When I was told the contents of my former PC had been copied and all was ready, I picked up the "new" computer. Once home, it was clear that Windows 11 had NOT been installed. An email to the business over the weekend was quickly answered, and it was clear they were eager to make things right. They did, but, for me, it involved multiple trips of 1/2 hour each. P.S. And one time, they were not open when they should have been.

I have had nothing but amazing customer service with this Verizon. The one at the Holyoke mall is…read moreabsolutely disgusting with how they operate and use high pressure sales tactics to sell you stuff you don't need. Recently had my phone smashed and I got there and someone helped me almost right away. He got me a new iPhone because I had an upgrade available and got $110 for sending in my smashed iPhone. The sales rep really listened to my concerns about money and how I couldn't afford to pay much more than I was paying for my iPhone 8. He really got me a great deal, paying only a few dollars more than I was and I got a great phone in the process. For the customers that wrote bad reviews, you obviously don't understand sales. This is their job. If you don't like it, then just buy your own stuff online and skip the store. If you don't understand how to say "No" to certain things, that's on you. I've been asked to upgrade this and that and do this and buy this screen and blah blah blah but if you know your budget, say no. This is their job. They don't get mad if you don't get the stuff they are trying to sell you. This is my second time getting a phone at this Verizon because it was an emergency and they really do their best to accommodate what you need. Love them!

After debating between Metro Pcs which I had before I read they are tethered on the TMobile network and I am not impressed with the coverage of Tmobile. Manny I believe his name was is a really personable nice guy who helped me and answered any questions I had. I went from paying upwards of 180 a month in plan/data to 65 a month with unlimited data. I am really impressed with Cricket Wireless and happy with how quick it actually took.

After being lied to about when the jacket would be in, the supposed 2 weeks I had before my even were whittled down to only 4 days by the time the jacket came in. Then when I came to pick it up, it was damaged and they supposedly "overnighted" the same jacket from another location, however it took another two days to come in. Day before my event now, still no call about the jacket coming in so I called again and no one can find it, so as I'm about to get another suit at another store, they call and have supposedly found it, so I drive 45 minutes to Holyoke to pick it up only to be told they again could not find it when I arrived. Finally after 15 minutes a manager located the jacket in the back, but after all the trouble they only gave me a plastic bag for the jacket on a downpouring day even after purchasing a $500 suit because they had supposedly run out of suit bags. Absolutely will not be back as the communication and lack of professionalism was very disappointing.
