Keeps getting more and more inconsistent. The raccoon-eyed bartender is just plain rude. 2 different experiences and she is simply way too obnoxious to deal with. Was half choking on something and no server was around and simply asked for water. And with a nasty glare and tone told me to go find a waiter and went on as if I were a ghost. Eddie is great! Twice served by him and he needs a raise. Ribs...stop giving me partial day old or worse pieces to make up a full rack. We have gone elsewhere 5 times where we would otherwise have been here but for those two things. The bartender is a completely rude person outside of those she knows as regulars. We are there enough to qualify as loyal patrons but no more. When you fix that, we maybe back. read more

So disappointed in our meal delivery. Ordered the T-bone with a baked potato, a Cheeseburger Sliders meal and the Crab dip. I should have taken a picture of the dip but couldn't bring myself to, I had to pour off a 1/4 inch of oil into the garbage!. You can see the picture on how they packed a $30 T-Bone steak meal - Please do better. This was horrible packaging. And the Rolls were supposed to come with the signature butter...nope. And only 1 set of utensils in the bag? Then my sliders. Dry hockey pucks. Zero flavor. So sad. Doubt I'll ever actually go eat there if the take out is this bad. read more

I came in here after trying to find a place to grab a beer and some food. It happened to be a Tuesday night, which also happens to be their endless boneless wing night. It looked busy from the outside but I figured I try it out. I was able to find an opening at a large (and very full) bar. It took the bartender a few minutes to come greet me, a little longer than I would've liked at the time. I started thinking this was a bad move. Once she did come over, her personality changed that thinking. She ended up being one of the best bartenders I've encountered in a long time. I had a few drinks, and kept going back and forth on what to order. I'm not a fan of bottomless anything but decided today to go for the boneless wings since they looked pretty good as others were getting them. I ordered them with hot sauce and within five minutes a had a massive pile in front of me that looked great; and they also tasted great. The sauce was a typical Franks Red Hot flavor, which I enjoy and probably appeals to the masses because it's not too hot. The portion is big, very big and for only $10 you can't beat it. I did order one more portion because I wanted to try the Korean #2 sauce. Bad idea because it was way too much food but the sauce was good. Sweet with a slight kick and savory. I'm not sure when I'll be back to Frederick but I'm going to seek out some of their other locations. This was a good meal! read more

First, my Philly cheesesteak sandwich was merely OK. Not very tasty. Disappointing to be honest. My side of Cole slaw was awful. Extremely dry. Felt like I was eating plain, raw cabbage. Nowhere near the appropriate amount of mayo and seasonings. Very bland. I ordered a 20 oz Diet Coke and expected it to be in a bottle. Instead it came in a 16 oz plastic cup. $4.72 for the soda is way overpriced. And since I'm here visiting, I asked for utensils, which I did not get. I'll be back here in business again and I will never order from this place again. read more

Came here hoping for a quick meal after work and was excited that we made it on Burger Monday for the classic burgers $7.99 or specialty burgers $9.99. The restaurant itself wasn't very crowded. Lots of tvs around to watch sports and such. It's very much a sports bar and I'm guessing would be fun to watch games if you're really just planning on drinking. Pros: seated quickly, was able to order burger temp that I wanted (medium rare- most places around here only cook med/well), fries were delicious and crispy. Dessert was delicious!! Cons: waited almost 30 min for two burgers and chicken tenders, my drink wasn't refilled, burger was greasy, dessert took a while to come. Overall, food for the price wasn't bad. The gentleman bringing our food was very friendly and helpful. This was definitely not a quick dinner and so there's where my hesitation to return is. read more

This is upsetting I'm a frequent customer here so I decided to order online loaded potatoes, chili and onion straws. The potatoes were dry and very dark onion straws were very dark ams greasy needless to say chili wasn't even warm enough to melt the cheese on top very disappointed. Glory is just outside Ft Detrick and perfect for visitors. Food choices look like Chili's but tastes better. I had the Wednesday special, half rack ribs & BBQ sauce with mashed potatoes. It came with very moist cornbread cake. Highly recommend to stop by. We walked in beforw 12pm and the place was getting crowded lunch time. Our server was very kind and friendly. Gave us to go box with no issues. And yes we have leftovers because the portions were huge! read more

Great place for burgers ! The atmosphere is sports bar dark with lots of televisions. Plenty to look at. The menu is extensive and includes salads fish and chicken dishes as well as the great burgers. There's a great variety of children's menu as well . We had turkey sandwich, salmon and the children's grilled chicken. All were good and we'd recommend! read more

On my way to North Carolina, my family and I were looking to stop for food, and after searching on Yelp, we found Glory Days. We were traveling on a Tuesday, and we saw that they happened to have "Taco Tuesdays", and since we are all taco lovers, we decided Glory Days was the perfect place to stop and refresh ourselves with a good meal. All day long you can get two tacos for $7.99. I tried the shrimp tacos, but they were only "ehhhh" to me: not bad, but not good. After that, I switched to the shrimp linguini with garlic cream sauce in a half-sized portion. It was sooooo good that I ordered a full sized portion to go! Glory Days is family-friendly, but also includes a full sized bar. I highly recommend the lemon drop martini. The prices are moderate, and they have specials for each day. In addition to Taco Tuesdays they have Burger Mondays, Rib Wednesdays, and Nacho Thursdays (wish we could have experienced this one!). The servers are very friendly. read more

I arrived with my two young sons for a bite to eat after a long day on a Friday night. The restaurant was extremely busy. Our servers name was Brooke, she greeted us quickly letting me know she would be right with us despite how busy she seemed. She got my kids food order imand put that in for me right away and was back with our drinks shortly after. I appreciate how often she checked in with me to update me on when our food would be out, and how personable she was. My order did not come with the collectible shark that it said it did. I am irate. I wanted my effing collectible shark. I literally do not care about the drink at all, but you guys forgot my shark. Very disappointed in the service. Management should be embarrassed! We stopped here following a day out in the heat at the Adventure Park. When we walked in there were about 4 hosts at the stand that just stared at us. I had to finally open my mouth and say we needed a table. Once we were seated, our waitress brought drinks and took our appetizer order. Shortly following she said she had to go work the bar and we would be taken care of by her colleague. We were never greeted by any new wait staff. Our food came out and we needed refills, condiments, etc. we noticed all of the tables surrounding us were being helped (multiple times). I finally decided to ask one someone for our refills and other condiments. We were never checked on or asked if we needed ANYTHING. Such an awful experience especially since we were celebrating a birthday and trying a new restaurant. The food was actually good and we thought we'd enjoy our experience. Unfortunately we finished our food and upon our decision almost leave a server comes over to apologize. This was awful service & we should have just walked out! After paying the bill we weren't even thanked for eating there on our way out. I would consider eating here again at a different location, but I do not recommend the Frederick, MD location for your dining experience. They are only getting 1 star because we didn't have issues with the food... Actually the fish looked more like a frozen big fish stick. So no to the fish. Bad bad bad service!!! read more

So this is a basic chain restaurant and as such can really only be so great. My friends and I normally come here for cheap drinks and a chill atmosphere. The staff is all friendly and we never have bad service or issues here. It's not a bad restaurant but it's nothing special to make you wanna come back or even remember it exists. My brother used to live around the corner but since he moved this place isn't good enough to travel to go back to and we honestly never think about it as an option. The cook doesn't care if the food that's being served is tasty or appealing! The curbside staff doesn't care if the meal that's being picked up is presentable. It's been this way for the past 2 years. I had stopped eating here for the reasons mentioned above. I had hoped things would be better and I missed their trifecta burger. I was wrong. Nice try but failed! I was hungry for Pretzel bread and searched Yelp for places close to my hotel. My interest really peaked when I came across the menu item "Prussian Pretzel rolls", which tout tasty corned beef on a pretzel roll with stone ground mustard and warm kraut. My meal arrived flooded with onions and only 1oz serving of kraut (should be other way around). The pretzel rolls lacked any taste and the mustard looked and tasted like watered down mustard seeds. Needless to say I left completely unfulfilled and wanting authentic German flavors during this horrid year of 2020, just another reminder of the times! After many years of having Glory Days our go to spot for dinner. I am sad to say that last night was our last. My husband order the Salmon with Jasmine rice and I ordered 1/2 rack of ribs. The first sign of a problem was that they had stopped serving the Applewood BBQ sauce then the bacon ranch dressing was not the same. The Salmon was raw and the ribs were leftover from sometime and very dry. I am not sure what type of training is given servers but checking to see how the food is was always an important task as a server. Clearing away dishes was also! Very sad to see a good restaurant with new management that takes away some customers favorites! I truly hope that service and quality of food is addressed so that they can have a successful restaurant. read more

We are sitting in Glory Days as I writ. we ordered a hamburger-no cheese, onion, bun, or pickle medium rare with fries and a cheeseburger medium no onion or pickle. The hamburger was perfectly cooked but had cheese on it. The cheeseburger was cooked perfectly. Both of our fries were just warm. Disappointing. Let the waitress know and she said "Sorry". That was it- no offer to bring hot fries. Luckily the cheese peeled off. No manager came by. Sad. read more

Shrimp appetizer 3 ways - Buffalo, Knockout, and seasonal Kolbi. A great "pick your style" approach to a popular hors d'oeuvre selection. The managers and take out staff gracefully honored a discount coupon for one and I gladly purchased two more orders. The staff wants diners to have a pleasing experience and that can make all the difference in the world- note the manager responding to criticism. Kadin was my server this fine evening and let me say it was a blast his down to earth nature along with his wit kept me entertained all evening. While I thought he was the second coming of Jesus at first I was mistaken as my delectable burger came out and props to the chefs for making this gourmet meal for me and bringing my evening together. And as I was eating Kadin took the time out of his busy shift to make sure I was okay and the meal turned out well which it most certainly did. Thanks to the wait staff and kitchen workers but especially Kadin for his impeccable service and hospitality I think he deserves a raise for his hard work as I have noticed him multiple times here at glory days and it's always 110% every time I visit. read more

It's a chain restaurant, what is there to say? I had a swiss, onion, and mushroom burger, not my usual sort of thing but it seemed like something they'd do an ok job of. (I'd have preferred a veggie burger, but they were out---I do wish they had even a few more veggie options.) Mushrooms/onions were cooked well, fries still had potato skin on them, pickle had enough crunch. Nothing at all special, but can't complain. Had take-out, so can't comment on service. read more
