Where do I start. I knew for about three years of watching a family members results and eyeing the social media pages that I wanted to go to Dr. Robbins for my mommy makeover. I had talked to a couple of doctors via email but my choice was obvious after talking with the staff at Dr.Robbins office. You could not meet more positive, upbeat, professional and capable people! Ashley was amazing and so helpful with coordinating everything from my surgery dates to my payment handling. She is so informative and explained everything so that the entire process was very easy for me. She is also such a positive and encouraging person. I enjoy every time I get to run into her for one of my appointments. Savanna and Jo were my nurses and seriously some of the best healthcare professionals I've ever met. It's a bonus that they are also extremely kind, friendly and a laugh. They instantly made me feel comfortable. They were so great with helping me pick my size and reassuring me when I wasn't sure. As someone with severe anxiety this was huge for me. They could tell I was very nervous but excited and they were extra patient with me. I have received constant support and reassurance from day one. Jo did all my aftercare and was with me during surgery. She deserves an award. I usually panic very badly at pain, needles, or wounds. She was so fast at everything required during post op appointments with my drain and incisions that I almost couldn't believe it. She made my recovery much easier physically and emotionally than any other nurse I've ever met. My results are phenomenal! Dr. Robbins is not only extremely kind and professional, he has a skill level to match. He managed to restore my body after birthing and nursing four babies over 18 years. Not only do I look good but the improvement on my overall posture and abdominal support has been truly life changing. I'm able to move safely and comfortably with no risk of hernias or discomfort. My body looks amazing in a bikini. The augmentation and lift I had has also gone beautifully. I've received so many compliments and the self confidence boost is the cherry on top! My experience with Robbins Plastic has been so great I've chosen to switch to their office indefinitely for all my non surgical needs as well. Jean is a gem! I have been meaning to write this review for a while. I had a breast reduction, breast life and lower blepharoplasty in December 2023. I have never felt more seen before by a physician and his staff. It was the best experience and I am incredibly happy with the results. I definitely needed the breast reduction but the lower blepharoplasty was by far the best thing I have ever done in my life. Never ever go here! I had a lower bleph done and it was completely botched. When I got the first set of stitches taken out, my lower lids hung down so low you could see the red of my eyes and completely exposed. When I saw what happened I started crying and Dr Robbins said are you done yet? He put the stitches back in and had them in for about a week. The lids didn't hang down as low but my under eyes were so sunken in and uneven. Never got any follow up from him, no check ins on how I was doing. I ended up not going back for follow up because of his extremely rude and dismissive behavior. About a month ago, I went to a couple oculoplastic surgeons and they said that his surgery created ectropion, multitude of issues, damage to my cornea and I now need to start an extensive eye care to keep from any more damage. I was also told this was because he took too much skin and that it is an extremely difficult surgery to revise. I had been in contact for months to share all of this information with the staff, not once did Dr Robbins contact me directly about these issues he caused. It has affected my confidence, my anxiety is through the roof and I will never look like myself again. I asked for my money back or to cover the cost for revision, nothing, he would not take any responsibility for the surgery or how I was treated. And all the while I was trying to contact for this botched surgery, he is posting videos on social media boasting how great he is. PLEASE READ!!!!!! Do not get work done here if you gain weight. (THEY ALSO REMOVED MY GOOGLE REVIEW) I genuinely really liked my progress and recovery journey and the staff seemed very professional. My healing process has taken a little while longer (I've been getting compliments from friends and family throughout) and I didn't mind it at all. I decided to see Dr. Robbins after about 2 and a half years after the procedure and ask questions about why certain areas seem to have never really seemed to lose the fat. (Before the procedure I was told that fat would never come back to those areas and even if it did, it wouldn't be as it was before). I was faced with my before and after photos and my weight gain was brought up. Keep in mind, I have body dysmorphia issues as well as I have hypothyroidism (it was really difficult for me to gain weight for a while so my weight gain I somewhat saw as an accomplishment since I have been on medication since my diagnosis). Not only that but Dr. Robbins brought out a scale and had me stand on it. It was extremely humiliating to have to hear how much weight I had gained out loud as his nurse stood there. I was told that diet and exercise and kybella would be the only thing to help me. It was very rude and unprofessional. I'm no longer able to give him my money so he completely flips the switch and becomes completely rude. Nobody would want to be put in that position. Nobody. He could've taken several different approaches. There was no need to humiliate me. It's so embarrassing and I'm feeling so down on myself right now this is not right! Any kind of surgery is scary, and anything that changes the way you look is an emotional rollercoaster; it's exciting and terrifying and there will be tears. You could not trust better people to help you down that road than Dr. Robbins and his team. After losing over 200 pounds, my body was a wreck. I met with surgeons in LA who made me cry, and dealt with quite a bit of embarrassment and pain. One meeting with Dr. Robbins and I knew he wasn't selling me on anything that he didn't truly believe would improve my life, and he had the skill to follow through. I wasn't wrong. Five months after surgery, I can honestly say my life is changed. There were no complications, the work is beautifully done, and the Robbins team lead me through it all with complete kindness and good humor. I could not recommend them more highly. I paid the deposit for surgery and then some. A couple of weeks later I asked if I had to cancel if I would get that money back, they responding by canceling my surgery and keeping $1000 back from the refund. Not to mention the month of housing I paid for, making the total $6100 wasted. I tried to clear up the miscommunication but they didn't care. They obviously don't want me to be a patient there. Come in for liposuction at 10 am on 11-12-19 and I gotta say the experience I got from this place sucks. All the staff members are super fake and snooty acting. I went into the back dr chads nurse walked in and asked me what areas I wanted worked on I said bottom stomach and sides. I showed the pictures from the age of 19 until the age of 24 which is now and they see I workout I'm fit I just can't get rid of that extra little pinch so I ask the nurse what's the complications of liposuction and she said swelling and I could go online and read it. So I asked has anyone ever died from it she said no I said so nobody's ever died she's like yeah I'm sure and rolled her eyes. All I gotta say is if you go in this office and you're very real and Blunt they do not like that you basically gotta go in their and be fake as mess. Dr chad if you read this I have no I'll intentions just letting you know how I felt and also charging customers up front is ridiculous. When I went to my hair transplant doctor he never charged me up front it was when I was leaving seems you have trust issue with clients all I'm saying is I'm glad I dodged a headache working with you. Please do not waste your time at this office. I called for a mole removal and they booked me 1.5 months out. They said they could do the mole removal and consultation all in one day. However, the day before my appointment they changed my appointment time and also said they could only do a consultation. I showed up 20 minutes before the consultation to fill out paperwork and waited 1.5 hours to not even been seen. My appointment was at 1:40 pm. I arrived at 1:20 pm. I left at 2:50 pm. Still had not seen the MD. Not sure how this business model is being run but it is clearly not effective. Also I work in healthcare and am very familiar with HIPAA.... maybe you should insulate your walls better because I could hear all the staff talking about other patients' personal information while in the consultation room. read more

I do not know the criteria a doctor has to meet in order to be considered the best plastic surgeon in the country but in my book Dr. Robbins is the best plastic surgeon in the WORLD! I consulted with a couple of other plastic surgeons before I met with Dr. Robbins and I did not feel comfortable with either of them. Dr. Robbins made me feel completely at ease from the start. He is warm, patient and super charming. Not only that but he does fabulous work. My new breasts look and feel awesome! My husband and I could not be happier with the results. I absolutely LOVE my new breasts! I also feel that Dr. Robbins cares more about making his patients happy than he does about making money. Office staff confirmed that they accept my insurance (BCBS), and had me schedule an appointment months out. After the appointment they told me that they are unwilling to file with my insurance despite being contractually obligated too. After I had Mohs surgery on my face to remove a basal cell carcinoma I was sent to Dr. Robbins for a skin graft. The area was fairly large and squarely between my eyebrows and down onto my nose. I was very nervous about the procedure and about scarring, but Dr. Robbins did an excellent job! There is very minor scarring after only a few months. Let me preface this review by saying I have had six open abdominal surgeries and two lap abdominal surgeries (not plastic) so I am well versed in surgeons and their staff. Robbins Plastic Surgery was in a whole different league than any other surgeon I went to. Your first impression is the staff, and I can honestly say that after six months, I have never seen his staff have a "bad day." They are caring, kind and diligent when it comes to patient care. One nurse gave me her personal cell phone during recovery, because I was having issues. Doctor Robbins is as wonderful as his staff. I had multiple big procedures, tummy tuck, arm lift, and breast life with augmentation all together. I was told that a surgeon would be rushed with those procedures, and would do a less than stellar job. Not so with Dr. Robbins. I even emailed him this concern, and he was gracious enough to email me back and allay any concerns I had. My results are better than my wildest dreams. I have a better tummy, breasts, and arms than I did as a 16 year skinny thing. Dr. Robbins is also a perfectionist, often doing work on you well after the surgery. I had healing issues, and the office would not let me leave their care with anything less than perfection. My only regret is that I love the office so much, I will miss my visits there.
