I never write bad reviews but they were asking for the worst review ever! O star review!! Got a pedicure and ended up getting a terrible infection on my toe that lead to me having to go to the doctor and getting medicine which costed a lot for just a toe!! Called them to let them know and asked for a refund due to unsanitary equipment. They had to get back to me three times and told me to send them pictures which I was more than happy to. They got back to me saying they aren't giving me a refund because it was over a week and the lady who did my toes accused me of cutting my toes short. First off it was over a week because that's how long it's been Infected and been going to the doctor to get medication. Second my toe nails are always short why would I touch my infected toe that has puss coming out of and cut them like that makes no sense. They offered me a free pedicure on my next visit but I will not be going back so l asked for a refund AGAIN. She finally told me I can get a refund so l go to store and they give me my refund then told me " For the safety for you and our salon we can't service you anymore." Yeah the most crazy and rudest thing!!! I wasn't going to go back anyway but the fact that she told me that when they are the reason for my infected toe is crazy. My nails have never been so happy. Loved Havan and my experience from the moment I entered their facilities. It felt like a divine appointment. I asked God which salon to visit as I haven't had my nails done in ages. After attempting 2 other salons and not feeling stellar about them this is where I settled. I don't know how much nails usually cost so it might be normal but it felt high for me. It was $60 for dip with tip plus the tip which I believe in generosity so it was kinda high but I love them. I went in on Saturday to get my nails done. I got dip nails no tip with designs on four different fingers. My nail tech was a very nice lady but 6 different nails have since chipped in 3 days. I've spent two hours of my time the day I was there waiting in the lobby and then the total to get my nails done which is fine had no problem. I called back today to get a refund. They stated their policy only fixed nails not refunded them. Not worth the time or money. $80 down the drain. 6 chipped nails. read more

My first impressions of this nail salon: "wow so clean" in was greeted right away, Everyone is social distanced, and they play really fun music. Anywhere from edm, top hits, and my personal favorite - 90s & early 2000s R&B. I got the deluxe pedicure. The sugar scrub, oranges, lotion, and hot rocks were so bomb. If I could give this business zero star I would. After being treated like a waste of time, they over charged me and left me with long toenails with the nail polish all splotchy. When I tried to ask politely to have them fixed, I was told to "leave and don't come back, we don't care". Super disappointing when I'm sure there's employees in there who deserve business. I recently visited the Nail So Happy located at 4183 Franklin Road Suite B, Murfressboro TN 37130. I paid 65.00 for full set of nails and pedicure, Which I told the person at desk that I wanted a full set of acrylic nails and polish change, but the guy stated I needed a pedicure so I got the pedicure. The next time I went back for my fills I was charged 45 for acrylic nail not gel nails, plus I gave the nail tech 5 tip.. The next time I went back one nail had broken and I wanted to get a fill this time on their payment system I saw a itemized bill 1 Solar Fill In 35.00 1 Acrylic Solar Nails Repair 7.00 1 Length 5.00 total 47.00 Notice on my second visit to Nails So Happy I paid 50.00, I did not see the the itemized bill. I am still wondering why would this guy over charged me after I tipped him. I am looking into several options to address the overcharges that I paid. I am not impressed. I have gone here a couple of times because it is close to my house. But I will not be returning. The staff is friendly and greets you when you enter. The facility seems to be clean. The massage chairs work well. But the quality of the work done by the technicians is not great. I am a little sensitive and it seems like the water the lax and the towels are always too hot. But like I said maybe I'm just sensitive. If you come anytime after 10 AM you will have to wait at least an hour. The polish didn't end up looking like what I asked for. read more

I have been to this nail salon before and had a good experience . Today, however, that wasn't the case. I went in for a pedicure and I don't know if my nail tech was having a bad day or what, but she was so rude. She didn't speak to me much but when she did, she was short and harsh. She also was rough in the way she touched me. She literally grabbed my feet and threw them into the water. I would say things to her and she would not respond. I've never been treated so poorly. I read the reviews of this place and this was not my experience there yesterday. The place was pristine, the staff were friendly, and my technician was lovely. I brought in my 4 year old son who talks non stop and peppered my technician with questions and inspecting his tools and rolling around in the technician chair next to his. My guy was so patient and friendly with him while tending to my feet. The woman next to me was also being tended to in a great way. Her technician tirelessly scrubbed away at her feet. She said she had monthly pedicures although I am not sure how with the level of scrubbing/shaving action going on with her soles. I used to live in NYC and the demeanor of the shop felt like one in the City. In and out. Although my technician was very worried I was not going to stay and dry my toes. First I am so disappointed that I have to give them 1 star because they do not deserve it. Walked in and was seen right away and that should have been a dead give away because the young lady finish my feet so fast I couldn't read all my new tweets. So after I told her that she didn't do my feet "good enough", she did them again with a little better job. I've been here several times. The first few visits were pretty good. Price was good, service good...no complaint. But then one particular visit the male tech that did my nails cut them entirely too short and the French gel mani looked ridiculous. I should have spoken up so I chalked it up to one bad visit and went back two weeks ago. The lady did a great job on my pedi and brow wax! But she cut me pretty good when doing my nails and when I jumped (a natural reaction to pain) she laughed and made a joke. I had a sore on my finger for 4 days. But...I tried one more time and went back today. This tech cut me twice. Again, she laughed about it. I have a picture, wish I could post it, but needless to say...I won't be back. I feel like I gave them enough chances to get it right and they failed. This salon is very convenient for me but I'd rather drive across town and come home with no blood around my nails. read more

Not impressed. New to the area, I stopped in here on a mission to find a regular nail salon. The salon is horribly laid out. It is brightly lit, not well decorated and not welcoming at all. The pedicure chairs are in the most peculiar position, in a line at the back half of the salon, along a narrow hallway so that you're sitting there staring at a wall while getting your pedicure. Since it wasn't busy and I was already there, I asked to get a quick eyebrow wax while there. The girl obliged and took me into a small room that seemed like a storage room with a waxing/massage/makeup application bed and small table with wax and supplies in the corner. I should have said "never mind" when I saw this ramshackle room that obviously could have never passed any health code, but I stayed. The eyebrow wax was actually pretty good - except she did wax between my eyebrows which I HATE - I don't have a unibrow! Leave it alone! But I should have said something. In this room there was also the big box that their flat screen tv had come out of, so I'm wondering if the place is just new and just haven't settled in yet? At any rate, I won't go back. You shouldn't open if you're not ready for business and this place is not in any way what I look for in a nail salon. read more

This is the best nail salon I have ever been to, and I've been a salon receptionist for almost 3 years. I usually get a gel manicure and it will typically last me almost a month before my first nail comes off! Also, it's only $25!!! Super cheap and a great, long-lasting manicure. My first time here this morning. I arrived with no appointment and was seen right away. Lots of techs available. The male tech that did my pedi did a good job but was a little rough with me. Hot wax right on my feet, hot towels right out of the warmer. Etc. he also pressed my feet way to hard while massaging in lotion. As I was checking out he asked a lady the price and it was $5 more than I should have owed him. Just $5 and I should have said something but I didn't. Regardless it's still annoying. Worst experience! The first time I went the lady did exactly how I wanted my nails and I loved it. The second time I went I had a different lady and she was awful. I said I wanted oval/round nails. She said she didn't like it that way. I told her the last time I came the lady that did them did a good job and I really liked them. She said that only older people get round and young girls get square nails? But I told her again I wanted oval/round nails. She still didn't listen. She started doing my nails and I thought she was doing them how I wanted, but I started to realize she was doing how she liked. I was mad because I don't know why she just couldn't do how I liked my nails? I also paid way more than I did the first time I went. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone to be honest. read more
