My first visit was amazing. Incredible conversation, super great work, clean stations, and quick turnaround. I returned today and it was awful. Everyone seemed frazzled and rushed - amongst the pandemic restrictions. My tech (and everyone around me) wore a mask, but coughed the entire service. It seemed as if she was falling asleep during my pedicure. I was cut when trimming cuticles FOUR times. I asked for square with round edges and had to have the tech reshape my nailed three times. And they're still not the right shape. When I finished and got up to leave, she kicked my foot and ruined the polish on my foot and had to fix it, awkwardly on her knee as she kneeled under the nail station where she did my manicure. Then less than 3 hours later, the corner lifted and peeled off (this is gel) on my thumb. This was NOT a great experience, and I would like to know why the quality is so drastically different between two separate visits. A gel manicure and regular pedicure; including multiple retouches, INJURIES, and many quality issues - should not be $80. I'm very very disappointed. read more

My niece and I went here today. Both to get full sets. I asked for coffin shape and you could not get any more square than mine. They are also super short, like no longer than my nails were to start with. Yes she asked me about length befor cutting then she kept cutting them down and filing them down. My husband said (you PAID for that!). They never let my niece see the color wheel and she had to pick from the powder on the wall, which looked pink and she has these weird orange nails now. The worst part is I had to pay $160 because I used a card and the lowest tip on their machine was over $20. No option to opt out. I hope people check this before going. Cut me to the point of bleeding while getting a manicure. She just threw some old powder on it and kept going. My finger is already starting to feel super hot like it's getting infected. No discount was offered. Disposable Pumice stones are obviously used more than once which is pretty gross considering how much dead skin gets caught in those. Only giving two stars because the lady was nice and fixed my nails when I smudged by accident. So I went in last Saturday to get a dip manicure, I had gone 3 weeks prior & had one as well. But since they had grown I wanted design, well my nail tech didn't know how to do my design. I asked her to do a simple design that she could do. So we ended up doing green French nails & then the owner tried charging me $75! This review is based on the treatment- not the service. I just moved here from California and am looking for a great new salon. I made a 1:30 appointment. It is now 2:23 and my pedicure just started. I have an appointment down the road at a hair salon at 3. I had given myself an hour and 20 minutes to enjoy the "luxury " pedicure offered here. The 50 minutes I waited means I'm getting a quick and dirty polish change instead. To add insult to injury, two women who came in after me and said they did not have appointments were taken back 30 minutes before I was. Guess the manager figured they were going to be more profitable customers, which was probably a costly mistake- I spend $300 a month on average in various nail salon services. Further, I am an Executive Director and literally oversee over a hundred employees- I'm sure to explain my experience here whenever local nail salon options come up in conversation. We called at 3 pm on a Friday the day before my daughter's prom and they fit us in at 6:30 pm that night. Tony did an amazing job on my daughter's nails and we will definitely be back. He did tips with dip and her hands are tiny so I worried they would be too thick like some are but they were perfect! He took his time to make sure they looked natural and was so very nice and talkative to us. They made everyone wear a mask and made sure everyone, including themselves, washed their hands before they work on you. My only complaint would be the amount of people in there at once and that's the reason for 4 stars and not 5. We were fortunate enough that nobody was actually sitting by us though. read more

The service was very poor. The products used were dry and gummy. The polish on my toenails looked horrible. After a week the gel polish used began to chip and flake off. The poor young tech, she did not know what she was doing. When I got home there was a lot of the cuticles that she did not clean up. I finished removing the cuticles and cleaning each nail. I've been here a few times I have gotten a mix of positive and negative experiences. However today was the last straw. I went in today to get a French manicure and the guy didn't know what he was doing. Jimmy had done my nails there a few weeks before and it was fantastic! I asked the guy who was doing my nails to do the same manicure; I just needed it to be re done because my nails had grown out. He didn't listen to what I wanted and they looked terrible. I told him I didn't like it and asked if I could get them taken off. He complied and I asked if I could have a regular mani instead and he said no, he hurried in taking them off and didn't even finish getting it all off before I was hurried out the door. I wish I could give this place 0 I would. I'm never one to write a negative review but this was the worst nail experience I've ever had. I came to get a mani and pedi with 11 other girls for my brother's wedding (including his bride) and the people were so incredibly rude. My nails look like they've already grown out a week and when I told my nail tech that, the manager came to me and said it 'wasn't possible' for them to cover the full nail. I told him I get my nails done very often, and he asked me where. I told him I get them done in Dallas since I live there but my hometown is Murfreesboro. His response? 'Go back and get them done in Dallas.' After tipping (WELL) and asking them to redo the most offensive nails, they refused. For the most part, they provide acceptable manicures and pedicures. However, the people in charge are awful and clearly do not respect and appreciate their clients. Very disappointed. Came here with my 3 year old niece to get pedicures and her nails painted. I had asked them to paint her toes and just do a few things of the regular pedicure to make it fun, scrubbing, filing the pointed edges, etc. I had to continuously remind her to do other things for my niece as well. She never even filed them for her..Then, she tried painting my nieces fingernails while we were still sitting in the pedicure chair. She had nothing to rest her hands on so I was holding them out...One wrong move, and I would have pink polish on my white jeans, so I suggested we move to a manicure chair....duh! Also, while she tried to paint her nails while she was still on my lap, she ended up smudging my toes that had just been painted..you would think she would just immediately fix it. Nope! I had to ask for that too! After we moved to the chair, My niece kept her hands so still, and she didn't even paint her full nail. Many spots still missing polish. I wasn't able to fully look at mine before leaving because..well, a 3 year old. However, when I got home and looked-wow. Worst pedicure ever. The amount of jagged edges, the blood from her over filing one toe, the lack of pink polish on the entire nail and the amount of my old burgundy polish that still remained was ridiculous! I went back to the salon to tell them to fix it, and was told to further wait....and am writing this as I sit waiting for another 30-40 minutes for them to fix a pedicure that was done so horribly in the first place. Also-since we were waiting for our nails to dry, I had asked If I could just pay there and give her my card. She then told me she would meet me up front and I had to come up there. Just yet another poor customer service fiasco. Update: they told me the polish was still on there because I painted them myself before and didn't use a base coat. Umm...I've taken this polish off myself dozens of times, and never miss a spot. And if I do, I file it or use more nail polish remover. Isn't that what I'm paying for????? I've been here a few times for pedicures and they were just your average pedicure. Nothing spectacular. I feel like pedicures just aren't what they used to be, no matter where you go. I went this week for a manicure and dip polish. I was told about 15 minute wait, and I was okay with that but they were extremely busy and I felt everything was being rushed. A lady sat down beside me that had been there earlier in the week and her nails were already chipping from her service. Anywho, I sat down and waited for my turn. A male sat down and started on my nails, he asked if I wanted my nails cut and I said no thank you just shaped, since I had been working so hard to grow them out. Next thing I knew he had cut my nails short! He asked if I wanted round or square, I said square and he said oh no round is best for you and started filing round. I don't know if I was mistaken but I asked for a manicure with dip polish but he didn't even touch my cuticles. The whole dip process seemed very rushed, and I don't feel like I got the best service. My polish is VERY thick and doesn't cover my whole nail! I think I would like the dip polish had they taken a little more time and made sure it looked good. I came here a few months ago. When i asked my nail tech a question about designs and showed them a picture to see if they could do it, he just said no and nothing else. My nail tech didn't interact with me the rest of the time. They only talked to the other nail techs. I got dip nails, it's on the pricier side here so i assumed it comes with the typical things but it didn't. All they did was put the nails on and paint them. They didn't touch my cuticules, moisturize, or anything. And afterwards, while they were setting, the nail tech disappeared for atleast 10 minutes, and didn't tell me how long to sit for, so i just ended up getting up, paying, and leaving. I came for a gel mani and basic pedi. I didn't like that I had to pay extra for them to take off a previous style. Most salons do this for free if you're getting additional work done. However, I was treated wonderfully and the staff did an amazing job. The atmosphere is very nice and extremely clean. I was happy to see liners in the pedi bowls. It was quiet and I was able to relax a little. My pedi was done by Nan and my gel mani was done by Amanda. By far the best service I've had at a nail salon ever. I was greeted immediately and quickly taken back for a pedicure. Malanda was an amazing tech! Very attentive and she made conversation.
