Sheri, You must have me mixed up with another customer because on my last day there I was very unhappy. The Esty was supposed to contact me with a solution. I never ask for or receive any quote to treat any dark spots or any other treatment. The package I purchased was a large package that took over a year for treatments. When I go to a day spa, I expect a certain amount of privacy and when an employee comes in while I'm in the shower, accusing me of having a man in there and looking over in the shower at me while I'm naked that is beyond insulting and unacceptable I will not be back to this facility. Customer service here is nonexistent. This is a terribly run business. You have to text or call to schedule a session, there's no online platform to do so. In post-OP pain, I texted them for lymphatic drainage availability and was given a time slot, and asked to provide my details to confirm, including my debit/credit card information over text/call. I texted everything and called to provide my card details but they did not answer or return my call. 20 minutes later they text to tell me someone has booked the session. I then texted to comment on their unprofessional engagement and lack of organization only for them to offer a time slot that somehow magically appeared. Why run your shop like this? I don't get it. They should respect customers more. I'm willing to pay a 2x premium for quality customer service. To anyone reading this, if you have any reliable recommendations for lymphatic drainage in Nashville, please refer me to them. I'm not concerned with price, I'm needing reliability and high quality. I spent yesterday at this wonderfully relaxing spa. Started my day off at 9am with a Swedish massage by Tabitha and got all my knots and kinks worked out. It was an incredible experience and my body felt so calm and relaxed. Then it was off to the sauna. To me this is an important experience because it truly gets the toxins out of your system. After that I went to the serenity room (my favorite space there). You go into this dark room, lay down on one of the plush chaise lounges and just find your zen. Next I was off to the salt room for 50 minutes of salt therapy. I like to go in a read my book while inhaling fine tiny particles of salt. The entire salt experience helps with my airway, allergies, skin, and also I find it so relaxing. Last I was off to have my facial with Anna and as everything I described prior this too was amazing. My whole entire day was perfect and peaceful. The staff here is so friendly and accommodating. I just love this place so much. I'm a new mom and this was only my second time away from my child, and I was excited to treat myself to something to make me look/feel more put together. I had my eyebrows laminated. Overall, I do not feel as if the service merits the cost. For over $100 I thought there would be a big difference in the look + daily routine management. Hidden in a strip mall and nestled next to a Smoothie King, Third Coast Salt is an unassuming and unexpected jewel. The services you can get there are comparable in quality to what I have experienced in high end (read - much pricier) spas across the US. Massages with Derrick or Christina are un-flipping-believable. Facials leave your face feeling like a baby's bottom. And the halotherapy helps cure what ails me during cold season. Just fabulous, all around really. The brightest facet of this little jewel, though, is Shari and her staff. Seriously. I texted the number on their website one morning at 6:30, expecting that someone would check messages when they opened and get back with me. Nope. By 7 am, Shari had me scheduled for a massage, and made me feel like it was truly her pleasure to take care of getting me scheduled in the wee hours of the morning. This place is amazing! Shari, the owner, is so sweet and inviting. I felt like I was being greeted into her home. :) I went for my very first facial today with Celina and it could not have been better! Seriously bad customer service! First of all their services are over priced but trying to support local business my wife goes for a micro needling visit and while she thought it was too expensive, she was willing to try it to remove scaring that had happened on her face. Of course after the first visit what did they say? You guessed it, "oh it'll take two or three visits before you see results". Well at $250 per session it'd been nice to know BEFORE the first session! Three weeks later, appointment number two rolls around and my wife decides not to go. When she calls to cancel, the owner tells her she is charging her the full price anyway and DOES! Without my wife's consent! I'm all about local business but this place is a rip off! I wish I could tell the whole Mt Juliet community about this horrible experience. This is NOT the MJ culture. I'm sorry but these comments are not true about the cancellations. This place sold us on a treatment for scaring on my wife's face, AFTER the first treatment they sell us on the fact that we won't see results for several more hundred dollars. I can't give this place enough stars! I went to buy a gift certificate for a friend and was confused over the location so I called. No answer... they called me back immediately! Lovely right? So I go in and get the tour. The kids playroom is amazing and I am looking forward to utilizing it. Then we got to the grown ups room and WHOA! 4000 pounds of himalayan salt staring you in the face is an utterly indescribable feeling. I was in there for under a minute but in that brief span of time my soul felt rejuvenated, my body was electrified and all my stress melted away and as a wife and mother of two young children that's saying a lot. I frequently stop there on the way home from work for a salt treatment & to relax. The adult salt room has a wall of salt bricks backlit with LED lighting. It's not only beautiful to look at (and you can select your color preference for the wall), but himalayan salt is known for it's natural calming and therapeutic benefits by filling the air with negative ions. There are pricing specials and workshops, regularly promoted on Facebook & Instagram, which are the best in the area. I also go there periodically for massages and facials.
