I put some press on nails a few weeks ago and decided I didn't like them so much & wanted to get nail salon acrylics. I did use the glue that came with the nails and boy were they on good. The nail tech (pretty sure the owner) literally yanked them off my nail beds. OUCH! Why not just soak them off? They were meant to be soaked off. Then charged me an extra $5 to rip them off and damage my nail beds. She passes me over to another tech who proceeds to file my nails sooo crooked. Whatever, no big. 2 days later and now my pinky nail is CHIPPED!! Right before I'm about to go on vacation. I will no longer support this establishment and will be looking for a new salon who values customer experience and quality work.
