Also I love the spa the facials and mani/pedi. They have the whole deal and great people working there . We look forward towards our every. 2 weeks massage . read more

At Body Kneads the atmosphere is comfortable and relaxing. Every member of the staff is pleasant, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. My visit was for a mani-pedi only. Having tired of strip mall quickies or more expensive nail spas focusing on acrylic nails, but short on quality of service, I was looking for a higher standard. The technicians were equal to or above what I have found elsewhere even at hotels, cruises and private spas. Finally, I have found a place that is top rate and highly enjoyable at a reasonable cost as well. I am looking forward to many more mani-pedis. And I can't wait to schedule a massage. read more

I finally had a chance to check out Body Kneads. I booked their introductory spa special with a massage, facial and pedicure. Truly, one of thebest massage I've ever had and I've had a lot! The facial was magical and their skincare products were outstanding. In fact, I ended up buying some on my way out. My pedicure was flawless and my calves thoroughly massaged. A beautiful and peaceful facility, skilled and caring staff, totally on point pricing for the level of services I received. If you're looking for a relaxing afternoon or just an awesome pedicure where you can also order a mimosa, I highly recommend you come here! read more

Body Kneads - Great pedicure! - Massage Near Me - Lebanon, Tennessee

Staff was great; especially Emily who performed my facial. It was wonderful! It was the most relaxing facial I've ever had.

I wanted a calm, relaxing environment & that is exactly what it was. Ashley was gentle but addressed my calluses. The chairs were comfy. The music was relaxing. read more

Stumbled upon this place while checking out the coffee shop next door and booked a pedicure on a whim. Very impressed! I was the last client of the day but I never felt like Donna was rushing to get through it. The neck warmer, relaxation room, and setup of the nail room really made me feel like I was at a spa where people cared about your relaxation experience. I will be back for sure! read more

Body Kneads was exactly what my body needed! My friend was in town and we decided we were both in dire need of a massage. Body Kneads is located on the second floor of a brick building right off Lebanon Road. The lobby area of Body Kneads is decorated nicely and I felt very comfortable in their spa. They also have a cafe on the first floor of this building, which my friend and I hung out at while we were waiting for each other's massages to finish (they even have the wifi password on each table!). I called in the morning when they opened and the very sweet receptionist was able to make us a same-day appointment. We booked back-to-back fusion therapy massages ($75/hour) with Jennifer, who was awesome. Although the prices are definitely reasonable it is worth the quality of the massage as well. If you aren't sure what service you would like check out their website--it is very informative! They ask you to do an intake form when you arrive and you can indicate any problem areas you want them to work on. Jennifer asked after my massage if I have an office job because she could tell I had knots/tension in my shoulders which she was able to release some of that tension. I will definitely be back and I'd like to bring my boyfriend here for a couples massage! So glad that I discovered this gem and I think you will enjoy your visit as well. read more

When I arrived, they wanted me to fill out paperwork including current prescription information which is none of their business (HIPA). They gave me a robe that was old and scratchy. They didn't have slippers. I was very cold. Tables were not heated. I was accused of using a gift certificate twice although I never had been there before which made me feel uncomfortable. When I go to a spa, I want to be pampered. This is not a spa I will go back to. read more

I had a fusion massage by Taylor, and it was amazing! I've been having some lower back issues, due to tightness in my hips. She did a great job of pinpointing the areas that needed work. I will definitely be back. I highly recommend Body Kneads massage! read more

This place is awesome! Premium services for affordable prices. I purchased the classics package and received an hour massage, facial, pedicure, and paraffin wax dip for my hands. My sister and I had a great day catching up while they pampered us. It was a great, relaxing, self-care day! read more

Maria was awesome! She applied the right amounts of pressure for me and was very tuned in to my body's reactions. I will definitely ask for her next time. Lunch afterwards downstairs at the BK Cafe was excellent too! read more

Channing did an amazing job waxing my face. I've had it done a lot of times, and it was so much better this time!! It didn't hurt very much and I enjoyed talking to her while she did the waxing. She did small areas at a time and I think that's why it didn't hurt very much. She was very nice too!! read more

Convenient and lovely location with great services and employees. I recommend Body Kneads all the time.

Excellent deep tissue massage, very professional staff. Best massage in middle TN period.

Great atmosphere & good massage. My teenage daughter was having a lot of neck pain & I thought a massage would be good for her. Since she was nervous about it (as was I), we did a couples massage so I could be in the room with her. We both enjoyed it & hope to go back. I was able to book it last minute because the weather was bad and others had cancelled. It worked out well! read more

Wonderful establishment! Get a massage and stop by the coffee shop for lunch. Always enjoy my time there.

I recently moved out of state and received a not-so-great massage at another establishment in NYC for the same price as one of Body Kneads Etc's fantastic massages. Because of the contrast in quality I immediately felt the need to compliment your services. I was a customer of Body Kneads on several occasions, and I always felt relaxed and happy to be there. I even continued driving back to Lebanon for Body Kneads once I moved to West Nashville because the ambiance, services, price, quality, and overall feeling when I would leave after a massage were all worth the drive. Your space and staff are both very inviting. It smells great. It's clean and well-decorated. I love the beautiful canine mascot in the office, too! Even while you offer a variety of services, your areas of the building are well-divided and appropriately separate from the quiet rooms for massage upstairs. And those rooms are beautiful. I have had at least three maybe four different massage therapists work on me at Body Kneads, and all but one experience were absolutely perfect, so the other one I'm writing off as a fluke. And for all massage appointments I always felt well-attended to and cared for by knowledgeable and kind people. Thank you for the memory of what a wonderful spa day should feel like, and keep up the great work! read more
