BUT, it was packed in there so they were pretty late for my appointment, and I found it a bit expensive for what I received. $45 for a powder manicure with tools that didn't look sanitized beforehand, no drink option, no hot towel/massage/lotion. I got my nails done here before my engagement pictures & then again before bachelorette party, in hopes that they would be the ones to do my nails for the wedding- but they did SUCH a bad job. I thought it was my fault at first and gave them the benefit of the doubt the second tome, but both times my nails broke within hours of getting them done & just didn't hold up very well. For my actual wedding I found another place that was twice as expensive but my acrylics actually lasted a full two weeks (& trust me when I say that arranging my own flowers for the wedding and trekking through Europe was MUCH harder on my nails than a photo shoot or a party was). The only redeeming part about the experience is that their resident nail artist is INCREDIBLY talented. But it's pointless if you can't enjoy your beautiful nails because the gel/acrylic is weak and sloppily done. read more

First place in Tennessee I have tried an I was so happy with them. All the staff is super nice, my nails are pretty good. The reason I am going with 4 not 5 is because of price. I'm from Los Angeles and they are not as expensive as this place. They are too expensive for quality of nails. I will probably going to keep going to this place but if you are on a budget with your nails might want to look into somewhere else. read more

I just moved to the area and needed a good set of acrylics. I made an appt but when I arrived I still had to wait 20mins. This kinda got me off to a rough start here as I thought they would honor the appt time. However when Hunter finally got to me he did a great job! He was fast, meticulous and pain free. Don't get me wrong this place was beautiful as far as nail salons go. It seemed like the perfect place to get a nice manicure without spending a fortune. But unfortunately the end result just wasn't what I was expecting. The staff was friendly enough and the guy who did my nails was very fast and efficient but the lighting in there is very very low. So of course in there my nails look great. As soon as I stepped outside into the sunlight I could see they were nowhere near Great. They were way too thick and fake looking and not one single nail match the other and shape and style and length. I will not return! read more

You won't catch me getting my nails done anywhere else. The salon is relaxing and well designed. Max has made the most of a smaller space - there are plenty of stations and chairs for a full party without feeling overcrowded. I've been going to Max for 3 years now. If the pictures aren't obvious enough, he is unbelievably talented. I've been to many salons over the years and no one else was able to actually do the designs I wanted until I met him. I pay far less than I ever did going to Green Hills and get three times the quality. Max and his team use the best products and genuinely care about the health of their customers. I'll keep going back and keep referring my friends - you should check it out, too. read more

My sister and I are visiting town and were looking for a place to relax and pamper. We saw the five stars on yelp and couldn't have been more impressed. The atmosphere is very relaxing and classy. We called ahead and got exactly what we wanted. Both of our nail techs did a very good job, with care and gentleness. Would highly recommend this place. Well this happen 3 weeks ago & I've never ever been there before . Scheduled a 2 o'clock appointment literally sat there for 3 hours getting my nails done. I wanted the pink chrome & the lady said OK well she messed them up so the had to redo them again i'm guessing the owner redid them & then he told me they didn't have the pink chrome so i was like okay. Well he pretty much did his own thing & i was ok with it well after siting there for 3 hours he charged me 70$ & he even told me he didn't charge me the full amount because i sat so long. 70$ is WAYYYY to much for nails. So i'' just go ahead & continue to go to bella in hermitage BY FAR the best & won't charge a arm & a leg! read more

I have known Max for many years. I use to go to the salon he worked at in Lebanon before he got his own shop in Hermitage. He is the only one I will ever let do my nails. He is very professional & he takes his time & does exactly what you want, so yes you may have to wait a little bit even when you have an appt but the work he does is incomparable really. Helen & Seda can do pedicures like no one else. The massage with the scrub is the best. I used to work in Hermitage which was very convenient but now I live & work In Lebanon & will still drive that extra 30 minutes just to get the quality of M nails. read more

Finally! A nail spa in Hermitage where they actually sanitize the instruments, do a great mani/pedi, and practice good customer service skills. I've tried almost every nail salon in Hermitage and either walk out in disgust when they try to use unsanitized tools or do not return after getting cut or when my nails look a four-year old did them. I was impressed with M Nails and plan on making this my nail salon from now on. Mai did an excellent job. read more

After researching for 2 days, calling multiple nails salons, showing up and then leaving others, my friend and I on a whim ended up here. So glad we did. We were so drained from hunting down a place and needed our nails done for a vacation. We seen this place come up on a google search called and asked if they had any availability. The guy told us to come on in about 30 minutes later. We show up walk in, we were greeted immediately and quickly they fit us in. I received a spa pedicure, let me just say. Best pedicure I've ever had. This woman put her soul into this pedicure. Perfect amount of massage and she got my toenails into perfect condition. My friend was getting their nails done while I was getting the pedicure. I got sat next to him and began my manicure. We both got acrylic sets. My friends finished product were absolute perfection. I am also very satisfied with mine. I would also like to say my nail tech managed to get me finished at the same time my friends were being finished. This place works very quick but very efficient. The staff was very pleasant. We were charged exactly as their menu prices reflected. My only suggestion would be although they absolutely take walk ins. I would recommend making an appointment. It will make your experience even better and it's a courtesy to the business. read more
