When we walked in we were excited to see that they we're having a sale, but we were even more excited to see that they had a ton of items on clearance. This store is huge. The front of the store is packed with new items and the back has a ton of clearance items. As we looked through the clearance section we found a few different items and actually found the perfect shoes for the wedding. When it came to the staff, they were phenomenal. They made sure to ask us if we needed any assistance, but also made sure to not make us feel smothered. In the end we found the items we were looking for and are happy that we stopped in at this store. We will definitely be back in the future.

Quality clothing is worth the price in terms of fit and longevity. The sales staff are very friendly and helpful and well informed about their products. What is especially nice is when they offer sales. My wife picked up a beautiful brand name coat for a substantial discount over the price on the tag. Of course the tag price is just something someone made up and not based in reality- however- it was nice to be able to pick up such a beautiful item at a very reasonable price. I went in just to let them know about the issues, hoping I might be able to get a new locking mechanism and suggestions of how to care for the shoes. They replaced both without being asked. The last time that I came into this store I bought a pair of work boots and I have to say that I wasn't disappointed. The money that I spent on them was well worth the quality I got. This store often has the best selection of footwear in the area, and their clearance shelves are always packed with items. The other great thing about this store is the fact that they have a ton of larger sizes. I have to shop for a size 14/15 shoe, and I have never had any issue finding something here. I have been a loyal customer for decades and never had a problem. Today, however, I brought in…read morewinter boots I bought three months ago because they were damp inside. The young woman who came over was clearly poorly trained in customer service or else failed to gain the most basic customer service skills because she immediately suggested it was my fault for not waterproofing the boots. I showed her the tag on the boots which says "Waterproof." Then she said it was probably my sweaty feet. She did not examine the soles or seams because she didn't want to touch my "dirty boot." When I asked to see the manager and followed her to the office, she shooed me away, presumably because she didn't want me to hear what she was going to say. The manager offered store credit and I would have had to give my boots to her then and there. Leaving me to go home in my socks? I told her that I was a loyal customer for many years and had bought footwear from them when I could have got it cheaper online, but I like to support local businesses. I told her that she had lost a customer. Next time I'll try shoes on for fit and then order online for a better price and hassle-free returns/refunds. Some local businesses do not earn loyal customer support.

I brought it back to return and the worker told me they have a no refund policy and pointed to a sign I didn't see when I checked out. I showed the worked the stain and said, don't you have a no stain policy? The worker said no, it's your responsibility to fully check over the item before purchasing. That sure would have been nice to know BEFORE I bought anything! I can't even donate these pants to the Salvation Army because THEY have a no stain policy. I will never shop here again. You can get higher quality items at free clothing closets. Save your money.
