He and his team arrived ready to go, were efficient, remarkably intuitive and some of the kindest people I've met. As a wedding coordinator, my team and I wanted for nothing that day. We opted to sit outside since we had our dog with us. The server was very friendly, with great service and they are very dog friendly and had water bowls outside for them. I am from Eastern NC, so I have a pretty good idea of bbq and BC staples. I decided to try the flounder rather than the bbq this time. The founder was disappointing. It was a bit on the bland side and the batter is a little confusing. I was expecting a cornmeal style batter or similar, but got something different. The fish itself had potential to be very good. The beans also left a lot to be desired, just lacked flavor and taste. The business looks like they do a lot of catering as opposed to dining (possible a lot of to go orders, too).

They make big ugly scary slimy wings and overall just can bo It's also dirty in there. Trash never empty and water always on the floor.

We have gone elsewhere 5 times where we would otherwise have been here but for those two things. The bartender is a completely rude person outside of those she knows as regulars. We are there enough to qualify as loyal patrons but no more. When you fix that, we maybe back.

I should have taken a picture of the dip but couldn't bring myself to, I had to pour off a 1/4 inch of oil into the garbage!. You can see the picture on how they packed a $30 T-Bone steak meal - Please do better. This was horrible packaging. And the Rolls were supposed to come with the signature butter...nope. And only 1 set of utensils in the bag? Then my sliders. Dry hockey pucks. Zero flavor. So sad. Doubt I'll ever actually go eat there if the take out is this bad.

They have a special if you arrive before six the bucket is only $50. We sampled jerk, honey old Bay, Thai chili, mango habanero, and honey barbecue. The jerk didn't really taste like jerk to us. I also probably wouldn't get the honey old bay next time. Service was friendly. They offer inside, outside and a big bar area. Plenty of parking near the mall.

So…read morewhen I was my road trip home from an event, I searched the location, and lo and behold, it was 1 minute off my route. So a lunch stop was required. The restaurant is behind a mall, so you'll have to drive around a bit to get to it, depending on where you enter. The restaurant was quiet and very clean. We were greeted immediately upon entering. Ordering was difficult, because they have so many items I like and so many possible combinations and options. To make the choice even harder, they had some great daily specials too, one of which we took advantage of. Everything takes a few minutes to prepare, but that's because everything is made fresh to order. We got a chicken combo which included both regular and spicy. The spiciness was just right, and all the chicken was crisp on the outside and tender on the inside. And as always, I had a hard time slowing down as I devoured the tandoori fries. We had leftovers, and they were nice enough to repackage it for us and provide a bag for everything. And I see they have had more restaurants open since my first visit at home, and I expect quite a few more, if the quality and feedback continue to be top-rate.

The person at the counter who took our order was friendly, but after that, the service felt very dry and unclear. Once our pizza was ready, my name was called and the pizza was left on the counter in the pan. I wasn't sure if I was supposed to take it myself or if it would be brought over. When I grabbed it, I also had to ask for plates because nothing was offered. Throughout the visit, there was very little guidance or customer interaction. When I went up to ask for a box, there was no acknowledgment at first -- just a quick question about size and that was it. No one checked in or asked how anything was. It also seemed like other customers were just as confused -- someone next to us didn't know what to do with their pan either and was told to leave it on top of the trash. The pizza itself was good and came out quickly, which is why I'd still order takeout again. But as far as dining in, I probably wouldn't do that again.
