Do not go near this doctore , if you complain because his staff has a problem communicating with you or other Dr. He will just drop you as a patient, I have now had to restart with a new doctor because he did not want to take care of the ongoing problems with his staff, so good luck , He is a good Dr. as far as I can tell but that does no good if there is bad communication that then causes helth problems becouse need things are not done. read more

2 stars solely for Onil, the PA that works within his office. He was thorough and kind when I was able to meet with him. However, the rest of the office is absolutely terrible. Anna who works at the front desk was incredibly rude, confrontational and all around just not professional. She behaved like a teenager with a snarky attitude and refused to be helpful in asking the doctor if a Telehealth visit was an option after me going in 2 times and needing to wait 1.5 hours over my appt time and still not being called back. Serious training and basic etiquette lacking. The first appt they misscheduled me for and it took 3 visits before I was able to obtain my nerve conduction results. I was originally told I'd see Dr. Ghalambor and never got to meet him. The wait here is ridiculous and the staff is not helpful. Do not recommend this place. read more

I never used to write reviews, but that has changed as I get older, I believe the public should know the pros and cons. Well I was initiall very impressed with the whole office and they offer everything you will need right in the building. That's the problem, I do not need another nerve conduction test and I had my results and xrays from the other doctor and never wanted to see them. Still that's what's on the agenda. I was also asked if I had already had therapy and to their dismay, I said yes. $75.00 is needed before any paperwork is obtained, even a signature from the doctor. I think I will press on to another doctor that's not so money hungry. Oh and the front desk girl is rude, I owned a medical office once and she would have never had the chance to speak to a patient the way she spoke to me. This facility does not care about its patients. When I called to get an update about whether they had received the information they needed to proceed with my surgery, I did not get a response. When I finally reached them two days later, I found out they had cancelled my surgery without my consent and tried to blame the cancellation on me. They were not communicative at all and they hung up the phone on me. I am really disappointed with this office there are very unprofessional. I would like to add that Dr Ghalambor's office who had an unprofessional attitude, specifically Ms. Sochi Jimenez and her supervisor, who, anticipating Dr. Ghalambor's orders and decisions, they decided not to schedule another surgery for me and sent me to look for another doctor. Dr. Ghalambor operated one years ago. I would not have him operate on me again, or see him in clinic again. I would not trust Dr. Ghalambor. He cannot be trusted. He was one of three surgeons and the office manager responsible for no longer allowing to be seen at Restore. When the doctors that I was seeing at Restore would like to have continue to treat me, he was one of them to prevent from continuing to receiving care. He, like two other surgeons and the office manager made up blatant lies about me, which the founder believed (he was one of the three surgeons that lied about me,). I have forgiven him, but I have not forgotten that he was one of the four that was responsible for forcing me to seek care elsewhere. If your primary can recommends this surgeon, and your insurance will permit, have him recommend someone else. I will read more

I went to Ghlambor & was quickly diagnosed but I don't think he listened to 1/2 of the complaints I had. I already self diagnosed what I had but wasn't 100% sure because many of the symptoms I did not have or encounter & the major test I didn't have any issues completing. The office visit was EXTREMELY expensive for one office visit consultation my insurance was charged upwards of $700?? WTH for??? I was there less than 10 minutes. The whole office is a well greased machine which on one hand is great because you'll get a prescription any type of brace etc you need in like 5 minutes. It's very, very efficient. On the other hand that "assembly line" method just makes me think they're only for the $$$$. So if you EXPECT warm & cozy bedside manners & wanting a full hour of attention, NOPE you're not getting that! In the end I'm going to another specialist down the street to get a 2nd opinion because I'm not 1% better & it's been months now. read more

On December 27th I had surgery for Rotator Cuff Repair and some additional shouder work performed by Dr. Ghalambor. I am thrilled with the outcome. What a great surgeon. Very little pain. I only needed 3 pain pills total - and that was just the day of and after surgery. Of course it's hard to judge because I was in so much pain before surgery. I followed instructions, and stayed in my sling for 6 weeks. He was very clear that I needed to keep the arm immobilized...and took the time to tell me WHY. Started PT at 6 weeks...Happy to report that today, only 2 months post surgery, I have near full range of motion (except behind my back, which we are working on) and I am pain free. We saw dr ghalbor for my daughters shoulder and i really liked him however his office staff is just horrible and rude . We needed a follow up visit because pt wasn't working . They only had availability a month out . I was a little dissatisfied being an existing patient having to wait over a month . From the moment i expressed my dissatisfaction they got their back up and almost hung up on me . In the end I realized there are many other orthopedic doctors to choose from why should i be treated like this . Even to get my daughters records to see another doctor was impossible. Dr. Ghalambor is extremely full of himself, has horrible bed side manner and just RUDE. I highly suggest you see another doctor. I will never go back to this guy! Sad because the PA Jennifer is absolutely fabulous but the Dr is crap! I went to see Dr Ghalambor twice (second time being a follow up visit and a second try). He is very high on himself and cares more about himself than he does with you as a patient and your medical condition. When I started talking and asking about conditions I know I have he quickly started using medical jargon as to prove the point that he holds a medical degree, he could outdo the medical knowledge I have and I don't know what I'm talking about or feeling. Not once did he ask if I had pain when he was doing an assessment or take the time to hear everything I had to say about my condition. His voice got firm when I kept talking and insisted to be heard on what pain I am feeling and where. I went to see Dr Ghalambor for my shoulder pain after seeing another doctor first who wanted to do surgery. Dr Ghalambor listened to my symptoms but suggested I try occupational therapy first before jumping into surgery. I have been doing therapy for couple of months now and I am much better. I saw Dr. Ghalambor recently for shoulder pain. This Doctor is a class act for sure! He listened to what I had to say, he began immediate conservative measures, unfortunately I did have to have surgery. I will say, the surgery went so well. Although I am just one week post op to shoulder surgery, I feel better than ever. Limited shoulder pain, no headaches in a week or neck pain. For the unfortunate reason I needed to meet Dr. Ghalambor, I was very fortunate to see him. I would HIGHLY recommend him for upper extremity orthopedic needs. I think Dr Ghalambor Is excellent. I fell 10 years ago and broke my shoulder while teaching at a school in Santa Ana. Dr Galambor handled my Workman's Comp claim. He used conservative medicine. With his excellent care and the assistance of his expert physical therapist I was released without needing to have surgery. My shoulder was pain free for ten years. Late last year my shoulder began hurting. The injury was aggravated by my improper use of a cane prescribed by a PA at a different orthopedist office. I was pleased that the school district sent me back to Dr G for medical treatment. I know what a good doctor he is! I have developed Advanced Osteo Arthritis in my shoulder. I am 70 years old. He has prescribed physical therapy. I trust Dr G and his Therapists. I also appreciate his excellent bed side manner.
