They already have hundreds of 5 star reviews on google so I came here to leave mine. As you can see from my other reviews I'm pretty critical. I don't sugar coat anything. I'm very honest. I either like something or not. I have very high standards. With that being said, here is what I think. It's very clean. The pedicure room is separate through a set of glass doors in a dimly lit peaceful room. The chairs are comfortable with massage built in. The staff are all so friendly and helpful. Very easy to get an appointment or just walk in! I already have a favorite nail tech. Casey is awesome! He is very good at what he does. He listens and delivers quality work. I show him photos of what I like and he does exactly that. He will even recommend if he thinks something might work better. He takes his time and doesn't rush. Even when I get a basic regular pedicure he is thorough. I love it. He is hands down probably the best nail tech I've ever gone to. I've seen other reviews on google and I hear other techs are great too, but he is now my go to guy. The photo is of my last visit. I had pink dip powder with tips and finished with chrome. I had him do my nails a little but thicker this visit than my usual.

(my hubby's first time!). We opted for the Volcano pedicure so we could get the paraffin wax and hot stone treatments. Heaven! Not only was the service exceptional but we felt very welcomed at check-in, the ladies providing our services were lovely, and they even have a full bar! I didn't partake but saw many people enjoying a glass of Prosecco while getting their nails done. Did I also mention this place is probably the most gorgeous salon I've ever been in? We have nothing like this in Hawaii. Highly recommend, will be back if ever in Tennessee again.

It had been years since my last nail appointment, so I wasn't familiar with current trends or pricing. From the moment we checked in, the staff was warm and approachable, taking the time to help me decide on a style that suited me. It was especially wonderful that Katie was available and speaks Spanish, which made a big difference since my aunt was also getting her nails done and doesn't speak English. Katie was friendly, efficient, and made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Parking is easy and plentiful, which is always a plus. Pricing felt competitive, and I appreciated that any additional costs were clearly explained upfront. Overall, a very pleasant and welcoming experience -- I'll definitely be coming back.
