I only go to this salon when I'm desperate. But after yesterday's visit I decided I'll never be that desperate again. Their sample colors NEVER match what you get. When I lived in Lebanon, TN Nails So Happy was my go to. Kim was my primary nail tech, and she was wonderful and still is I'm sure. I recently went back there and a new tech I was not familiar with, Mike, did my mani/pedi. My pedi was fine, the manicure was a big disappointment and a waste of $$! He either needs more training or a different career. I probably won't go back because of this surprisingly disappointing experience. read more

Horrible nail tech that works there. Cut my nails without asking and added the tip. Didn't ask me if I wanted dip or gel. Didn't allow me to pick the color, when I asked to pick the color she rudely said "later".... so she continued doing my nails and I kept having to ask her to reshape them because I didn't like the shape. I haven't gotten acrylics in a very long time and I was very nervous going in but they were very awesome all the way around. All the staff members were nice and very calming for someone like me. The atmosphere was comforting and even when I first got there and it was busy it wasn't overwhelming. My nails are indeed very happy with the treatment and they look really good. I'll be going back for sure. I, at first, choose a color of the wall but they said I should get gel. They even had a matching coloring in the gel and it was dry and set immediately. Very awesome The man helping me was nice enough to help me get my card or of wallet because I couldn't with my new longer nails lol. Nothing about them was less than 5 stars. read more

The absolute worst nail salon, customer service and just completely disrespectful establishment. I asked for my mishaped, uneven nails to be be corrected. They were awful to me. Just awful. I was promised very intricate design and received polka dots, one coat of polish on several nails and no top coat. When I asked for them to be fixed to my liking and refused, I then asked for a refund and was asked to leave. I have been going to nails so happy for about two years. It's strange to say I don't have a favorite technician to do my usual pedicures, They all do a excellent job,and really seem to enjoy working there. They will make sure to offer you something to drink, the wine is not to shabby either! It would be a good thing to make an appointment, because I've been there when five to six people will walk in within a couple minutes. First I go in and specify "Gel tips please", I sit down and a woman begins doing my nails (CORRECTLY). The man then asks me to move and begins putting gel polish on my regular nail. "So tips after this polish?" I ask, and he looks confused. Turns out, they do not know what gel tips are, and he gets mad and has to re-do my nails, and is talking to his partner about me, partially in English. At this point I'm considering tipping extra. He begins asking for my shape. "Almond please." He doesn't know what almond is. "Is it a sharp stiletto? Does it come to a point?" "No it's not a Stiletto." "So coffin?" "No.." "Well you didn't know to say acrylic with gel so how would you know now?" "Just coffin then please" He shapes my nails, my pinkie is bleeding from him, my cuticles are a disaster and he didn't put oil on them, overcharged me, and got no tip. My mother is a certified nail technician, and I've been to four or five other nail salons in Jax. This was by far the worst experience I've had. Will NOT be returning. read more

Very poor sanitation levels. As another reviewer reported- they do not sanitize cutting devices like nail clippers and cuticle trimmers- I'm pretty sure it's not legal. Where's the health department??? Two ladies working on us were rude making comments about our nail polish choices and inserting opinions when they weren't asked for. My finished pedicure I would give about a C minus- not worth the risk of infection. You shouldn't ask your friend "are you okay" after you leave a nail place! read more

I tried this nail salon when I first moved to Lebanon. I went in for a gel polish manicure. The older gentleman was annoyed that he had to get off of his phone and do my nails. Over priced! Very unprofessional! My polish is already chipping after 3 days and nails are coming off. They treated us like we were a bother. They did a poor job and definitely didn't seem sanitary. We could tell at one point they were making fun of us and that's not how you treat paying customers. My daughter's tech even left the building for about 5 minutes leaving her sitting there waiting with no explanation. They worked on my nails while I was still getting my pedicure and made a mess all over me and left me to clean up the mess. They messed up my nails and laughed it off. Terrible quality. Not hygienic. I had my nails done and within 7 hours (without any strenuous work) my polish was coming off and looked terrible! I came in the next day and asked them to repair them. They were very rude to me telling me if I wanted it to last longer I should have spent $30 on gel nails. I waited 20 mins for them to tell me to come back in 2 hours. Rude. Unprofessional. I went to this place because my friends I was staying with recommended it. I needed my eyebrows done and one acrylic nail fixed. I told her what I wanted for my eyebrows and she made them extremely thin.... Not anything that I wanted. I was really upset. I tried to shake it off like maybe she didn't understand me. Well when she was fixing my nail, she didn't make it the same shape as my other hand and missed a LOT of my nail while painting. I asked her if she would comp me a polish change, which she did.
