We went booked online just to try it out because we hadn't found a place locally that provides the quality of service, cleanliness and overall great relaxing vibe. I got my organic dip done by Haley and my husband got the men's paraffin manicure (his first non-basic professional manicure) done by Martina, I peeked over occasionally to see if he was enjoying it and he was the most relaxed he's been since winter vacation! He lied to me when I called asking to have a pedicure with Anna. He booked my apt w her then when I sat down Tom walked out. I asked where Anna was and he said she's off today!!! There was no one in the salon at 11am on a Saturday- clearly a sign. I also had a service dog with me, of which he clearly wasn't happy about. He flat out refused to do my hands while my feet were getting done because of "the dog!!??" Say what!? Blaming the dog was clear to me he didn't want to be inconvenienced. What a joke. My dog is 9#. Didn't make a peep. Then to top it off 10 minutes into my appointment he starts a full set on someone and wanted me to wait once I was done- what a joke. Worst energy, horrible service. Salon run by a man and zero women in here- no thanks! To top it off the "classic" pedicure was higher than where I live in San Diego. Joke again. Tom came out to help me when I arrived.
