Another disappointing visit. Went for gel polish change. Very lumpy. Didn't have the time to go back to have it fixed. Had to do it at home; I have a LED light and similar color polish. Not what I expected. I came with my boyfriend for a relaxing pedicure date and selected the most expensive packages for us both. We just moved here from Atlanta and we're hoping to make this our new spot, but I was pretty upset about this experience. Usually, I expect about an hour to 75 min for the big packages because they include a quick massage, hot towel, scrub, etc and takes longer. They were rushing us out in only 30 min!!!! From entering to leaving including payment was only 47 minutes total and they charged me $150 before tip. They only gave me 2 of the 3 coats needed for gel nails and didn't trim them at all after I told her I like them very short and round and she didn't scrub the dead so MY GEL PEDICURE LASTED LESS THAN A WEEK. Went to My Nail Spa for the first time and won't be the last! Super nice people and clean establishment. Tried the gel manicure and spa pedicure, decided to treat myself. Loved the way they are so attentive to you and offer you a beverage and make sure you're comfortable. They have some nice gel colors to choose from as well as a large assortment of other nail colors. The prices are similar to others in the area but the difference here is the decor and cleanness of the place. I look for that in places I visit. It has to meet my standards or I don't go back. I wanted to try a nail salon closer to my house vice on MCPkwy. I walked in on a Wed at 4, and Tom kindly informed me they were booked and I had to make an appt. fir the next day. not a worry at all, made an appt for the next day! I was even able to move my appt up earlier when I realized my day wasn't as busy had I had planned. When I walked in the next day, Tom greeted me by my name! Did a wellness screening and had me wash my hands. They had an abundance of colors to choose from. I typically get dip so I was excited! I had tips removed($10), cuticle care($10), and a dip($50). It cost $70 [and a glass of wine, free] Tom was attentive, took his time, and did a wonderful job! My only complaint (I'm from DC so it's usually included) is the cuticle care is typically included in the dip nail price, and not extra. However, each salon is different so I respect their prices. No complaints here. Called the day of, got an appointment a couple of hours after I called. I arrived early to check in (as you should). They have a huge selection of dip/gel/reg polish. The staff is friendly. The place is clean. Prices are as expected. I went for a spa pedicure and added a essential oil paraffin wrap. Total was $50 and I tipped (as you should). I moved here not too long ago, I had to leave my old nail tech she was great . I get full sets and a pedicure every 2-3weeks so moving here I had to find a new nail place and I tried 2 different places before going to "my nail spa", I'm very pleased with the service I received both visits, Jessica really takes her time and with the designs I want she makes sure to kill it each time! they all are great people , I recommend going here 100% you also check in and after each visit you get points . I made an appointment for Saturday to get gel nails, they looked great. By the end of my nail one of my nails had already chipped and one other nail was starting to peel off. I went back Sunday to get them to fix it, I figured I would have to wait also not a big deal. When I walked in I tried to explain to the man that I was here just yesterday and my nail is already chipped and I just wanted them to fix the two nails. However, he kept interrupting me asking when my appointment for today was, I couldn't even get my full sentence out! I finally said I don't have an appointment I just need two nails fixed and he refused to try and fix them because they were fully booked for the day. He talked to me very rudely so I walked out and I will never be returning. Never have I ever had a nail salon not try to fix my nails as soon as possible if there was a error. The way he talked to me was truly unprofessional and unacceptable. Do not recommend coming here. read more

Went in for a pedicure with gel add on and a full set on my hands. The person doing them did not clean up the edges of my nails so it looked extremely sloppy with left over nail polish all over the cuticles of my feet and hands. To make things worse my old nail polish was still showing through on my big toe!! I had to fix my nails at home because I was so unhappy with the results. Why am I paying $121 (one of the highest prices I've ever had to pay for nails btw) for a job I could've done better at home myself? Will NOT be returning. read more

I've found my little slice of heaven. After a long week and with an upcoming event I walked in for my acrylics to be replaced and a pedicure. Though it says walk-ins welcome, you really walk in to get scheduled, which I actually appreciate more than just getting added to a list and having to wait. I booked an appointment, got a reminder text and when I came in they were ready for me. Temp check and washed my hands (also a plus). The place is spotless, smells great, and the pedicure area has such a relaxing ambiance. Everyone is super courteous and professional. You get a complimentary drink, I got a delicious cocktail, but there is also water soda and wine. I upgraded to a premium pedicure with gel polish and it was worth every penny ($75). The massage was wonderful, got a bath bomb, moisturizer mask, hot towel, the work. Everyone was super attentive, they stay in communication with each other to ensure their schedule stays on point, and if they get a little delayed they will call you to let you know you're appointment is running a little behind and rebook you (which I also love and appreciate their respect for your time). I did change from acrylics to dip powder. The removal process of my old set was also great, it's all about the details. They do wrap your fingers in acetone and aluminum, but they add a plastic glove so they stay in place and give you a stylus so you can be on your phone while you wait for them to soak! They have a little phone stand next to you too so they can work on one hand and with the stylus you can do your thing on your phone. Attentive to detail down to the last coat. They make sure you got what you asked for before you wash your hands again and use one of their scented lotions that also smell great. You get 10% off if you pay cash and have a point system for gifts you can save up for. This was not what I had planned, but I ended up getting so much more than I expected.
