I got told that it was illegal for me to take any pics in the store with out the rental cops permission, and That I had to immediately delete all the pics that I had taken!! I was only trying to try and help the store out. So I obliged and let them have my phone and delete all the pics that I had taken, even though it is not illegal to take pictures of merchandise Needless to say I do NOT and will Not recommend this store to anybody for there lack of big picture thinking!! My Mac computer had an issue that took several hours to solve (it wasn't even an Apple-based software product that they were helping me with), and throughout the visit multiple Apple staff worked collaboratively to fix the problem (at NO CHARGE to me, I might add) and my Macbook is running better than it has in years. The first dude tried to screw me bad telling me he needed to clean it and likely replace it and it would be $100 (hard no). So I kept cruising and found these guys (forget his name). Homeboy took 5 minutes to clean it and charged me $20. Support good honest business folks!! These guys have a storefront, they aren't in the kiosks. Buyer beware the kiosks!!!

Or "the best option is to upgrade my phone" that we had to step in back and wait for a specific person to ask about pricing and other cr@p even though i had a new battery in hand 10 minutes went by just about and my bf suggested that we go to ifix here. A young gentleman in a chair had happily asked for my phone over and the battery and with no further questions asked, he took my case off, the back off, places the new battery in and screws it in place and hands it to me. Then waves his hand with a smile and tells me "youre all set" We even weren't sure if it was a joke or not but he did all the work in under 5 minutes and no charge whatsoever. TAKE THAT APPLE!!!!! I really recommend you come to the store if you have physical problems with your phone !!

This morning, a couple months later, after closing my T-Mobile account and being told that they were sorry I was leaving so quickly but to return if I changed my mind, I was checking my bank info and discovered that they, T-Mobil, decided they needed some cash I guess.....so they took $250 out of my Bank account. Calling Customer Service got me nowhere and I was told that I now have to take half a day, drive to their store in Hadley and battle it out there to get my money refunded.
