Get Nail'd is an incredible spot - I've been going there since high school and trust them to do a good job on everything - nails, eyebrows, everything! All the girls are friendly and efficient, and I've never had a bad mani/pedi. Though I generally prefer threading over waxing for my brows, when I do want to wax, Donna is sorta the goddess of waxing. The sisters are amazing, the place is clean and hip, the nail colors are wide and varied. this place gets an a+ for sure! read more

I always get my eyebrows done there! They are amazing!! I don't know what I would do without Donna. All the ladies of Get Nail'd are super friendly and the place is so cute. Great service. Great quality. read more

This place is awesome. I walked in yesterday to get my eyebrows waxed and they were super friendly and great. I didn't have to wait at all and the girl did an excellent job. She took her time and was super nice. It was only $10 for my eyebrows which is a hard price to beat around this city! I would highly highly recommend this place. The other patrons around the nail place all seemed to enjoy Get Nail'd as well. The staff was really polite and the service was great. I will be going back! read more

I went here this past week for a pedicure and tried a no chip mani for the first time. HUGE FAN. The no chip has lasted a week already and I generally do my nails every other day, so this is big for me. The place was pretty adorable and the girl who did my nails was so sweet. She also mentioned that it is BYOB so I will definitely be back with some girlfriends for a fun spa day. The only thing that was a little disappointing was, as other reviewers mentioned, they charge less when you pay in cash. I had a gift card that covered about half, but because the gift card was paid for with credit, they charged me a bit more, even though I paid in cash for the remaining balance. If my nails didn't look so great I would have complained, but alas, still looking great :) read more

Really nice salon and personable people working here. However, I think that they really rush through the job. I went here for a no chip manicure and within an hour of getting it done, the polish was already peeling off my nails. It's now 5 days later and two nails have completely peeled off. If I wanted my nails to only last for a few days, I would have gotten a regular manicure, not paid for a no chip. Definitely won't be going back here. read more

I've been here probably 10 to 15 times I must say sometimes it's excellent sometimes it's good and sometimes like this time not very good. I admit I came in the last hour of the evening which I won't do again. My cuticles were over trimmed and I have had pain in both of my thumbs for two days with the skin cut open nothing I seem to do alleviates it. I always ask them not to over trim however they don't quite understand enough English and this time it was evident that they went to far too quick and sub standard service. I feel bad because the girls are very nice and like I said sometimes it's excellent but consistency is the key to success and this they don't have quite down read more

This is my favorite nail place in the city! The whole experience is always amazing. The polish job is excellent and usually lasts me 3+ weeks. I also love that they play romantic comedies in the background to help pass the time. Finally, they accept tip on the card which is very appreciated. These days people don't really carry cash so it's a great option. Love this place! read more

The worst customer service! 'Getting nailed' is right - don't make the mistake of getting screwed by going to this salon! I had an appointment for a mani and pedi and ended up waiting for 15 minutes past my appointed time... I was ready to leave when they stopped me and made me sit on the massage chair and soak my feet for another 20 minutes until they got to me!!! Unacceptable! Then Julie (the owner/manager girl) who did my pedi was so rough with my feet scrubbing them with a horrifically rigid brush. She did not even clean my toes properly and a few days later I had an awful pain in my toe which I ended up nursing for a few days with antibacterial medicine. Then when she started on my mani instead of cutting my nails down she used a brutally rough file to shorten my nails which caused unnecessary stress to my nail and ruined my whole spa experience. She did a quick a bit incomplete job with the nail polish. After my nails were dry no one came to help me put my shoes on although the manager guy was aimlessly walking around the salon speaking Vietnamese without anything else to do. Brutal!!! read more

So I feel obligated to update on my very positive review from a few months ago. I go about once a month, maybe twice. The past few times that i've gone I've gotten the same individual. I got both a pedicure and a manicure. I should say that I have very small nails for a woman. I also prefer them to be short. So I understand they can be challenging, but I've been getting my nails done for over ten years and have had hundreds of manicures with good results. With that said, the lady that has done my nails the past few times has struggled to do them. She seems very nice but has suggested/persuaded me to change the color I had picked out to lighter shades. I typically pick darker or i guess richer shades as I feel it compliments my skin tone better. At first I thought she was just being nice and helping me to make a better decision. However, now since she's done it every single time I've gone in and the results have been subpar, I think the reason she suggests lighter colors to hide the poor quality of work she does. Since I have light/pal skin and probably because she struggles with my nails being small/short, the mess ups would be less noticeable. The last time I went in she didn't even attempt to clean up the edges of paint that ended up on my skin. (not all over but definitely a few spots) I hated the color and tried to convince myself that she was right. It was such a terrible job that when I got home I took all of it off within two hours of having it done. I also got a pedicure the same day from the same lady. She also persuaded me to change the color again. Which I didn't love either. It's been about a week since i had it done and it was done so poorly that the paint started to come off within a couple of days. Normally a pedicure for me lasts a few weeks...so needless to say I was really upset that I spent so much money on my nails to have them look like crap. I also sincerely dislike when someone tries to convince me to select something other than what I've picked out. If I want lime green nail polish....i want lime green nail polish...don' t try to convince me otherwise. You're still getting paid either way. Also if you can't do small nails then you should probably say that upfront instead of struggling through it and allow one of your colleagues to do it instead. It'll make us all a lot happier. And yes, I realize I should also probably grow a pair and tell them I want the color I picked out...I just don't like feeling backed into a corner. Because of this ongoing experience, I'm looking for a new place to call my nail home. read more
