The service was okay, but the nails were awful. I got home and had to cut and shape them myself. They use really low-quality polish, and there's no variety at all. My rating is 0. I wasted 3 hours for nothing. I went to get my eyebrows done, and the machine wasn't even ready, even though I was supposed to get them done. It was really expensive, and it's not about the money; it's just that the service isn't worth paying anything. The nails literally look like mountains on top of each other. Imperfect experience at perfect nails. I came just needing a gel removal for my tomato red fingernails as 3/10 came off already by an act of God. They were welcoming at first but then said I would need to have my fingers wrapped up for 30 minutes. Julie was so sweet and did an amazing job on my nails! I don't know the name of the person who did my pedicure, but she did an amazing job as well. No bleeding, no faces made. She seemed to care about the health of my feet. Julie took her time on my nails and tried her best to match the picture I asked for. She slayed!! My friend and I had a girls day planned and showed up without an appointment (maybe the reason for my bad experience). The man that was supposed to do my manicure had to leave and someone else took over. She made four phone calls while I was with her, also did online shopping and texted. My manicure was done without care. She paid no attention to my cuticles and barely filed/shaped (she made a few comments about my short nails, but most nail salons will still shape nicely). Went for dipped nails. Looked through their samples and picked what I wanted. She says that's very difficult to do how about this instead. First off if you don't know how to do it then don't put it in your samples. So I go with what she suggested. Within a week 3 nails have broke. Terrible! The lady I had that did my nails was really nice we talked a lot and I was happy with all the color choices they had unlike the normal nail salon I go to. I would definitely go back. I must say the establishment is very clean and beautiful inside. I'm not even sure what to rate this place... I came in wanting to get in acrylic fill in without an appointment. I came in and they immediately welcomed me which was nice and asked me what I came in for, when I told them I needed a fill-in they said come back in an hour so I did. Then i waited for 30 more minutes (which was fine because they were busy) before they got to me. I had one nail broken but the rest were fine , instead of replacing my nail he (Henry) placed acrylic over the nail and said it'd make it stronger l... it broke within 2 days. Not to mention he filed them paper thin so I now have 3 broken nails over the course of 4 days, and I'm extremely gentle with my nails especially after I get them done. He also drilled heavily into the skin around my nails which left ugly scars on both of my hands. The paint was done sloppily and many people asked if i'd painted them myself. read more

I went to this nail shop yesterday to get a gel polish change on my acrylic nails and a regular polish change on my toes. When the lady went to remove the gel off my acrylics she repeated how she hates doing this. It took a long time for her to remove the gel and in the process, she changed the shape of my coffin nails. It was the longest process ever and once done I was charged 20 dollars more than expected. So today the gel chips on one nail. I go back and explain I was in yesterday and now my gel is chipped. She had me set in the chair and that was it. I sat there for about 40min no one said a word to me. Not you want something to drink, apologize for my wait nothing. Numerous people walked in after me and were serviced immediately asked if they wanted anything to drink. I hate bad customer service. I love getting my nails done and have spent lots of money on them this place is so close to my home they could have had a long lasting customer. I will never go here again. How you don't do your job right then give the worst customer service ever? My pedicure was amazing which I have had many times, as a guy I do actually get a manicure to just cut my nails and make them look clean. My last visit was not so good, about 3 days after my cuticles started splitting up my finger and now the tops of my fingers at the cuticle are red, swollen, splitting, and now sore. Terrible. My friend and I went in for her birthday on Friday (It is now Monday) and my shellac began peeling immediately. That has never happened to me before. My friend got a pedicure and as soon as we go into the car she noticed the lady missed a spot ( I get it, it happens) BUT I also found them very unprofessional. As I current employee of the beauty industry, I am a firm believer in second chances. However, I have had at least two experiences at this nail salon of having my acrylics put on or filled and having problems with how the acrylic was laid around the cuticle area and having divets in the acrylic at the tip. If I wanted to go back after a couple of days and file around the cuticle to have the acrylic lay down so it didn't catch hair, I would've done them myself vs paying someone $23. read more

However, when other walk in traffic started coming in the "admin" there could not even direct traffic and keep the place organized.
