I absolutely love this place. I started going here in June this year. They only just opened maybe a…read moremonth or so before that. They already have hundreds of 5 star reviews on google so I came here to leave mine. As you can see from my other reviews I'm pretty critical. I don't sugar coat anything. I'm very honest. I either like something or not. I have very high standards. With that being said, here is what I think. It's very clean. The pedicure room is separate through a set of glass doors in a dimly lit peaceful room. The chairs are comfortable with massage built in. The staff are all so friendly and helpful. Very easy to get an appointment or just walk in! I already have a favorite nail tech. Casey is awesome! He is very good at what he does. He listens and delivers quality work. I show him photos of what I like and he does exactly that. He will even recommend if he thinks something might work better. He takes his time and doesn't rush. Even when I get a basic regular pedicure he is thorough. I love it. He is hands down probably the best nail tech I've ever gone to. I've seen other reviews on google and I hear other techs are great too, but he is now my go to guy. The photo is of my last visit. I had pink dip powder with tips and finished with chrome. I had him do my nails a little but thicker this visit than my usual.

I had an appointment and only waited a few minutes before being seated, which I really appreciated. The salon itself is super cute, chic, and has such a relaxing atmosphere. I'm very particular and picky when it comes to my nails, especially trying a new place, so I was a little skeptical at first--but Zane completely won me over. She was attentive, took her time, and my nails came out beautifully. One thing I especially loved was that the service didn't feel rushed. She didn't just apply lotion at the end--she actually gave me a real hand and arm massage, which was such a nice touch and definitely a plus! I recently moved to Tennessee and have been looking for a new go-to nail salon, and I'm happy to say I found it. I will definitely be coming back and requesting Zane again!

I am so bummed with my last two visits…read more This used to be a place I recommended to everyone as it seemed luxurious and the results were always really good, and worth the upscale pricing imo. It's easy to book online for requested services, however they have recently moved to an overbooking strategy. Meaning, if they have 12 pedi chairs it's possible they booked 13 pedis and you would need to wait for the next chair to become available, even if you have a confirmed scheduled appointment. The vibe used to be very relaxed and enjoyable, and always on time/within the timing allotted on their website. These last two experiences my appts were not timely, which had me stressed and running late to my appts after these. The quality and attention to detail was not there, my tech (and other techs around us too) seemed frazzled, distracted, and rushed both of my past two visits. This makes for an unenjoyable experience overall. I'm not sure I will be confident to recommend this spa, going forward. Notes that do not pertain to the rating: -Parking is usually very difficult so make sure you leave enough time. -They also do not take American Express cards as a form of payment

My only suggestion would be to stock up on the newer Dazzle Dry colors! There are so many beautiful new shades available on their website, and I'd love to see more of those options at my Frenchies.

this month marks 5 YEARS coming to P'zazz as a loyal client. if i could give them 10 stars- 100…read morestars!, i would. Gigi, Kasey, Tracy, Becky... these ladies & more have taken care of me through breakups, job changes, traveling the world, getting engaged & EVERYTHING in between. i am always greeted with smiles and questions of how things are going. the level of hospitality i was shown on my very first visit to my latest has never faltered. these ladies mean BUSINESS & take care of their clients like family. every time i get a compliment on my nails im so eager & willing to share "my place" with those willing to listen. the level of care they pour into every single person that walks through the door is nothing short of a miracle. day in and day out they are there busting their buns with smiles on their faces eager to give their best to anyone and everyone that sits in those chairs. btw- they recently upgraded those chairs! they're niiiice. i've gotten my mom to become a loyal client for 4 years now & recently talked my fiancé into getting his nails done too, so consider him a loyal client as well. i've brought friends & shared their work with countless people & nothing but high remarks from anyone who's ever spent time at P'zazz. i genuinely cannot express how thankful i am to have consistent & beautiful nails every single time i go. AND, on top of it- they LAST. i go about every 5/6 weeks (just cause i try to push it as far as i can) & my mom typically goes every 4 weeks. PLUS, if you have an accident they're more than willing to help do a quick fix (if needed). if you're looking for a new nail salon, THIS IS IT. if you're just in town looking for a nice treat day, THIS IS IT. i would always recommend calling ahead to see when they can fit you in, but if you're willing to work with them and their busy schedules they will find a time for you & make it worth it. this nail salon is more than just a nail salon, it's an oasis & a breath of fresh air. a home away from home where you can come with wild dreams & see them become reality. they put everything & more into the work they do. there isn't another place more deserving of 100+ stars in all of the Nashville surrounding areas.
