Ok that's fine However unknowing of this I made an appointment online where it says boys/girls cut as service available. Made appointment and got to Salon where she told me they no longer cut kids hair and that the website is wrong I said ok I was still able to make an appt. showed her the website still shows kids cut and she said "that's a glitch and for today if you had an appt I would honor it today but I have someone here now" I showed her the email proof where I made the appt and she said "oh well that's a glitch and I don't it in my side and I have someone here" my grievance is don't tell you would do this if I have proof and when I show you proof you still don't ! ******UNSANITARY*********…read more I received services for the first time today in the Loft of Salon Galleria. I don't want to name my particular stylist as she really did do a good job on the haircut, but there was a major issue that will prevent me from coming back. I just want to bring it up to management so that there is better protocol.  My stylist used the same hairbrush on me as she used on the client before me, only removing hair from it. Why didn't I say anything? Because you don't complain to someone with scissors who is about to cut your hair, and when you need the cut badly, there's no walking out. There were no Barbicide containers at her station or any other station. It was a full house of stylists while I was there, and I didn't see cleaning solutions at any station.  I liked my stylist and her work, but the sanitation practices were not such that I would return. I hope this feedback can institute some standard practices, as it is a health and safety issue that affects all clients. If the majority of salons in Nashville don't already use and implement Barbicide and sterilization practices, they need to. Salon Galleria is not alone in falling short, but they still need to address it.
