We went booked online just to try it out because we hadn't found a place locally that provides the quality of service, cleanliness and overall great relaxing vibe. I got my organic dip done by Haley and my husband got the men's paraffin manicure (his first non-basic professional manicure) done by Martina, I peeked over occasionally to see if he was enjoying it and he was the most relaxed he's been since winter vacation! So pleased with everything that we booked our next pedicure there. Can't wait! I only wish I had taken pictures immediately but two weeks since I had them done they still look and feel amazing and I cook and clean everyday!

In the service Industry it's not uncommon to have a good experience with one service from provider in a bad experience with another service provider. That's how I feel about ultra luxe. All of the males that I have had work on me are rough, they rush and do a terrible job.... Every time I've got a female I've been pretty pleased! A few really good ones are Fiona, Linh(Lynn), Kim, and I've just recently started seeing Diane! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE Diane! She really takes her time, and pays attention to detail! That's exactly what Im looking for in a nail tech! She's so kind and accommodating, and getting an appointment with her is very simple! Im so glad I had a friend that recommended her! Also, the citrus pedicure is amazing!

Came here to try a different place to get a pedicure and I was honestly very displeased!…read more -we arrived at 3:45 and was told it would be a ten minute wait, that is totally fine. We were getting a regular pedicure and a kids pedicure. We were sat at the pedicure chair with our feet soaking in water after, what we did not expect was to wait an additional 35 minutes just to get service. The lady came over to start our service and that is honestly where it went down hill. Then they asked what we abated and I mentioned again a kids pedicure and a regular pedicure. They asked what was the girls age and I said 10 years old. They proceeded to tell me that I couldn't get a kids pedicure because she was 10 but their policy is 10 years old AND younger. She went and asked several different people and would come back and tell me no but she finally said okay. After this they decided that instead of two individuals servicing us, we were given one lady to do both of our pedicures. So now my water that is no longer hot but lukewarm is going to be cold by the time my pedicure starts. So when my pedicure starts I ask for hot water because now my water is cold. Both pedicures were extremely rushed. My feet were not scrubbed of dead skin at all and they didn't polish my toes good, in addition they left like a residue on my feet instead of cleaning them up. It overall just was not a great experience. With starting after sitting in lukewarm water for 35 minutes we were both done by 5pm. That means she did both pedicures in 40 minutes and you can tell it was rushed. We also were not given the sandals to wear we have to go grab some to put on.

Both times the gel manicure was rushed, especially today. Also, I had booked with Jessica today and had a guy do my manicure and I was not told why it was switched. As much as I I love the ambience of this place and everyone is super nice. I will not be coming back here and I won't be recommending any of my friends to come as well.

The reason I said "returned" because I was there under a previous owner but stop going because I was not happy with the service. When I found out there is a new owner, I decided to come back to try them out and I can honestly say I am so happy I did that. The two occasions I was there, different ladies did my nails. I noticed they spent lots of time working on removing cuticles on my nails. When done, they asked me to check over and let them know if I wanted them to fix anything. The store is beautiful and clean. It completely remodeled from the last owner. Service was great and prices are competitive. I have gone to quite a few nails salons here in Murfreesboro but this is definitely my favorite place. Ladies, give them a chance and who knows it will be your favorite place also.
