This place came highly recommended by friends, and it absolutely lived up to the praise. I stopped in for a walk-in on a random Tuesday morning and was lucky to be accommodated, but I'd recommend making an appointment if you have a specific style or design in mind. It had been years since my last nail appointment, so I wasn't familiar with current trends or pricing. From the moment we checked in, the staff was warm and approachable, taking the time to help me decide on a style that suited me. It was especially wonderful that Katie was available and speaks Spanish, which made a big difference since my aunt was also getting her nails done and doesn't speak English. Katie was friendly, efficient, and made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Parking is easy and plentiful, which is always a plus. Pricing felt competitive, and I appreciated that any additional costs were clearly explained upfront. Overall, a very pleasant and welcoming experience -- I'll definitely be coming back. read more

They also always do a great job! My gel pedi's always last a month or 2 & never chip!

I was really excited for this because I had been waiting forever to get my toes and nails done. The staff was super nice. But....! That's not the problem. I paid for the most expensive pedicure and barely got a massage did not have a deep exfoliation just a light scrub with a stone. I can paint my toes at home. I went for the other parts that normally make the experience so great!! My gel polish chipped on my non dominant hand on 3 nails 1 day after leaving the salon. I live a bit away so I couldn't just go back and have it fixed. Here we are 3 days later and it's completely chipping off on both hands I have never had this happen with gel. Which tells me either it's diluted, or they are trying to not use as much on clients. Lastly, the colors I picked only one of them was truly correct my toes ended up being a different color than what I picked. I picked a tan brown and they're orange??? Not worth the $130 I paid just being honest. read more

I love it here!! I initially came here after a bad experience at a different nail salon and I've been going to Premier ever since. The atmosphere is chic and clean. You're offered an adult beverage or a soda with every service. Premier has seasonal pedicures from watermelon, pumpkin and pomegranate scrubs to infamous jelly pedicures. Their massage chairs are heavenly with different massage options based on every backache. Premier can do any nails you're looking for! Gel, sns-dip, gel-X and acrylic. I've had my nails done by every one of their talented nail techs and am in love with each design and how long they last. I have the best time when I come to Premier! So, I was debating even writing a review because my experience was very lackluster. There's one good point -- the girls there were very nice, and the salon itself is nice. However, that's where it ends. So, as far as the service, I got a gel mani and pedi. Both felt really rushed... but my nails looked good, so I wasn't too worried, even though they felt really flimsy, like they didn't use enough base coat. It's been 3 days. I got my nails done Thursday. It's Sunday. My fingers on my right hand are chipping already. I get it, polish chips. I get my nails done maybe every week & a half or two weeks. But its been 3 days, and honestly when you spend upwards of $100 to feel rushed and get very mid results, its hard not to be irritated. Wish I could say I had a better experience, unfortunately going back is not an option as I was just passing through. So disappointed, honestly. read more

I just had the most amazing experience at Premier Nail salon. The Jelly pedicure was luxurious and my feet have never been softer.

I really liked this place. I see some of the other reviews and that wasn't my experience at all. Everyone was so nice and it's a very relaxed energy. I had Yvonna and she was thorough and detailed and communicative. I don't have much in the way of callouses but she still ran her fingers over every part of my foot to make sure every inch was perfectly smooth. The massage was good, the mango margarita was good. The price was good. I got the citrus pedi and it had a sugar scrub AND a creme mask AND a massage (and I'm picky about my massages). Was my first time here and I'm absolutely a convert. read more

I visited this place for the first time. The experience was okay. I felt really close to the another customer and another nail tech when doing my mani at their bar style table. My nail tech was ok, she asked the another nail tech twice on what to use or how to do something. Lastly, she put drops of cuticle oil on my cuticles for a sec I wasn't sure if she was going to rub the drops or I had to do it myself. Then, I asked her, what am supposed to do w/ this, she said just rub against your cuticles. So, I ended up doing myself. Definitely not one to complain. During my second visit here the outcome wasn't what I had hoped for in my opinion. After thinking about it, I reluctantly called back a day or so after my appointment and the manager Liz was so understanding! I was shocked due to my prior experiences elsewhere. They let me come the same day and Hannah killed it! I understand things happen but I just love how they didn't question anything and were so understanding! Went in for a color change in between my appt with my reg nail spot, but came out with 2 different colors, while my toes look alright, my gel nails look terrible, super thick & looks like the gel was blobbed on, thank goodness I only have a couple days to my real appointment, I will also say, the guy that did my nails was a super nice, happy guy, even though I don't like the gel job he did, at least he had a good personality, unlike the rest of the staff they all seemed un welcoming & pretty miserable. This place is AWESOME if you love to come home file and reshape your own nails. Honestly she was nice, place was pretty but what's the point of cutting down my pinky mail, asking me if it's the right length and then NOT making the other 9 the same length?!?!? NOT EVEN CLOSE. The distance from the tip of my finger to the end of the mail was TWICE the length of the original pinky nail. Once I got out and took a look at all of them together, NONE of them were the same length and they were SOOOO LONG! Why didn't I say anything? Well 1. I assumed that when she measured each nail to each other, she would have noticed that none of them were the same length and 2. surely she was going to file them down and even them out. NOPE! That was the worse (almost) $80 I've spent. read more

I went in for a pedicure and the girl did not take off the dead skin from most of my feet. She scrubbed my arches with a metal file and left the rest of my feet rough. The polish she put on chipped off in 5 days and I wear socks and sport shoes all day. My cuticles and around the toes on the sides were left with dead skin she did not even attempt to remove. This was not a pedicure! It was a foot soak polish. I will not be going back and I would not recommend this nail shop. read more
