The salon is very clean and organized; however, my mom was running late, and the woman at the front desk was extremely rude and pushy about it. I got a gel manicure, and they didn't have my first color selection. Then, they didn't paint my nails all the way back on my nail bed, which lead to my nails looking EXTREMELY grown out in only a week. I guess this may be a business strategy to force customers to go in more frequently, but I'm more about getting what I paid for. A really nice experience with Joy! Joy was polite, took her time, and really made the experience great. I started off with a pedicure where my feet were soaked in orange peels and rose petals, and was kindly offered and enjoyed a bottle of water and a freshly made fruit mimosa. I truly felt pampered in the amazing massage chair I was instructed to sit in! She used a beautiful citrus scented foot scrub on my legs and ankles, and took time to moisturize my legs after the pedicure. As for my manicure. I've never had a gel manicure before, but I'm hoping it helps with the length of time it takes for the paint to chip from my nails. She did a nice job, but the only reason I give the establishment a 4 out of 5 is because she went too far on a couple of my cuticles and they're still a little tender from the bleeding. Overall, really nice experience. I'm not one to get my nails done often, but if this gel holds up, I may join the bandwagon! $75 for a gel mani/ regular pedi. An appointment is a must, otherwise you never know when you'll get in. I was in the chair less than a minute of arriving for my appointment! Fantastic service! read more

Excellent experience at Bella! Annie did a great job! The pedicure is in a quiet room with soothing newer massage chairs. I did the middle package which was $47. Very relaxing. They do offer drinks while you are getting a pedicure - both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. Then I had a French manicure. Both toes and hands look great; Annie took her time making sure they were in tip top shape. Salon is clean. Will definitely be back! And on Tuesday mornings they have happy hour. Terrible experience with male nail technician. - may be the manager and he should stick to managing and leave the women to doing the nails which BTW- are very talented at this place! It started when he kept jumping up to go to check out people go find glue that wasn't all dried up and do whatever else he was doing what I was just sitting there waiting for him multiple times. Next he wanted to put gel on my nails when they were still obviously dirty and needed manicured on the back of the nails so I told him " no I wanted them clean first. He proceeded on some rant about a liability which I was not asking him to clean my cuticles only the backside of the nail!!! I've never heard of nail spa that refuses to clean the other side of your nail after all there's two sides ! If all of Bruce's employees treated customers the way he does, this place would be OUT OF BUSINESS. I was treated so rudely by Bruce, the owner, from the moment my sister and I came in for our appointment. I thought it was perhaps because they were busy, but even so, customers should never be treated rudely just for being there. I mean, do you even want my money or my business? My sister is a long-time regular customer, and I was just in town for a few days for work. I was just left standing there as other customers were escortedo sit down at various stations, and after several minutes, he had me sit down at a station, as he would be the one doing my nails. Throughout the duration of my appointment, he stopped working on my nails with each of the 20-30 phonecalls he answered, coordinating multiple walk-in customers, taking several payments, and clicking around on the computer to create appointments. The entire time not one word was said to me. When I asked if he was short staffed today, he quickly looked up at me with a disgusted look on his face, and said, "No." Not another word. No apology, nothing. What is sort of tragic about this whole experience was that my nails look absolutely perfect, and I debated how many stars this review should have because my nails look so utterly gorgeous. But because I felt so completely stressed and annoyed and uneasy during my entire experience there, I cannot possibly give them more than 1 measly little star. On top of that, it was one of the more expensive SNS manicures I've had, at $50. Bummer, because I am in town on business regularly, and now I'm conflicted because my nails look so darn good but the experience was awful. read more

They are not friendly or welcoming and I am big on customer service since every where you spend any money you deserve decent service. To be a "bella" nail spa you would think they would have decent products as well. When I asked about a higher quality brand that is used to do acrylic/ gel nails they did not have it. I spend $$$ on my nails because I want to! I will not go to this place if they were the last place to go in Tennessee. I would rather chew off my nail bed and paint them with clay. I will never recommend, drive by, offer free food to these people, or tell anyone about this place unless we were talking about negative energy, poor customer service, or cheap materials. The location is convenient and easy to find. The interior was very nicely decorated and definitely has a spa feel. It was very clean and I saw them sanitising everything after use. We had mani pedis and manicures done. The pedicure area was very nice and relaxing. They had a menu of cocktails which I really liked but since I was driving I just asked for a bottled water. The guy who did my nails did a great job and we both enjoyed the leg and foot massage. The lady my sister got did a ok job but messed up the polish and had to redo it. Andrews apartments which is where I moved, I came in when they're just expecting your basic nail shop but it was so much more.
