He apologized and offered me a deal that if I took down my review, he would provide a discount. He then told me to that I would be expecting a phone call the following day by one of his NP's. So I bit and deleted the review. That was days ago, and I have not received any further communication since. Also, it appears this company no longer allows reviews from Google. That alone would prompt me not to undergo any medical treatments with this company, because if the front-desk service is poor, the rest is probably downhill, too. Please be aware of this before making an appointment. I'd consider other options.

I saw Dr. Davis, who was relaxed, straight to the point, and extremely nice. I ended up having the have the mole removed, but Dr. Davis and Samantha were both very helpful and quick in doing so. I would recommend coming here, for sure. Everyone was welcoming and worked super efficiently. They even scheduled a full body assessment in order to make sure I have no other issues, which proves they care about their patients. I recommend calling ahead to make sure they accept your insurance and to tell them your issue so they know exactly what kind of appointment to put together for you. I know they have an online scheduling system, as well, but I know you can't use it until after your first appointment.

I've received both Botox and Dysport (at different times) from various providers since 2000. I've been a patient of Dr. Gilpin's since 2013 and truly feel his expertise makes him the best. For me personally, Dysport works better. I'm so pleased with my forehead, especially my forehead furrows. I appreciate how detailed his staff is with making notes on my chart and making sure I achieve my desired results. Other offices I've used for injections usually have a nurse do the injections, and I wasn't satisfied most of the time. What I love about Dr. Gilpin's office is that he does the procedure and makes sure you're pleased with the results. Who better to trust than a true facial plastics surgeon? In 2013 I also received my first Restylane (filler) injection between my eyebrows. At 38, I could not believe the difference. I felt like 10 years of aging were wiped off my face- see photo. A year later in 2014, I received my 2nd Restylane treatment in the same area. I love not being embarrassed by the mark/scar/furrow between my eyes. So worth it! I give Dr Gilpin the highest rating. Because if so, I wanted to schedule both procedures at the same time to minimize the down time for separate surgeries. I was told to send over pictures which I did. Two days later I asked for a call back because I wanted to get on his busy schedule. The receptionist phoned to tell me that Dr. Gilpin recommended both upper and lower surgeries in addition to a brow lift and the cost would be around $30,000. She informed me that I probably couldn't afford that amount. I had told her (she very specifically asked amounts) that I received an estimate from another surgeon for $6000 for the upper lids. She informed me ever so quickly that Dr. Gilpins starting price for a blepharoplasty was $6000 and went up to over $8000. (I wasn't calling to discuss prices with her as I'm willing to pay.) She informed me that I would not be able to do a virtual consult and that Dr. Gilpin would need to see me in person, which I completely understand. However, I live in another state and was hoping (at bare minimum) to speak with him directly before booking two flights to Tennessee. This Doctor is clearly in it for the money. The vibe from the receptionist was to weed me out as quickly as possible. Simply put she did not want to work with me to find a solution and was down right rude. $30,000 for procedures to not even allow me a phone call with the doctor is absurd. And to tell me that I cannot afford this when she has no idea of my financial situation is ludicrous.
