This place is a mess. A few months ago, they injured my finger, but they agreed to give me the next dip for free. You can see the picture after one week of healing! Then, a few times Lily burnt my skin and nail just because she didn't pay attention to what she was doing. I have been to this salon many times but today was different obviously new ownership. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I had a pedicure and there was a significant language barrier, few spoke any English.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I had a man and he was scrubbing my feet with the skin remover much too hard. I was trying to tell him it hurt but he just smiled and kept going. She got white dip polish and it had blood mixed in corners. Then charged $10 extra on top of the 50 for dip for the cuticle treatment. I said she was saying it hurt and is bleeding? And we didn't ask for that? Another friend who has been customer got a toe infection after pedicure... daughters friend went today and same with cuticles bleeding And charged extra. This was my first experience with dip and I was very happy with how it turned out. I didn't have an appointment, but they were able to get me in fast and my manicurist did a fantastic job getting the shape of my nails just how I wanted, which I find is hard at a lot of places. I've been going to Glamorous Nails for a while now and doubt I'll be going anywhere else any time soon! The staff is nice and the space is clean and they decorate all cute for holidays. Stacie is fabulous- she's super sweet, friendly, and takes great care of her clients. I see her every time I go and she knows exactly how I like my nails now and she does them perfectly every visit. I am not a happy customer Here are two pictures where you can see my nails are green . I went to a different nail salon and they have seen this and recommended me to take pictures of them and how this isn't right . I been here at this location today and I am not happy at all I am really upset I have came here twice and for one when I came in at 6 before they closed at 7 I can't remember her name but she accepted me last minute and took me in and I have gotten my nails done everything was fine until application of acrylic when it came down to application using a tool to take off access of the lifting acrylic from drilling paint off and then when it came to drying or filing she was really rough with the nail drill to the point where my hand are still feeling the burning sensation. when I got done to a different lady approached me and she had an attitude and when it came to give me the receipt she didn't even hand it she practically threw it at my face which I found disrespectful. I understand I came at 6 which they weren't closed yet but don't get mad and yell at people for coming in last minute to get out leave . I was able to get my nails done by someone and they kept rushing me to pick my color or trying to get me to leave . For me I don't like to be in a rush I like to enjoy my day off having a nice spa day . This is the second time where the same different nail tech had an attitude towards me why I don't know i don't remember her name I was nice when I walk in didn't say anything rude I apologize for coming in an 1 earlier before closing I was patient but they kept rushing me .I love my nails but my fingers are still burning as I left today nail salon . Hopefully they have some decency and not rush on people's nails to prevent there hand from burning after a process acrylic or dipping powder. I'm kinda surprized they don't have a higher review here! Everyone is really nice and they really bend over backwards to get me in for mother's day without sacrificing quality service! I had Suki for my hands and Johnny for my pedicure. Suki is really amazing at what she does and I'm not one to fall asleep easy but I almost fell asleep with my pedicure! If you call at 9:30 and get an 11:00 appointment with a specific person and they don't take your name, it should have been a sign. If you have an appointment with a nail tech, don't take a person who wants a design 15 minutes before your appointment. 40 minutes after I showed up on time to my appointment still waiting to get in the chair. Pros - Pedi and foot massage felt great - Got some of the dead skin off (on my heels, balls of my feet, and cuticles) - Chair had massage for my back - Facility and tools were clean Cons - Scrub and foot massage was twice as long on my left foot/leg as my right - Did not get all of the dead skin off (on my toes, cuticles, or callouses) - Did not push back cuticles - Did not file my toenails - Did not file callouses on the tops of my toes (from dress shoes) - Nail tech did not speak enough English for me to tell her about the cons as she was doing them - Nail tech did not know the package, had to review the pricing/description sheet before starting I would go again, but would only buy the base package for $30. read more

This was my second time here. The first time I was here, a woman named Lee did my pedi and was amazing! I couldn't wait to return! Well, I returned today and unfortunately was very disappointed. I still tipped over 20% because I believe in tipping, but I probably won't return. When I arrived, the woman, who never gave me her name, was pushy wanting me to upgrade my pedi to gel. I repeatedly declined. Then before she came over to start, she went to the restroom and did not wash her hands(I know this because I went in after her). During my pedi, she cut my toe, the skin on the side and it burned and bled. She also somehow cut my heel and it burned. Once my nails were painted, she informed me to stay seated there and walked away. I waited and waited and waited, 35 min went by and she never returned. She was working on someone else. I just got up, paid and left. I'm new to the area. Really hope that I can find a quality place to go. If not, I guess I'll have to drive into Franklin. read more

I gave this place two tries, as I really wanted to like it. Pros: -Pretty & clean atmosphere - Friendly staff Cons: - pedi/mani massages were extremely short and not relaxing. - sns manicure was rushed and only lasted 10 days. - shellac manicure was probably the worst I've had done, and started peeling within days. Within 1 week all nails were bare - I am not exaggerating. - I got a French shellac pedicure both times I visited here. Both times, no matter what I told my nail artist, the white lines were incredibly thin and did not even cover my natural nail tip. These pedicures only lasted about two weeks - typically I can get a French shellac pedi to last a month! Unfortunately this has only proven to be a waste of my money. I will not return. read more

we made an appointment for 6 people. only 4 of us ended up going, but we had to wait half an hour still. they were extremely rushed while doing our nails (even though there was only one other person getting a manicure) which was stressful and probably the reason they came out so bad. i paid $70 for a french fade on acrylics. they are super thick which she said was because my natural nails were short, but i don't understand why thats the case when my friends' natural nails were shorter than mine, and their acrylics didn't come out thick. aside from that, my acrylics are all different lengths and shapes, they are sore and she cut my finger (we all got cut actually), the pink is a very unnatural color, the acrylic is lumpy, there is debris stuck in the acrylic... the list goes on. i won't be going back and can't believe i paid as much as i did. read more

I rarely treat myself to getting salon services, so I was really looking forward to getting a good pedicure. I called and asked if there were openings for a specific time, advising I was on a tight schedule, and was reassured they could accommodate the time requested. Upon arrival, no one greeted me, nor asked about what service I was needing or if I had an appointment. I went ahead and signed in thinking surely they would get to me soon. I ended up waiting for 30 minutes, still without anyone helping me or even checking in with me, much less being sat in the pedicure chair to relax while waiting, I then left, went down the street, and was immediately seated to relax... I called in late one afternoon as I had chipped one of my SNS nails and needed a mani. They told me to come on over. I did end up waiting for a bit longer than expected, but the staff was very apologetic. Lisa ended up doing my nails. She was a bit on the rough side, but they turned out great. Wish she had taken a few more minutes to clean up around the nail bed, but it was the end of the day and I'm sure she was ready to head out. My daughter and I visited yesterday. Our appointment was at 12:15. My daughter had a woman and I had a gentleman do my pedi. They rushed through them both, hardly massaging my feet/legs. Same with my daughter. They did not ask us if we wanted anything to drink. Nor did they as us which type of pedicure we wanted. They did not talk to us at all. Finally! A good, no GREAT, nail spa in Spring Hill! I was recommended this place by a client of mine who was raving about them. I have shorts, ugly, picked at Nails and I needed help. I came in and asked if they could put tips on and also do a dip and she said "no problem". Yay! I told her I wanted them fairly short and I didn't want the dip to be very thick on my nails so it would look more natural. I explained to her that I am an esthetician and I can't have my nails very long but I just wanted them to look nice. She did exactly what I asked her to! The whole team there is extremely friendly and are all about good customer service. They want to make their clients happy. This place is only about three months old and it's tucked away on a side street in Spring Hill. It's a hidden gem! I did not have a good experience. They said it would be "five to ten minutes" then sat me in a chair for forty five minutes. I had to leave before getting any service, tremendous waste of time. Also smelled terribly of chemicals (not in a normal nail salon way). There are several other better options in the area. read more
