews and so close to my work? I thought to myself: maybe this is the one. Maybe this is the salon that doesn't have long waits and does good work at a reasonable price. Nope. For $75, I essentially had a nail polish change. No manicure services at all. No cuticle cutting/cream. No lotion. No hot towel. No massage. He took off my dip polish and put gel on. The gel paint itself is okay - pretty from afar, not so great close up (he definitely didn't get the whole nail painted). I definitely had to do some clean up work myself when I got home (shaped one nail that was rounded like the others, removed overgrown cuticles, etc.). Definitely not worth the price for the services I received. So I guess I'll still be on the lookout for that above average nail salon in Nashville that doesn't charge an arm and a leg. read more

Very kind. I called without an appointment and was on Music Tow trying to jet to the nail salon. Hunter took me for an appt and soon as I walked in, he was ready. I got a full set with white tips and gel top coat $40. Also, got an all black gel pedi $4The price point was reasonable and I was treating myself. This isn't my usual. My two Big toes kept messing up under the lamp. They redid the polish 3X. It was no ones fault but the law of gravity with my feet angled under the lamp. I will return, they did more than enough to make sure I was good. BTW, first time I've gone somewhere and the drilling didn't hurt. Thanks for sparing me the pain. read more

It's a disrespectful consumer experience. I didn't find value in the staff's conspiring efforts to up sell my mani-pedis to a "gel". Regardless of how much money I had they were uncomfortably pushy. They were sure to tell me each time that "the regular polish won't last". An old and obvious attempt to increase the sale. Overall the mediocre quality of their nail designs was also extremely disappointing. I asked for cherries thinking that wouldn't be too difficult. My nails ended up looking ridiculously childish & unrealistic to say the least. A Waste of time and money. read more

I love this place. I live a half hour away but I'll drive out there every time without any question. I've been to other salons here and in Chicago, and Max and his staff are by far the best nail techs I've ever had. I've gotten dip powder, gel, and acrylics done here and all have been incredible! They're so skilled with designs as well- I can bring in a picture of anything and they do it perfectly. They've done marble designs and mermaid scales on mine and I get SO many compliments. I'll never go anywhere else. My nails have also never broken or even chipped after going here- which is HUGE because I'm a hairstylist and am very prone to that! In addition to their work, they are always on time. I've never had to wait more than a few minutes. Even the one time I got caught in traffic, they worked with me and I didn't have to wait long at all. I really appreciate that about them because I feel like other nail salons that take appointments don't necessarily respect the appointment times. They're all so nice, efficient, and do fantastic work. I can't rave about this place enough. I'd give more than five stars if I could. read more

Ladies, I'd highly recommend u save ur hard earned $$ & go elsewhere. WHY? My Daughter & I came here 2 wks ago, both got a full set . I got Acrylic & daughter got dipped nails ( 2 separate operators here did our nails. Within 3-4 days upon leaving , daughters nails started lifting. We went back to demand a refund. The older of the sister owned bus. Talked my daughter in2 sitting down & fixing ALL 10 fingers w/I 15 min we were outta there. What?! Another 2 days ALL nails lifted again & they all popped off now. As for my nails. I have a FUNGUS UNDERNEATHE EVERY NAIL ON EVERY FINGER. A GOOD Nail tech won't have this happen & Ill NEVER WASTE MY $$ & NEVER COME BACK. IF I could take a pic 2 show you I would but I can't on this platform, sorry. read more

My first time going to get my nails done in a long time. I've been to sooooo many salons and every time I left with a mediocre nail job. I stumbled across this place on Google and after looking at the pictures I had to check it out. Most salons that I've been to can't do a proper ombre and the few I've found that can have been really rude. Max was really awesome to talk to and he is an actual artist, not just a nail tech. After talking him for a bit I decided to let him decide on what to do with my nails and they turned out awesome. The colors are something I wouldn't have chose on my own, it was fun getting out of my comfort zone of just black or nude nails and letting him do some artistic expressionism. The woman who did my pedicure was very sweet and nice to talk to as well, even though I got the cheapest pedicure option she took her time and did a really great job. read more

M Nails is over priced. They charge you extra and don't say anything til your $20 over the rated price when they finish. I had to look at their prices again. I paid $55 for an acrylic set and to take my old set off. I made sure to ask them about the price for my nails and they did not say it would be an extra hidden fee for "long" nails. The menu prices do not say anything about extra fees for the length of nails. And to be honest sis.. I'm from LA and I could have gotten WAY BETTER work for $35 and any shape, length. This business needs to communicate ALL EXTRA CHARGES when they work on you. Because me clearly asking how much multiple times and the tech tells you one price then a whole different number at the register is not good business. But y'all look at my index nails and underneath the nails where my tech did his work. My index fingers are horribly slanted. I hate when nail techs make your acrylic on the index finger slanted. That shows a rush and that you did not take your time. Might I add he was rushing the whole time and did not talk to me at all. I will no longer be giving this place my money. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS to women who like getting acrylic nails and know how they should look and be priced. Sis.. does this look like $55 worth of your money? read more

This is a magical and wonderful. Pay the extra $10 for the foot/leg massage. It's 100% worth it.

This was the worst manicure I've ever had. I didn't get any polish, but just the manicure alone including gel removal took 15 minutes. The manicurist rushed through the entire process, and ended up doing a terrible job on my cuticles. Not only did she miss a lot of cuticle work, but she cut me and made me bleed, and it continued to bleed throughout my entire pedicure. The pedicure was fine for the most part, although the callous removal could have been more thorough. read more

Terrible! Nails were bumpy and done hastily. We had appointments at 2pm for 5 dip manicures and didn't get to leave until 530. They overbooked themselves. They were extremely pricey for subpar work. They also have lots of work posted on social media of detailed nail art that they have supposedly done and yet told my daughter that they were unable to paint a rose on one of her nails. I will not be returning and would not recommend them to anyone. read more

NON-LOCAL REVIEW!!! So I really needed to get my nails done, I was going on 3 weeks with dip powder after taking my acrylics off(of a month) and let me say, my nails could BREATH with that stuff on, but this place, smh. I have naturally thick and long nails, I get that the acrylic took some of the thickness of my natural nails awake due to the fake tips and chemicals but this place literally soaked and DRILLED my nails down to 1 layer. I've never had natural nails that bent when I applied any kind of pressure, but after coming here, even with the layers of GEL polish they put on, omg. Whatever tho, I told myself. 2 days after getting them done and paying $55, my thumb nail just broke in half, ya know, with the "strong and healthy" gel polish that was applied on them chipping right on top of my nail and I had to take off my tip to avoid getting it caught :(. I've been to a lot of nail places all over the east side of the USA because I travel and this place has got to be the most talented with their polish but nail care? Not at all. I asked if they could scrape the dip powered off, with a nail scrapper/cuticle pusher, after soaking for 20 minutes(ya know, WHAT IT SAYS ON THE FRIKKIN BOTTLES) and I got denied and was told to continue soaking them for NEARLY AN HOUR(((( bruh 1 HOUR??!!!)))) IN ACETONE as they tried to take the dip powder off with a paper towel, mind you they kept my nails in a bowl of pure acetone and not wrapping it in foil, so yes my skin was very dry. I spent 2.5 hours here for a basic removal and gel polish ombré on my natural nails. 15 minutes of waiting, even tho I made an appointment, and an hour sitting there without a "hello how are you" greeting while a chemical ate at my nails and skin. Lucking Stranger Things was playing on the TV and kept me distracted. They did not use sterilized tools, I literally watched her use the same cuticle and nail cutters from the girl that sit in front of her before I did. I will recommend if you want a unique design for your FAKE nails, to come here, but I do not recommend bringing your healthy, natural nails here because they will get drilled and sanded down. read more

I really liked this place. Super laid back vibe & neither my mani or pedi felt rushed. They are masters at nail art and super nice. Prices are reasonable and the quality of work is above par.
