Adam is always helpful when selecting a machine and the adaptors to enable the devices I already have to work properly. The favorite thing about the computes from Cyber Exchange is that they don't have the promotional software installed that I see at other retail stores. The computers have just the current operating system, clean and nothing else to work your way through.

I was told that "taking pictures of the merchandise was not allowed" and was asked to delete it. When I told them I had sent it my girlfriend they said don't take any more. Funny, I had around $50 of product in my hand I intended to buy, which I promptly put down on the counter nearby and left the store. Lost sale for them. (No signs near on doors or anything stating not to take pictures; my picture didn't even include people.) I'd never seen anyone cash out here either come to think of it. Some demo items were missing or had pieces of them missing, as if they had been stolen, other things out of place. Some of the furniture was kinda dirty but hey, it was wintertime, I try to cut some of these businesses some slack during the slow season. I shouldn't have stuck around as long as I did before this incident. After I left they had the audacity to call mall security! Fortunately the security folks were professional and nice, they didn't harass me too much, and I was never arrested or charged with anything. After all this bs I hope the whole company goes bankrupt and I don't want to see another brookstone again! I was only showing my girlfriend something cool. I don't see why anyone can't photograph product, if anything it would help promote product.

Now I called in because my washer is not working and I get oh we cannot schedule your appointment the system is down. Call back in 24-72. I said at this rate my warranty is going to expire before I can get an appointment. I will never get any thing from best buy again. I will pay more and get actual customer service.

So my boyfriend and i had decided to go to the mall and go to the Apple Store. **Now before i go any further, i bought my phone through "straight talk" and i love their no contract policy and low monthly costs!!!** When we had asked one of the employees he told us that we can only use the batteries that apple has in store and had to buy it. Or "the best option is to upgrade my phone" that we had to step in back and wait for a specific person to ask about pricing and other cr@p even though i had a new battery in hand 10 minutes went by just about and my bf suggested that we go to ifix here. A young gentleman in a chair had happily asked for my phone over and the battery and with no further questions asked, he took my case off, the back off, places the new battery in and screws it in place and hands it to me. Then waves his hand with a smile and tells me "youre all set" We even weren't sure if it was a joke or not but he did all the work in under 5 minutes and no charge whatsoever. TAKE THAT APPLE!!!!! I really recommend you come to the store if you have physical problems with your phone !!

The Holyoke post office holds my mail against me. My payment was not due until today. And all month…read morelong they would lock my mail box. So I had no choice but to stand in line for an hour or more just so they would unlock it. I ordered a new card from my bank due to theft. And it was not until two months later they put all five cards that I had to continue to ask to be reordered in my box the same exact day....there's no way each card was ordered a week or two apart from one another and all got there the same day... They sent my mail to my new address instead of holding it like they should have. And I have been waiting on a paycheck for an exact month; my employer said the checks already went out. The first check for this employer was the mail that got sent to my apartment instead of held at my P.O. Box and this second check is no where to be found. This place has behaved so sketchy for a place that was suppose to keep my mail safe from being stolen.
