I scheduled a consult for Fraxel laser after having it done a few times before in Tampa, where I lived previously. I was taken right back when I arrived for my appointment, and had a lovely experience. I saw a total of 5 staff to discuss various concerns, and spent about 20 minutes with Dr. Biesman going over a general maintenance path for graceful aging. Dr. Biesman even mentioned they were doing a clinical trial soon which I could be a candidate for that I had no idea about. I had read pretty extensively on the practice prior to the appointment and knew they conducted lots of clinical trials (which was a big factor in choosing them as a provider) but it was above and beyond to bring in his colleague who was conducting it to determine if I was a good fit before I spent time applying, and to also explain the process to me! I spoke with Tammy regarding skincare and she was also fantastic! She gave me samples of cleansers, that were big samples, and talked through options to try now, as well as mapping out a path forward if the samples worked out well. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a team to help them navigate preventative treatment as I was, and I never once felt pressure to buy any products. On the contrary I ended up going home with samples and a potential to participate in the trial so it was more than I could have hoped for! Thanks to the whole team! read more

During my consultation, the doctor told me he would do an aggressive, laser treatment however, after the treatment, I looked up the parameters that he used, and learned the treatment was not aggressive as he promised. I would never have paid $6000 for a non-aggressive treatment . When I reached out to the office, he said he would refund me, but his required release was beyond aggressive. He wanted to hold me accountable and be able to sue me for past communications with anyone I had spoken to about my dissatisfaction with the procedure. When I looked up his type of release, it was not standard. It was much more aggressive, according to what I found online. So he overpriced me and didn't do what he said he would do so I don't recommend him. I spent $6000 and I don't see any difference. read more

I had the deepest necklace lines on my neck that were so so terrible and my skin was just a mess. When I tell you I can't go places without people commenting ony skin and it's truly all because of Dr. Beisman and Tamy. Tamy helped me get my skin routine in order at home with the right products. I was using so many harsh products before and doing way too much to my skin other places (facials, microneedling you name it) and my skin was just really needing help. I started doing the ultra clear laser every 6 weeks and my skin is the best it's ever looked. I recently had the most amazing facial treatment with Dr.Biesman. He has maintained my skin for the past 20 years. He recommended a new treatment called soft waves. It is a laser procedure for skin tightening of the face and neck. Ultherapy was my favorite treatment until my introduction to soft waves. It's been 3 weeks and the results are amazing! "A face lift in a jar". I loved this procedure that was performed by Natroni. She was very informative and made sure I was comfortable throughout the session. I cheated the natural aging process, and I don't care who knows it! I love crows feet. You know the ones, the pretty lines that turn up when people smile? They're lovely. But for some reason, I got the ones that turn down and crinkle on my cheeks. Tis' life I suppose. Anywho, after a successful eye vein removal with Dr. Biesman, I decided to entrust my eyes to him yet again-this time for El Botox. We agreed to not over do it and to achieve a natural look, not perfection. He nailed it. I still have some crinkles that turn up, but the ones under my eye are basically gone. Dr. Biesman is an amazing doctor. He's been punctual for all of my visits. The people in his office are amazing too - Molly comes to mind for one, but there are others. I can not comment on the actual services of Dr. Biesman after being treated very poorly during the first consultation. After waiting over an hour and a half past my appointment time, I was finally seen by an assistant and then Dr. Biesman came in about 20 minutes later. There was no acknowledgment, explanation or apology for such a ridiculous wait time. There is nothing worse than when a doctor thinks their time is more valuable than yours and makes you wait an extensive time past a scheduled appointment. This is not the way to make a first impression for a potential new patient. If this is how I was treated in a consultation, I can not imagine how an actual procedure would go. read more

I love the natural results that Dr. Biesman gives me with Botox and lip filler. He always administers just enough Botox to keep my face smooth, but not completely "frozen". I'm 35 years old and no one ever asks me if I've had anything done... they just assume I'm in my 20's. ;) Once I tell people what injections I've had then the next comment is always "it looks so natural". His staff is wonderful as well. From time to time I get a little lightheaded with the injections (nothing is ever painful) they always take the time to make sure I'm comfortable and give me breaks if needed. Highly skilled and professional are the first two words that come to mind when I consider my review of Dr. Beisman and his entire staff. My first visit was 2-3 years ago for Dr. Beisman to correct a tear trough procedure performed by a local plastic surgeon. Dr. Biesman and his nurse Molly explained in detail the necessary steps to correct the area under my eye. Since that date, and over the course of 2-3 years, I have had multiple facial fillers and botox with incredible, natural results. I am currently scheduled for Kybella to disolve the fat under the chin area and look forward to seeing the results of this treatment. Dr Beisman is very nice and an excellent doctor. However, I have left his office because his staff is so rude, mainly his front office staff and one person in particular. She is the one who checks you out. Upon arrival, the front desk staff is rude as well. I like Dr Beisman, but his staff gives the air that I should be grateful to be a patient. That works both ways....they should be grateful that I patronize this practice and help pay their salaries. Brian Biesman was visibility agitated that I scheduled another consultation before the procedure to ask additional questions. After keeping me waiting over an hour from the scheduled time and started off with him challenging me in a condencensing tone "I understand you have more questions..." Brian Biesman actually said and I quote "You don't go to doctor A and ask doctor B about Dr's A's procedure" Perhaps I'm mistaken but I've always thought this was called a second opinion? As a patient I felt I was walking on eggshells during the entire second consultation and had to ask my questions in such a way that they wouldn't offend this child of a Doctor. After the fact I was told by another well known Plastic Surgeon specifically not to use Dr. Biesman I can't comment for Dr. Biesmans procedural work as I didn't get that far. However it's more than obvious he needs lessons on anger management and manners. I do not recommend this Doctor. There much more talented Facial Plastic Surgeons in this area. I recommend to visit other Facial Surgeons and go with the one in which you are the most comfortable. read more

I was referred by my dermatologist to have some moles removed from my face. These moles don't have "defined edges" and since they were on my face I will need some plastic surgery so I don't have a bunch of holes left. Nurse Stacy told me that she could just tell by looking at my moles that they were not cancerous and that this would be 100% private pay. Insurance has already paid my dermatologist for the removal of the moles that had "defined edges" and had approved this doctor for treatment. My father has had skin cancer removed from his face, so this runs in my family. I have called the TN State Medical Board to file a complaint. I will be calling lawyers to discuss medical malpractice. Stay as far away from Nurse Stacy and her x-ray vision. read more

I came to Dr. Biesman for a blepharoplasty. During my surgery I had one of the worst experiences imaginable: the doctor got really mad and starting cursing and yelling that he "couldn't close my f*cking wound!" He then took the instrument that he was using and threw it against the wall across the room. I literally clammed up in shock and did not know what to do. After he was finally done, the nurse told me he is really passionate and cares and thats why he gets so mad. WTF? I don't think anyone should act this way. I was referred to Dr Biesman for a possible enucleation surgery to remove a blind eye due to diabetic retinapathy. I wanted the eye removed, the eyelid was turning inward and driving me nuts. He talked me out of it since the eye was not painful and asked me to try a scleral shell first. He explained the good and bad with the eye removal. Dr Biesman sent me to a ocularist for a shell. Well, the shell is working out great. Dr Biesman was very honest and could of easily taken the eye out,but wanted to try all other options first. Over four years ago, nearly 20% of my back had 3rd degree chemical burns after slipping on floor stripper. It was shortly after my accident that Dr. Biesman took the initiative to reach out to my family and offer additional treatment for the scars that littered my back. It was nearly four years ago that Dr. Biesman began to change my life. I was given a compression suit by my doctors at the burn unit to help with the scarring but was under the impression that my back would remain scarred for life and because of that I would have to live my life under certain restrictions. Dr. Biesman took one look at my scar (a very large one at that) and said, "There is something we can do." Four years later, and you would never have known that I slipped in floor stripper and had 3rd degree burns, lost a semester of college, and spent nearly two weeks in a burn unit. From the beginning of this process, even before I committed to the idea of fillers and or botox, Dr. Biesman and his staff have been very understanding and supportive.
