He lied to me when I called asking to have a pedicure with Anna. He booked my apt w her then when I sat down Tom walked out. I asked where Anna was and he said she's off today!!! There was no one in the salon at 11am on a Saturday- clearly a sign. I also had a service dog with me, of which he clearly wasn't happy about. He flat out refused to do my hands while my feet were getting done because of "the dog!!??" Say what!? Blaming the dog was clear to me he didn't want to be inconvenienced. What a joke. My dog is 9#. Didn't make a peep. Then to top it off 10 minutes into my appointment he starts a full set on someone and wanted me to wait once I was done- what a joke. Worst energy, horrible service. Salon run by a man and zero women in here- no thanks! To top it off the "classic" pedicure was higher than where I live in San Diego. Joke again. Tom came out to help me when I arrived. He was very nice and kind to my dog. Tom leave this salon! You're better than him! If you're desperate and need a pedicure at least ask for Tom. I left happily passing on any service from him. Staff was friendly. One lady was asked to comeback to finish her nails so they could focus on us. The person who did my pedicure... I am 98% sure it was their first time. It was the most out of order experience and she had to keep asking what to do next. Beautiful spot. I would suggest making an appointment and it might be a different vibe.

I wasn't given a menu to select the pedicure. She removed polish barely even touched for the callus removal and then drained the water. It should have been a red flag walking in and it being completely empty and a worker laid out on the couch with a toddler running around though. $50 for a polish change.....YIKES

Came here to try a different place to get a pedicure and I was honestly very displeased!…read more -we arrived at 3:45 and was told it would be a ten minute wait, that is totally fine. We were getting a regular pedicure and a kids pedicure. We were sat at the pedicure chair with our feet soaking in water after, what we did not expect was to wait an additional 35 minutes just to get service. The lady came over to start our service and that is honestly where it went down hill. Then they asked what we abated and I mentioned again a kids pedicure and a regular pedicure. They asked what was the girls age and I said 10 years old. They proceeded to tell me that I couldn't get a kids pedicure because she was 10 but their policy is 10 years old AND younger. She went and asked several different people and would come back and tell me no but she finally said okay. After this they decided that instead of two individuals servicing us, we were given one lady to do both of our pedicures. So now my water that is no longer hot but lukewarm is going to be cold by the time my pedicure starts. So when my pedicure starts I ask for hot water because now my water is cold. Both pedicures were extremely rushed. My feet were not scrubbed of dead skin at all and they didn't polish my toes good, in addition they left like a residue on my feet instead of cleaning them up. It overall just was not a great experience. With starting after sitting in lukewarm water for 35 minutes we were both done by 5pm. That means she did both pedicures in 40 minutes and you can tell it was rushed. We also were not given the sandals to wear we have to go grab some to put on.
