The food is great, but the customer service left a bad taste. Management needs to learn how to handle customer service in a more effective manner and because of this I will not be returning here. read more

Crappy food but its open 24 hours and better than waffle house.....

okay, this place had everything on the menu that you could imagine! I stuck with a regular turkey sandwich and was met with exactly what I asked for. I do wish I would have paid attention to the ingredients because these people do not skimp out on the bacon, it's just a shame I don't eat it! Just keep in mind that they charge for everything on your plate, so don't expect the fries to be included! read more

They're open 24/7 which is great because I can never find anything for vegetarians after 11pm (other than Taco Bell -yuck!). I had the Veggie Euro and fries. The ladies in front were friendly but the food was just ok. read more

Grits were runny and nasty! Bacon was tasty, the real winner was the many, many cakes, pies and cookies!

Good is good ran by a Greek outfit who cook everything. Love the fruit always fresh. Breakfast lunch dinner are good here !

Had breakfast there this morning at 7. I was the only customer the whole time. That should have been a warning. The food was below average - the sausage patties had several pieces of gristle in them and, while cooked thourgh, didn't have a nice brown crust, just grey throughout. The home fries were overcooked - just mush, instead of crispy on the outside and soft in the middle. The deal breaker for me, though, was the food sanitation score - down from a 95 to an 80 - the lowest B. I won't be back. read more

Sorry to say this was just okay. Service was horrible, great if you like to wait and not get your order correct. Not great for multicultural people. read more

fast, friendly service. the food is meh. i've had better. the mac and cheese just doesn't taste right. something is missing.... oh yeah FLAVOR! i had their burger and the tomato was not fresh. it tasted horrible. but... they have some killer french fries. so delicious. don't sub the fires for anything else. that's the one thing you will enjoy. read more

I used to live nearby many years ago and enjoyed dining here. Food, atmosphere, prices, and service were great. Boy, things have sure changed around here! It must have been a bad day for the owner when I came to dine. While we waited for someone to take our order (10 min), we must have seen about four parties come and leave their booth because it took forever to get someone to take their order! 15 min later, our food finally arrived (after being told several times before that the food was on the way shortly). The last time I was here, I remembered the beef tips were pretty tasty. Well, that was then, this is now. First ten out of nine bites were nothing but tough gristly meat. My wife was getting grossed out seeing me pull gristle out of my mouth and placing it onto the plate. I had quite the aftermath pile forming when I finally decided to send it back. I ordered a Philly cheesesteak this time. 15 min later, I get something that just wasn't appetizing. The bread was falling apart and there was more cheese than cheesesteak! My experience here left much to be desired. The owner was short handed on staff, the food was mediocre, the atmosphere was rushed, and the apologies were plentiful. When we finally left the restaurant, we actually saw a group leave after getting no service and walking over to the Popeye's chicken place! On a side note, my wife said her gyro was good and the fries were fresh to the taste. Would I come back again? Probably when new management and cooks are in place. read more

We love the georgia diner, breakfast is fast, fresh and hot. Portions are giant, coffee great. Been here for lunch and dinner, great portions, kids swear by their wings, and the staff, we would come if the food was only 1/2 as good. MOMMA LOUISE is a bolt of energy the way she moves around, and along with the owners and staff, makes you feel welcome like family from the first visit. Just the nicest people. A real pleasent experience, in the best park of waking up variety. Just a great way to start your day. Cannot, cannot recommend the georgia diner highly enough. read more

This is one of my favorite restaurants in Duluth! Diverse menu, with diner food and more complicated dishes in many styles. They have burgers, pasta, steak, and even seafood sandwiches. Usually a decent crowd, but rarely uncomfortably loud. It's not always the cleanest place, but maybe that's because it's a 24 hour diner. It feels more clean than Waffle House, that's for sure. The veggie burger is very good, and the swiss cheese makes it sweet. Speaking of sweets, they have a wide assortment of cakes, and cheesecakes. The slices of these desserts are huge, but not without a price. About $7 for a slice. read more

the food was cold when I got it. wait staff was slow usually someone checks a few minutes after receiving order to see if items ate needed. Here they delivered the cold food asked if I needed anything and I didn't see them again until the bus person came to clear the table. I would have liked more coffee and syrup fir the waffle I ordered that was so cold it wouldn't melt the butter. eggs, bacon, home fries and biscuit were all cold at first bite. I considered sending back, but was starving and didn't want to wait any longer. first impressions count so much so I won't be back in spite of the fact that the menu is interesting. Georgia finer failed to get a customer who eats out every day. I haven't been filling out reviews even though I use yelp exclusively to find where I want to eat. I should have paid closer attention to the star review in this case I feel my rating of 3 stars was very generous. read more

Been here many times! Good food, great waitresses, hostesses are friendly! Need to be a little bit cleaner, but they try. Very kid friendly!

I think they serve some of the best fries and yummy Gyros. The desserts always look very delicious but end up being a little above average.

Not great. Stopped for breakfast on the way back home. Eggs, bacon, and biscuit were great. But the sausage, home fries, and pancakes were not good. Service sucked. Never got a refill in coffee or water and had to ask for napkins. Very disappointing. Please stay away from the pancakes and potatoes if you visit this place. read more

This place is way over price, the food is not bad. I wouldn't recommend this place for the price it is. They tired to charge me $16 for Talapia. When talapia is one of the cheapest fish in the seafood market. You could get a pound of Talapia for about 6 between 7 bucks, and sometimes cheaper. I work in the retail business and I'm quite aware of the price of steaks and fish. I just wasn't happy seeing how much they rip people off. read more

Service was good food was below average. Somebody in our party couldn't stomach the baby back ribs. Someone else tried them and said they were just not good. I had the turkey burger and fries it was fine, but not something I'd come back for. They accommodated our group of nine on a Saturday night with no wait. This may have been a sign. They had a bunch of cakes on display I didn't try them but they're there. Diners are hit and miss with what you order so it could be we just missed the good stuff. The waffle looked good, but I go somewhere else for those ;-). Overall it was simply an average diner experience. Fair prices good service and average/below average food. read more

Everything you could possibly want available 24 hours a day! Can't get much better than that! It's your typical diner with greasy food that tastes great. I love the 2 eggs any way breakfast with hash browns and toast all for $2.95! Their grilled cheese and fries is also a personal favorite. The owners are very nice and the wait staff is always friendly and personable. They know their regulars and appreciate the business. read more

Stopped in for brunch and was greeted with a smile. Service was prompt and friendly. My husband had the club sandwich with fries and I had the philly omelet with a bagel. Delicious and fresh. I was going to order the French toast on challa bread but saw it has cinnamon which I'm allergic to. They were willing to make me a separate batter so I could have some. Our server was very attentive and over all it was a good experience. read more

It was pretty good. I came here after the Green Day concert last night. I love how they are open all night because it was pretty late! I had the waffle, and it was pretty darn good. The atmosphere was a little weird and outdated, but it had a sort of comfortable vibe about it. It was definitely the best option open at the time. There was also pretty large variety of food and a nice waitstaff. Overall, very okay. read more

Georgia Diner is basically the only option for 24-hour classic diner food in Gwinnett County. As such, it meets a need. The menu is extensive and the food is decent. I have been several times and have never had a bad meal, but also never had a particularly good one, either. Diner food is not known for being cheap and this place is no exception. A little over-priced for the quality. The staff is fine, but the ambiance is marred by the constant Muzak stream and the TV apparently locked onto Fox News (blessedly on mute). This should tell you something about the typical clientele they are trying to attract. All in all, a decent place to eat when nothing else is open. read more

Their desserts are amazing! The cheesecake slices are at least 3 servings so share or plan to eat 3 times...or indulge. Lol so good

This is an awesome establishment. The breakfast was amazing, the coffee delicious, and the wait staff friendly and attentive. The only bad thing was Fox News on the tv. I definitely will be coming back! read more

This is going to be my new food place when I am visit Atlanta. They have great service and good food too. When I first walk in, besides the friendly smile, I notice a nice clean environment. Great first impression. Then I saw the interaction of a few regulars. I felt home. read more

It's important to remember that this is a diner, and with that being said, it was better than I expected. Our server was very friendly (but not overly so), and our food/beverages were out in a flash. I'm not a breakfast fan, but I liked the potatoes and biscuits. My friends loved their omelets and the servings were hearty, so much so, that no one finished their plates. Good food, reasonable prices, and great service. read more

I am the Organizer of a Foodies Meetup group. We travel around the Gwinnett County area and hopefully enjoy the various restaurants and their fare. I had 13 people at this meetup yesterday and we really enjoy getting together. We talk, eat and enjoy each others company. Our visit to the Georgia Diner was less than previous visits. The service was great, but the food was subpar. Mash potatoes were cold on more than one plate. Pork chops were over cooked and tough. How do you make cabbage on a stuffed cabbage tough and hard to cut. The filling and sauce tasteless. My wife had the fried catfish, which she enjoyed. The desserts looked really good and hope they were. We will not be going back there. Should have went to Hooters up the road or Popeye's next door. read more

The Georgia Diner has sentimental appeal for me because it has been a late night hang out for my boyfriend and I. I really like the chicken omelet and he is fond of the pancakes. Over all it's a friendly and nice place. Like many of the diners in Georgia, this one is operated by imigrants. So the menu is less Joney and Chachi and little more Baliwood. The good news is, there is a huge variety to choose from. Get Kabob or a Waffle, whatever you are in the mood for. The staff here is great. That's why this is our go to place when it's late or we can't figure out what we are hungry for. read more

First time at the Georgia Diner. The food was good and the portions were fine. The service was a little slow even though the diner wasn't very busy. All in all it was a good meal. read more

Seated quickly, order taken promptly, 35 minute wait to receive luke warm food. Tea had some foreign particles floating in it. Not once while waiting 35 minutes for food did the waitress come back to check on us, therefore poor tip for poor service. read more

The service here is A++++. There is a slim lady there who wears a little black skirt and glasses (I hate that I don't know her name). She's been there for a very long time. She is the sweetest lady ever. It always feels like home when I'm here. I bring all of my family who visits me to this restaurant. The food is great. Service is great. No complaints at all. read more

Horrible Customer Service!!!!!!! I ordered a spinich Florentine Omelet it had a piece of meat in it. When i tild the server, she smiled. I asked her for her Manager, the Manager comes over. I literally showed her the piece of meat!! She says" that omelette does not have meat" and walked away!!!!!!! Rude!!! Nasty worst customer service ever!!! read more

I went about 1PM on Sun. It was busy but not crowded. I was greeted and seat quickly. A young man came and took my drink order and told me someone would be over to take my order. The waitress was friendly and patient as I made a decision. After 10 min of deciding, I decided to play it safe with bacon, eggs and grits. LOL. The food was ok. Nothing to get excited about. I have had better but I have had worse. I would pick this place over Waffle House anyday. read more

ordered from Grubhub. breakfast and coke zero. all packed together, so lukewarm on both. no bread received and coke had a July use by date.

I usually stop by here on the way to or home from JeJu. They have great food! I've taken many friends out here for a good meal as well. I love the pancakes and the turkey bacon and sausage. They have good old fashion fries and milkshakes. They have some great desert too! Every time that I have requested fruit is has always been fresh. If your looking for a good meal stop in here and have a seat. The service is faster then some of the other chain restaurants though by far. Also the prices are great! read more

Umm yeah...so like this one soars to the top of my good ole greasy AMERICAN cheese steak faves. That's all I got.

Yo. Real talk. Flew in from LA at 1245am. This place was open. Mad clean. Nice employees. Bomb food. Cheap bill. Like...whoa. Special shoutout to Caitlin the server. Insanely good service. And just someone you think could end up a real good friend. read more

Quick, easy, reasonable prices, friendly servers - it's quality diner food.

I went to Georgia Diner with my teenage son last night. The open faced turkey sandwich was what would likely be served at the Georgia State Prison on Tues night. It reminded me of the Swanson frozen turkey dinner that we had at home when payday was getting close. My son had the chicken fingers and according to him equally disgusting. We counted 8 people total in the place and the server spent most of her time in the back. She didnt check on us even once. I left 10% out of moral obligation but she didnt deserve it. Stay far away from this place. read more

Surrounded by chain restaurants this diner will make you feel like family and the service is incredible. The food is better than any chain/franchise restaurant. Had dinner two nights in a row while attending a conference in Duluth, and each night the employees greeted me with a happy smile and converse with me. Something that is lost with most commercial establishments. Servers are attentive, polite, and helpful with suggestions. If your ever in the area, do not pass by, stop in and experience the difference. By the way, the cheese cakes are homemade, Recommend the million dollar cheese cake. You will know why it is called million dollar after the first bite. Hey, there is no waiting in line either. read more
