Ownership has changed since reopening from Covid, but I love the staff. They are courteous, welcoming and always upbeat. They do all they can to make you feel welcome. They keep appointments unlike some nail salons and they are talkative and personable. I've had the most interactions with Shawna and they don't try to up sell me or overcharge. So many good reviews and so close to my work? I thought to myself: maybe this is the one. Maybe this is the salon that doesn't have long waits and does good work at a reasonable price. Nope. For $75, I essentially had a nail polish change. No manicure services at all. No cuticle cutting/cream. No lotion. No hot towel. No massage. He took off my dip polish and put gel on. The gel paint itself is okay - pretty from afar, not so great close up (he definitely didn't get the whole nail painted). I definitely had to do some clean up work myself when I got home (shaped one nail that was rounded like the others, removed overgrown cuticles, etc.). Definitely not worth the price for the services I received. So I guess I'll still be on the lookout for that above average nail salon in Nashville that doesn't charge an arm and a leg. read more

Very kind. I called without an appointment and was on Music Tow trying to jet to the nail salon. Hunter took me for an appt and soon as I walked in, he was ready. I got a full set with white tips and gel top coat $40. Also, got an all black gel pedi $4The price point was reasonable and I was treating myself. This isn't my usual. My two Big toes kept messing up under the lamp. They redid the polish 3X. It was no ones fault but the law of gravity with my feet angled under the lamp. I love this place. I live a half hour away but I'll drive out there every time without any question. I've been to other salons here and in Chicago, and Max and his staff are by far the best nail techs I've ever had. I've gotten dip powder, gel, and acrylics done here and all have been incredible! They're so skilled with designs as well- I can bring in a picture of anything and they do it perfectly. They've done marble designs and mermaid scales on mine and I get SO many compliments. I'll never go anywhere else. My nails have also never broken or even chipped after going here- which is HUGE because I'm a hairstylist and am very prone to that! In addition to their work, they are always on time. I've never had to wait more than a few minutes. Even the one time I got caught in traffic, they worked with me and I didn't have to wait long at all. I really appreciate that about them because I feel like other nail salons that take appointments don't necessarily respect the appointment times. They're all so nice, efficient, and do fantastic work. I can't rave about this place enough. I'd give more than five stars if I could. read more

My first time going to get my nails done in a long time. I've been to sooooo many salons and every time I left with a mediocre nail job. I stumbled across this place on Google and after looking at the pictures I had to check it out. Most salons that I've been to can't do a proper ombre and the few I've found that can have been really rude. Max was really awesome to talk to and he is an actual artist, not just a nail tech. After talking him for a bit I decided to let him decide on what to do with my nails and they turned out awesome. The colors are something I wouldn't have chose on my own, it was fun getting out of my comfort zone of just black or nude nails and letting him do some artistic expressionism. I paid $55 for an acrylic set and to take my old set off. I made sure to ask them about the price for my nails and they did not say it would be an extra hidden fee for "long" nails. The menu prices do not say anything about extra fees for the length of nails. And to be honest sis.. I'm from LA and I could have gotten WAY BETTER work for $35 and any shape, length. This business needs to communicate ALL EXTRA CHARGES when they work on you. Because me clearly asking how much multiple times and the tech tells you one price then a whole different number at the register is not good business. But y'all look at my index nails and underneath the nails where my tech did his work. My index fingers are horribly slanted. I hate when nail techs make your acrylic on the index finger slanted. That shows a rush and that you did not take your time. Might I add he was rushing the whole time and did not talk to me at all. I will no longer be giving this place my money. This was the worst manicure I've ever had. I didn't get any polish, but just the manicure alone including gel removal took 15 minutes. The manicurist rushed through the entire process, and ended up doing a terrible job on my cuticles. Not only did she miss a lot of cuticle work, but she cut me and made me bleed, and it continued to bleed throughout my entire pedicure. NON-LOCAL REVIEW!!! So I really needed to get my nails done, I was going on 3 weeks with dip powder after taking my acrylics off(of a month) and let me say, my nails could BREATH with that stuff on, but this place, smh. I have naturally thick and long nails, I get that the acrylic took some of the thickness of my natural nails awake due to the fake tips and chemicals but this place literally soaked and DRILLED my nails down to 1 layer. I've never had natural nails that bent when I applied any kind of pressure, but after coming here, even with the layers of GEL polish they put on, omg. Whatever tho, I told myself. 2 days after getting them done and paying $55, my thumb nail just broke in half, ya know, with the "strong and healthy" gel polish that was applied on them chipping right on top of my nail and I had to take off my tip to avoid getting it caught :(. I've been to a lot of nail places all over the east side of the USA because I travel and this place has got to be the most talented with their polish but nail care? Not at all. I asked if they could scrape the dip powered off, with a nail scrapper/cuticle pusher, after soaking for 20 minutes(ya know, WHAT IT SAYS ON THE FRIKKIN BOTTLES) and I got denied and was told to continue soaking them for NEARLY AN HOUR(((( bruh 1 HOUR??!!!)))) IN ACETONE as they tried to take the dip powder off with a paper towel, mind you they kept my nails in a bowl of pure acetone and not wrapping it in foil, so yes my skin was very dry. I spent 2.5 hours here for a basic removal and gel polish ombré on my natural nails. 15 minutes of waiting, even tho I made an appointment, and an hour sitting there without a "hello how are you" greeting while a chemical ate at my nails and skin. Lucking Stranger Things was playing on the TV and kept me distracted. They did not use sterilized tools, I literally watched her use the same cuticle and nail cutters from the girl that sit in front of her before I did. I will recommend if you want a unique design for your FAKE nails, to come here, but I do not recommend bringing your healthy, natural nails here because they will get drilled and sanded down. read more
