Had a lovely experience while we were in town visiting for a wedding. The salon is bright and cute. Got a dream pedi and it was great. Went with a friend and she wasn't happy with the color she selected and they happily obliged as she asked for a color change after realizing once the first splash of paint went on.

I was able to make a same day appointment and the service was awesome. CiCi was my nail tech for my nails and pedicure. I got the dip overlay and wanted a fall theme and she did not disappoint. Her personality was great and she's so upbeat and fun. It's such a cute spot and I can tell they enjoy what they do. If you're ever in Murfreesboro and need your nails done, La Luna is the best!

Today is my second visit to La Luna my first I got a new full set acrylic ombré from the girl in the second chair I think her name is Maya she did a good job no complaints about her. I had an appointment at 9:30 that day and when I showed up they were having a problem with there computer system. It was resolved before I had to check out so no problems. Well today I had an appointment at 9am no one got there till 9:05 and there was a problem with the plumbing. So it took twice as long for me to get a fill as it should have because Cece had to take care of the plumbing issue. If they would have gotten to work 15 min before 9 I would never know there was a problem. On top of me sitting there waiting for her she did a really bad job on my ombré fill. I can see the lines and the top coat is bumpy. If you do go here I would request someone besides Cece she's the first table.

Customer service is lacking. I paid them to do do a service and told them how I wanted my nails. I was told, "no" and got a full set that I was unhappy with. They refused to correct my nails at first. They kept yelling at me although I was calm and trying to explain what I wanted. They finally did what I asked but did not re-paint my nails. My husband and I came here for two pedicures on Valentine's Day and the customer service was amazing. They gave us a bath bomb and chocolate for free. Everything was super clean and I loved the products used in the pedicure. The massage chairs were also amazing! We will definitely be coming back! Do not go to this place WHATEVER YOU DO. there nice but not that's nice. I wanted acrylic nails and they pressure me to do dip. And it looked horrible not even okay looking. I went to another salon to get it fixed. Idk how they have 4.1 rating on google. It doesn't even matter if it doesn't look like the pic but look at the freaking quality.

I had a full set of acrylics done here along with a cuticle treatment. Cece offered up the best service and my nails look great. Quality is awesome. I went a head and had mine done just like hers except the shape. This salon is amazing. The atmosphere is so relaxing. I could've went to sleep easy if I'd had a pedicure done for sure. Will be back for the fill in a few weeks. read more

Today is my second visit to La Luna my first I got a new full set acrylic ombré from the girl in the second chair I think her name is Maya she did a good job no complaints about her. I had an appointment at 9:30 that day and when I showed up they were having a problem with there computer system. It was resolved before I had to check out so no problems. Well today I had an appointment at 9am no one got there till 9:05 and there was a problem with the plumbing. So it took twice as long for me to get a fill as it should have because Cece had to take care of the plumbing issue. If they would have gotten to work 15 min before 9 I would never know there was a problem. On top of me sitting there waiting for her she did a really bad job on my ombré fill. I can see the lines and the top coat is bumpy. If you do go here I would request someone besides Cece she's the first table. read more

I and my mother in law went to this salon yesterday. While the two girls working were very funny, they were not professional. They took much longer on our pedicures that it ever should have taken. Also, by talking, one of the girls wasn't paying attention and scrubbed a raw place in the ladies heel sitting next to me!!! It was bleeding. It took the lady saying "ouch! You're hurting me" for the girl to stop talking and try to find something to put on it to stop the bleeding. Then, they still charged her for the pedicure!!!! I would have just walked out. Fun and games until you get hurt due to negligence. Also, the prices are way higher than normal for a subpar job. read more

I came in for an acrylic fill in and the atmosphere was great. The services were a bit pricey, especially since they don't have the prices posted anywhere so unless you're frequent, you have no idea how much they're charging you. The technician I had was very friendly and took her time, but she left polish around my nail beds that I had to clean out after. read more

This nail salon is getting 5 stars for a few reasons, first the shop is SO clean. The staff takes pride in the fact that everything is sanitized completely. Next Amber, who is the owner is truly passionate about the job. She's a business women but she isn't all about trying to see how much she can get out of you. She will give discounts if you bundle the additional services like gel and design. However even with out a discount this nail salon is so well priced! Not only is it priced well you get way more bang for your buck. When I was getting my set Amber through in cuticle trimmings and others that are normally inclusive in manicures but not when u get fake nails for free. She cares about her work product more then anything else. HUGE FAN! read more

All out of town visitors looking for a treat need to visit this salon. I called at 3:30 on a Saturday and asked if there were any openings for 2 no chip/fill ins. I was told to come on in..... I'm visiting for the weekend from Chicago and you don't just get to come on in without an appointment. Not only were we greeted at the door, my daughter and I were seated and they started our nails right away. The energy here is unmatched to any salon I have visited in the Chicago area. Friendly- understatement Clean- impeccable Service- fast and quality HIGH Ammie and Huy truly made this a great visit and We will be back soon and have already told everyone we've seen tonight what a great salon we found. 5 stars- don't think twice about trying them if you have the time or want excellent service and great nails read more

I have to say that Ammie was amazing. She had to take on my pedicure because her boss over slept and didn't find it necessary to get to work knowing full well I was scheduled at 10am for her (the boss). I will have to forgo the manicure I was going to get today because Amber is so very late. It is extremely unprofessional to arrive AFTER your appointment. There are no decorations and the place is bare. There is stark paint on the walls and no ambient lighting or music. They should have finished the decorating before opening. Ammie did the best she could with what she had to work with. I will book with Ammie again but I won't hold my breath for Amber. read more

I just moved to Murfreesboro. I have been going to the same person for 20 years so I was extremely hesitant about having to find someone new. I read the reviews on Yelp for awhile before I finally had the time to come and try Xclusive Nail Studio. I was greeted by everyone when I immediately walked in. I had to wait maybe 10-15 minutes for Amber to finish up a pedicure and start on mine. Amber the owner, is extremely professional and polite. She loves what she does and it shows in her work. The salon was very clean and Amber explained to me what their cleaning process is so that I would secure. For me the most important thing about receiving a manicure or pedicure is that if the technician cant polish then that service is ruined. I am extremely satisfied with the way my pedicure looks. I will be returning and bringing my Mom when she moves up here with me. read more

EXCELLENT! EXCELLENT! EXCELLENT! I have been getting my nails and toes done for over 15 years and NEVER have I ever been to a cleaner nail salon. Amber is truly a nail artist, she hand paints designs along with 3D designs. The others are all very nice and care about the quality of work they produce. This is not an in and out salon though. They take their time and make sure the work is done right the first time! The best part about my experience was everyone spoke English, which is their native language, and I did not feel as they were speaking badly about me in their language as I do at many other shops. Had a enjoyable experience at Xclusive Nail Studio. My 5 year old daughter and I went out for a girls day and this nail salon pampered us to the max! Nakita was amazing and we enjoyed great conversation with her. My daughter had such a lovely time as well and enjoyed her interaction. This was my first time here and I will be coming back. She went and asked several different people and would come back and tell me no but she finally said okay. After this they decided that instead of two individuals servicing us, we were given one lady to do both of our pedicures. So now my water that is no longer hot but lukewarm is going to be cold by the time my pedicure starts. So when my pedicure starts I ask for hot water because now my water is cold. Both pedicures were extremely rushed. My feet were not scrubbed of dead skin at all and they didn't polish my toes good, in addition they left like a residue on my feet instead of cleaning them up. It overall just was not a great experience. With starting after sitting in lukewarm water for 35 minutes we were both done by 5pm. That means she did both pedicures in 40 minutes and you can tell it was rushed. We also were not given the sandals to wear we have to go grab some to put on.

This adorable salon gets 5 stars for several reasons: 1 - when I called asking if they did uv gel artificial nails, Amber was honest and polite from the beginning, letting me know she was still working with the product and didn't currently offer it on the menu. However, after hearing my story, she took me as a client and gave me EXACTLY what I was wanting. 2 - the salon didn't have a speck dirt, dust, or anything anywhere. It was spotless, and Amber and I had a (hilarious) conversation about state board cleanliness standards, her cleanliness standards, and how there's almost no such thing as "too clean" when it comes to cosmetics 3 - Amber exemplified EXACTLY what a smart, headed-for-big-things business owner is: upfront, honest, straightforward, proud of her work & business, and polite. She answered all my questions fully, and then we discovered that we had several things in common. This made both of us break into giggles, and a budding friendship was formed. I had a fabulous experience at Xclusive Nails today. It was my first visit to the salon and Huy made me feel very welcomed. He painlessly removed my old acrylic nails and did a fantastic job on a new pink & white set for me. The whole time he did my nails he was super friendly and engaging. We laughed a lot! I also noticed how the other staff in the salon were friendly and engaging with their customers. The salon was neat, clean, and comfortable. I was really nervous about trying a new place (had gone to another salon for years previous) but I was so glad I branched out and tried someplace new. So glad we found this salon! We live in Smyrna but were in Murfreesboro last night and after reading all the great reviews for Xclusive Nail Studio we decided to stop in. We couldn't have been more pleased! Ammie was professional, funny and did a fantastic job on my boyfriend's pedicure! Huy did my pedicure and not only did a fantastic job as well but he had us in stitches the entire time we were there! They both took their time and we never felt rushed. I'm so happy with my pedicure by Ammie and nails by Huy! I accidentally spilled an ENTIRE bottle of powder and Huy was nice & professional. They both stayed after closing time with positive attitudes. The place is very clean. They use plastic liners in the pedicure bowls. There's a cool radio that plays records, CDs, etc. The vibe and atmosphere is chill & relaxing. I can't wait to go back! read more

She was very friendly and did a fantastic job. Twilah did my wife's and she said it was the best pedicure she has had in a long time.
