All in all, I feel like my nails look sloppy and far from what I envisioned. It is a bummer to keep driving to Franklin for a manicure, but this did not feel worth the time or money. My only complaint is that we made appointments & were told when we arrived that they didn't have enough techs for both us of when we checked in. My friend had her pedi first while I kept her company, then they started mine. However, not even a minute later, the tech stated he "had an appointment" & left me to soak while he moved to another customer. It would be smart for their business to only accept appointments if they have enough to staff. Really disappointing as a first time customer.
