After 9 years of…read morepatronage--first with Lebella Nail Spa, and continuing after D.Vinci Nail & Lash took over--I was shocked by the poor treatment I recently received. I arrived at 10:00 a.m., the exact opening time listed online, door, & brochure, only to be scolded rudely- in front of another client- by Francis, manager, that my appointment was at 9:45. He went so far as to say that had I been 1 minute later, he would have left. I had even attempted calling earlier to confirm. After years of coming here, that level of disrespect was unacceptable. To make matters worse, he was seeing a walk-in client when my pedicure was completed. So I waited... And waited. Also, many of the talented staff, including Mary and John, have already left. Sadly, the quality of both care and customer service has gone downhill. I stayed for my appointment this time, due to my schedule--but this will be my LAST visit. I cannot confidently recommend D.Vinci Nails & Lash for anyone seeking consistent quality or professional customer service. I wanted to take my nails off because the guy I went to previously told me I needed a new set. Plus, I wanted my nails longer anyway and previously my nails were short French nails. The lady who did my nails didn't soak them. She tried to take my nails off with another fake nail and when she pulled the acrylic off, it pulled some of my skin off on the side with it which made it start to bleed. She apologized but that shouldn't have happened in the first place. With the rest of the nails, she was consistently rough. My skin stayed intact but it definitely wasn't the most comfortable thing to go through. In the end, I didn't like the result. The white was too thick. It's literally half of my nails. I showed her a picture of what I wanted. The shape is still a bulky coffin and the white was laid on too thick. I won't come back. The stars would only be for the place itself looking clean and welcoming. That's about it.

From the moment I sat down and mentioned that I preferred my toenails to be filed rather than cut, the technician working on me seemed irritated. Throughout the appointment she rolled her eyes, stared at me, and repeatedly spoke to her coworker in a way that felt clearly directed at me. The man she was talking to kept looking at me and then at my feet and laughing, which made the whole situation uncomfortable and unprofessional. It didn't stop there--while he was distracted paying attention to me instead of his own client, he actually burned my friend's toe during her pedicure. She jerked her foot and told him to stop because it hurt, and at that point we all realized we would never return. A salon should be a relaxing, enjoyable experience, and this was the exact opposite. The way we were treated was rude, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. We still tipped well--because it was clear it would be the last tip they'd receive from us--but I truly wish I had written this review sooner so I could name the technician. Regardless, a good salon owner should never allow this kind of behavior. This was by far the worst nail salon experience we've ever had.
