I'm surprised to see this place has 3 and a half stars. It's truly amazing. The quality of the ingredients are great (always fresh and the vegetables are actually crunchy). I've experienced many different employees in the drive thru and they've all been so polite and taking COVID measures seriously. I personally do not mind the wait because you can really taste the difference when something is made fresh to order vs. pulling something out of a freezer to heat up so I really hope all these other people get over waiting an extra a few minutes in the drive thru. Get hooked, great concept. Great food, I have a little bit of a struggle trying to figure out why every time I come here the coffee is never consistent. Either it's too strong or OK. But never do I get the same strength coffee twice. Which means after I pull away I have to go back and ask for more sugar and more cream try and make an over brewed coffee taste good . That being said the bagel sandwiches are delicious. The problem with that is every time I order food here I wait at least 10 to 15 minutes to get my order. That's with no line or maybe one car in front of me. I look in the window while I'm waiting and see three employees, two with their hands in their pockets and one putting stuff in a bag. I don't understand the training process that's going on at this company. I've been a company owner most of my life and the way my employees perform is based on my training and support. Three people working here, no line and I'm still waiting 15 minutes!!! somethings wrong with this picture. With food is good the line should be around the building. But with the wait this long I think twice about coming here because I can go sit down in a diner and have breakfast and it will only take about 10 minutes longer than coming here and would cost the same. I want to like this place, I really do. The coffee and bagels I have had are really good. I just don't understand how with nobody ahead of me and I see a bunch of workers how it's always a minimum of 15 minutes. I have gone twice. First time took 20 minutes and the second time took 15 minutes. Sounds like this is a common theme with them. The drive thru is convenient and I want to support local but man they are slow. First time visiting Get hooked, I have been driving by and I want to support small local business's. I went thru the drive thru because I had my dogs with me. I wanted a hot drink and a snack. The person taking the order couldn't hear my questions, I finally got thru to her. Placed my order, a tea and a muffin. One car was in front of me for 26 minutes??? Why didn't they ask that person to park till the order was ready, which appeared to be 2 drinks. I pull up to the window ready to pay and they don't have my muffin and my tea is not ready yet ? I was offered another choice but I decided against it at that point. She did apologize, I told her its not her fault. But, I think they need more help or organization when running a drive thru. Drive thru's are for convenience of not getting out of your car. I want to support small business and I even pay more to buy from them. I may try them again if I have time. read more

Went to get breakfast this morning after reading other reviews. We wanted to give the new bagel spot a chance. I knew the drive-thru would take a bit so we didn't mind waiting. It is all freshly made after all. While the drive thru did take a bit the food was great!! The Palisade bagel was amazing!! We also got a couple drinks that were both delicious. We are excited to keep going there. Just know you will wait a few minutes but that's what happens if you want fresh and not processed. read more

I just had the best bagel, cream cheese & lox EVER & I'm from NYC! They must have put 1/3 pound on! This is a small place with constant drive thru traffic but there is a small sit down area inside. We went in to see what they had. Fresh bagels of any kind and lots of choices on the menu. My husband liked the breakfast burrito very much. They give you a choice of bacon or sausage. I have also ordered the egg & cheese sliders, very tasty on good soft rolls. Coffee is excellent. I must give a shout out to the staff-- they are so friendly & efficient, even though there is a help wanted sign in the window. My only negative is the choice of juices, all bottles, all with preservatives. The place is pricy but worth the money read more

So I decided to go back a few days later and I got the Vanilla & Bean whip, I don't know how they whip the coffee but it tasted Spectacular! So I will be going to this place instead of Starbucks. Such a great little gem! Everyone who works here is super sweet and we have been here about 10 times already! We are hooked! They will custom anything for you, my daughter loves getting a fried egg solo and they do it no problem, they always pack everything with care. Highly recommend the mango smoothie with mago fruit and mango juice as base, carmelito coffee iced or blended, whole wheat bagel, asiago bagel and the wraps...we will definitely be trying more. Great customer service! The team was so nice and welcoming. I like the atmosphere. We ordered bagels with cream cheese and an ice latte and a banana smoothie. I love cream cheese and I usually add a lot on my bagel, however I think they're too generous with the cream cheese. It tasted good regardless. Went here on Sunday morning around 10:00. It took almost an hour and a half. We asked for the bacon on the bagel sandwich to be extra crispy and it was barely even cooked. Sandwiches were cold when we got them. Were out of the bagel that we wanted. Bagels were ok but a bit pricey for what we got. Ordered the Seattle fog iced and it was pretty good. I know they just opened up so they are probably working out the kinks. I don't think we will be back anytime soon. Maybe after they have been open longer and work out the kinks. My first visit after recently hearing about Get Hooked. I ordered the Malibu. No complaints about the speed of service. I asked for a grilled/toasted bagel- there was no evidence of either though bagel was a bit warm. The contents were very sparse except for the slathered on cream cheese (no complaint)- yet there was very little turkey, a little bit of sprouts and a little bit of avo and no memory of cheese (but I am guessing it was on there). Ridiculous price for $10 plus a touch screen suggesting a tip range. I gave a tip for what ended up being disappointing sandwich? Guess so. I was expecting something fab like on the East Coast, stacked high with meat, etc. I did not notice on the menu board that you could choose your own toppings. Though it may have been there, I only saw the ala carte choices when I got home and checked their website. I certainly would have left off some items and added others on my order.
