I arrived at 10:00 a.m., the exact opening time listed online, door, & brochure, only to be scolded rudely- in front of another client- by Francis, manager, that my appointment was at 9:45. He went so far as to say that had I been 1 minute later, he would have left. I had even attempted calling earlier to confirm. After years of coming here, that level of disrespect was unacceptable. To make matters worse, he was seeing a walk-in client when my pedicure was completed. So I waited... And waited. Also, many of the talented staff, including Mary and John, have already left. Sadly, the quality of both care and customer service has gone downhill. I stayed for my appointment this time, due to my schedule--but this will be my LAST visit. I cannot confidently recommend D.Vinci Nails & Lash for anyone seeking consistent quality or professional customer service. Nat on bathroom floor, slippery dip powder on flooring most visits, when bleeding, used a "community" bottle of something to stop it. Scary!
