I was only trying to try and help the store out. So I obliged and let them have my phone and delete all the pics that I had taken, even though it is not illegal to take pictures of merchandise Needless to say I do NOT and will Not recommend this store to anybody for there lack of big picture thinking!! My Mac computer had an issue that took several hours to solve (it wasn't even an Apple-based software product that they were helping me with), and throughout the visit multiple Apple staff worked collaboratively to fix the problem (at NO CHARGE to me, I might add) and my Macbook is running better than it has in years. Thank you all so much for your skill and your perseverance, all the while maintaining a very friendly, fun atmosphere!

No one came and we asked the woman again and she wouldn't take our name and told us to wait. My husband is disabled and the security guard was concerned and came over and offered him a seat. He declined and we continued to wait even though some of the workers were huddled and chatting amongst themselves. A kind customer offered us his appointment spot. At this point we decided to leave. This is a very poorly run poorly run store. We probably would not return to this store.

The first dude tried to screw me bad telling me he needed to clean it and likely replace it and it would be $100 (hard no). So I kept cruising and found these guys (forget his name). Homeboy took 5 minutes to clean it and charged me $20. Support good honest business folks!! These guys have a storefront, they aren't in the kiosks. Buyer beware the kiosks!!!

So my boyfriend and i had decided to go to the mall and go to the Apple Store. **Now before i go any further, i bought my phone through "straight talk" and i love their no contract policy and low monthly costs!!!** When we had asked one of the employees he told us that we can only use the batteries that apple has in store and had to buy it. Or "the best option is to upgrade my phone" that we had to step in back and wait for a specific person to ask about pricing and other cr@p even though i had a new battery in hand 10 minutes went by just about and my bf suggested that we go to ifix here. A young gentleman in a chair had happily asked for my phone over and the battery and with no further questions asked, he took my case off, the back off, places the new battery in and screws it in place and hands it to me. Then waves his hand with a smile and tells me "youre all set" We even weren't sure if it was a joke or not but he did all the work in under 5 minutes and no charge whatsoever. TAKE THAT APPLE!!!!! I really recommend you come to the store if you have physical problems with your phone !!

I take no pleasure in criticizing a small business but here is what happened. In the past I brought two laptops to be serviced by Steve. He brought them up to speed and seemed like a stand up guy with his service. Stood behind his work. In June of this year 2023 one of my laptops would not power up. I left it with him over a long weekend to fix. When I picked it up he told me it seemed like a problem with the power button. He released the laptop to me and said to leave it in sleep mode rather than shutting it down. He told me for him to get a new power button would take some time. He would let me know when he would get one. I called him 4-5 weeks later to inquire how things looked. I was in no way irate rude, snide harsh at all . I trusted him and just called to follow up. He told me there no progress yet. I followed up with another call this week. Note: this is going on months later. He answered and told me he would call me right back. I ran a few errands and gave him a call. The call disconnected. I called back and the call would not go through. I thought my phone was the problem so I then used my wifes phone. Steve answered and before I could finish what I was saying I got a a busy signal. He HUNG UP on me both times and blocked my number is what happened. Ghosted. I wasn't rude demanding harsh accusatory or anything. I just asked legitimate questions His actions were beyond rude, Deny M reviewer sounds like he went through a similar situation. a hundred bucks for a computer that kind of works. side note: you tube has a few videos on how to repair power buttons I just looked them up. it's a common problem For a man who has "20 years repairing computers" Why was this difficult to fix? This morning, a couple months later, after closing my T-Mobile account and being told that they were sorry I was leaving so quickly but to return if I changed my mind, I was checking my bank info and discovered that they, T-Mobil, decided they needed some cash I guess.....so they took $250 out of my Bank account. Calling Customer Service got me nowhere and I was told that I now have to take half a day, drive to their store in Hadley and battle it out there to get my money refunded. Nice work if you can get it, eh?. Need some $$$.....??? Just hit up a 18 hour former customer and grab whatever you want. Rich Briere

She also added extra charges without my consent. Now I have to spend a day , switching carriers again, being given the run around with customer reps to get everything fixed and out of the fraudulent contract they put me. What a fucking headache.
