My experience at this nail salon was not the best. I came in with a design in mind, as did my mother, and neither came out as expected. My design was one color on six out of the ten nails, another on the other four, and a snowflake on the four. The nail tech did not tell me she could not do designs very well, and instead tried to figure out how to put a sticker onto my nail...something I have never been offered in my fifteen years of getting my nails done. Also, it is a snowflake...and I am not picky. It could have simply been three intersecting lines and I would have been happy. I do respect that she tried to complete my request, but she couldn't get the stickers to work, after more than 10 minutes of trying. She then requested another nail technician take over and try - and this tech had 10 years of experience in doing nails. The result was not as expected - my left pinky finger looks like it has a white blob on it because of the nail tech rushing. This was not a difficult design, and I said multiple times that I was fine with a more simple design if that would be easier. As stated before, if it was communicated that the design was too complex for the skill level of the technician, I would not be as upset with my experience, but as is, it was horrible. My mother's experience was similar - with a nail technician telling my mother that she could definitely do the design requested and then was not great at the execution - a unique French tip. If you simply want color on your nails, this place was great - they spoke English very well and were mostly friendly, but if you want anything more complicated, you're in for a disappointment. read more

Hair cut and highlight by Lori. I brought in pictures of the cut and highlight I wanted and she did great!

My friend brought me here during my visit from Wisconsin. Best mani/pedi I've had in years! Clean, professional and great attention to detail. My technician went above and beyond helping me find the perfect color when the one I selected didn't look good. Wish my local salons would duplicate there business model. Would come here regularly is I could! read more

Lynn is INCREDIBLE! I went there for the first time since a friend recommended it and it was the best nail salon experience I have ever had which says a lot since I get my nails done religiously every 3 weeks for years and years. They give you a complementary drink and their attention to detail is incredible. She was able to get me an appointment time with her less than a day in advance exactly when I needed it. I got the chrome nails and had shown her a picture of what I wanted and they turned out exactly like the picture. The entire time she kept making sure it was what I wanted. We had so much conversation and laughs which is super refreshing since most of the time at nail salons they talk in another language & you always feel like they're talking about you. Thank you Lynn! I can't wait to come back soon. read more

The Beauty Lounge - Chrome nails & almond shape - Waxing Near Me - Murfreesboro, Tennessee

Extremely happy with my experience! The beauty lounge is a super clean, super friendly establishment! I was in need of some relaxation time and my husband and I went to get pedicures together. The service was exceptional. Very kinds, helpful, and we didn't have to wait long. The pedicure was easily the best I have ever had! I didn't have to worry about infection, as all their tools are opened out of the packet in front of you, and the foot tub is covered in a liner. They take their time and don't rush through the pedicure. I will be returning!! read more

This place is fabulous ! I had experienced a pretty rough work week , and was in dire need of a manicure and pedicure. I was looking as ratchet as I was feeling , and I called and made a last minute appointment. When I walked in, I was greeted warmly and picked out a new color for my toes and fingers ( Beet Root - it's beautiful and reminds me of my "go to" color of Lincoln Park after Dark ) . I loved how they had a TON of gorgeous polishes in gel, powder, and polish that are the same color so if you get powder on your fingers , you can do the same color polish on your toes , for example. Brenda was amazing, offered me wine which I gladly accepted , and was so easy to have a conversation with... enjoyed her company as much as I am now enjoying her exemplary manicure and pedicure skills ! Thank you for making my fingers and toes pretty again ! read more

The people seemed friendly enough however, I hate wasting money. I went in for a gel manicure. I thought my nails didn't look like gel when I was leaving. They weren't smooth at all. Looked like an at home nail job. Well here I am four days later with a chipped nail. I have NEVER had gel chip after four days. $43 plus a way too generous tip down the drain! I won't be back. read more

I have been going to this place since it opened and I haven't been anywhere else since. So I've been there countless times for several different services (hair, eyebrows, manicures and pedicures). Every single time I find the place clean and spotless. They were very hygienic before Covid, right from the beginning they set the bar high and have kept it there. Just when I think they can do a better job, they do and they raise the bar yet again. I was just there yesterday and MacKenzie did an amazing job! I am obsessed with my nails and with her customer service! Thank you for being a safe, clean and great place to have multiple beauty services done! read more

First of all, I've never been someone who regularly had my nails done. I've had them done for special occasions, kept them up for awhile and then stopped. Every time, I would get tired of the sore fingers and the severely damaged nails. I have weak, brittle nails and sad cuticles naturally, and recently wanted to see if I could have them look nice for once. I had come for pedicures at The Beauty Lounge and been impressed, so I gave a manicure and gel polish a try. Holly suggested trying dip gel next time and seeing which I preferred. Dip gel is AMAZING, but particularly in the hands of Holly. Never before have I felt any loyalty to a particular nail technician, but I schedule Holly every time now. Her attention to detail and ability to make my nails look natural is so good. The salon is clean, well managed and everyone is friendly. I broke a brand new nail today and they got me on immediately for a repair. I love my nails now. read more

I loooooove it here! Been coming here since last year! They put a fruit/ flower petal packet in your pedicure water!!! It's really awesome. The place is very chic and has great vibes all the way around. The staff has always been super sweet and funny! Gotta love em! There is a hair salon here too and one day I feel like I need them to do my hair, I have yet to find a place in the boro that sticks out to me in the hair department. They give you a complimentary drink, and the wine ... perfect way to wind down :) I'll come here as long as I live here! read more

This was a great spot. But it seems that now they pick and choose who they want to service based on... idk the way the wind is blowing. Use your imagination. I called this morning to schedule an appointment and was told they were only taking walk ins. I get to the lounge and was turned away stating that they were not taking anymore people today. But as soon as I get to my car three people walk in and we're serviced. I called from my car and asked if they were still taking walk ins and was told yes. I asked why was I just turned away and I couldn't get a straight answer. I have referred many friends to this place and always get gift cards as gifts. Needless to say based on this experience I will definitely be finding another place to go spend my money and refer people to. I won't be back.. read more

I want to start out by saying that I will not go back because It is out of my price range. At $176,It was the most expensive manicure and pedicure that I have ever had for two people, but it was my fault. I called asking for the express manicure and express pedicure, thinking it was $13 for the manicure and $25 for the pedicure. The owner told me that they only give the express manicure with the gel polish. I said okay, no problem! However, I didn't realize that meant $20 extra per service, but it does say that it on the menu. I was thinking that it would be around $100, but with the extra price for gel, it was $176. Yikes lol However, it was the best manicure and pedicure I ever had, but in my opinion, a manicure and a pedicure is not worth the price. If you have the budget and want to ensure a high quality manicure and pedicure, go for it! But, I would recommend getting a higher end manicure that includes the scrubs and things. read more

My friend and I drove over an hour to treat ourselves. We made the appointment almost a week in advance. We got to this establishment and when we told them our names for the appointment we were told we only had one appointment down. We had the email confirming BOTH appointments. When we told her this, Her reply was "the woman who scheduled your appointment is no longer here". So because someone quit or got fired or whatever, We no longer had our other appointment. Extremely rude and unprofessional if you ask me. We wasted an hour drive even though we had proof of BOTH appointments. read more

So I booked an appointment with this establishment around 3am when I got off work. I booked two different appointments because the first appointment was booked for the wrong day. When I called in to let them know she tells me "Well you should've called in" the first unprofessional remark so I let her know the appointment was made at 3am and asked her would someone have been there to answer the phone. she says oh well no I didn't know when really she should've said "Oh sorry about that". The next day I was 30 mins late for my appointment bc again I get off at 3am most nights when I called in she verified my name and said oh yes both appointments are cancelled bc this is the Second time you did a no call no show referring to the day that was discussed previously when I let her know there was no way for me to call. The only reason we ended up on the phone in the first place was bc I called to let them know about my mistake. The owner of the place is very unprofessional and inconsiderate. read more

I don't understand the point of making a appt and still waiting 20 minutes or more. I was attempting to get a gel manicure on my lunch hour and could not be taken care of. As much as I like the outcome the last few times i have come the customer service is lacking so I will spend my money elsewhere going forward. read more

The most professional nail salon Murfreesboro has to offer. Owned and managed by a tail tech herself, Lynn knows exactly how to give incredible service. The prices are a little higher than most salons but the experience is like none other. Highly recommend Mon! read more

This is the very best place in Murfreesboro to get a manicure or pedicure! It is a place where you feel special and you are pampered. There prices are beyond the best deal you will find in Murfreesboro fo that quality of service. read more

I wish I lived in Murfreesboro because this place is absolutely amazing. Friendly staff, great service, relaxing atmosphere; the Beauty Lounge has everything you could ever want from a salon. I came here to get a pedicure for a wedding. The pedicure itself was unique because they put fruit and flowers in the bowl! My pedicurist was so fun and east to talk to, I felt like I was chatting with my best friend. I would highly recommend the Beauty Lounge! Can't wait to visit again! read more

I made an appointment for a spa manicure and sat waiting for almost an hour past the appointment time! I will not go back here, once I was taken back for my manicure I felt like the girl doing it was rushing. She nicked my finger tips in several places; it wasn't relaxing and enjoyable because I felt like an inconvenience instead of a valuable customer. read more

I will never step foot in this establishment again. I walked in ready to inquire about availability for a full set and pedicure for my engagement photos in the morning. No one greeted me , and No one offered to help me . No one acknowledged my existence! There was No receptionist at the front desk. Likewise , there wasn't even a pen on the sign in sheet for me to use. Yet two gentlemen walked in after I had been standing there waiting for about 5 minutes. The men walked straight back, one hoped in a salon chair, exchanged pleasantries ,and were greeted with smiles, hugs, and offers of refreshments . Yet I was never acknowledged. Smh I thought it was 2018. read more

Have to give a big shout out for Donna!! She is such a perfectionist!! I love the fact that she gave me the CHOICE of whether she used a drill or a file.
