They had super cute Christmas decorations, and were putting up more while we were there. The vibe is super warm and welcoming, and for a short while you feel like you stepped back in time. After being ignored a few times, I just walked out. The interior is bright and clean but there are only a handful of tables (terrible use of their space). There are some outside tables but their green area is not attractive and feels like you're just sitting in a parking lot. The store is very difficult to see from the street which means they'll get very little drive-by traffic. I hope they can survive, especially when they are competing with Chipotle next door.
