Kara was wonderful. She directly brought the right selection of running shoes for me to try based on only a few minutes of conversation and my fit analysis. The Covid-19 cleanliness is strongly adhered to. The staff even opens the door for you upon arrival and departure! Fit appointments are required, easy to make online or via phone, but be sure you do book ahead. read more

Great one on one interaction. Measured my feet then had me walk in socks. She noted my arch had fallen in my left foot, which explained why my last sneakers failed me. She brought out 3 brands, one of which I'd never heard of, but loved the moment I started jogging outside the store! I went home with a pair of Hoka's and am very happy with them. They also have classes and support a national veteran organization called Red, White and Blue (RWB). As a veteran of 20 years, I appreciate their support! They allow the group to use their store as a meet up for runs, a place to keep our keys and a restroom if needed. They are just amazing! read more

The staff here is AMAZING. I came in looking for new running shoes and they provided me with a fitting. The staff took their time to get to know me and gave me all the information I needed for my perfect fit. I just went for my evening run and my shoes were perfect. If you're new or old to running you need to go see the staff at fleet feet. I'll definitely be back when I need any running gear or new shoes! read more

My first time here. I always traveled to a specialty store for my sneakers, and now we have one right in town so I decided to give them a try. Great service, truly. I was greeted personally as soon as I walked through the door. My feet were measured both sitting and standing. And then the salesman watched me walk barefoot, away from him and towards him. After that he was able to help chose exactly which model and style were best suited for my feet. I had been wearing the same brand for years but last year was a disaster. I had blisters along the tops of my toes for a long time until I figured out how to protect them. He was quite aware of this problem and explained the company changed the model and I was not alone in suffering. So add knowledgeable to excellent service. So- welcome to Longmeadow. Alex greeted us with a friendly smile and hello as we browsed the store and was able to help us find the perfect shoes in mere minutes. A quick eval and measurement and viola. First shoes she picked were awesome! Wore them out of the store. She was patient and kind as we expressed what we were looking for. Very nice experience! I was beyond excited when I saw Fleet Feet was coming to Longmeadow. I was even more pleased on my first visit! The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. They make you feel welcome as soon as you walk through the door and seem to really care about your needs. They take the time to listen and fit you in the sneaker that's right for you. They do not pressure you into a purchase and there exchange policy is unmatched. RUN don't walk to Fleet Feet! read more

Great store. Fancy and upper end products. Fairly good selection of running shoes. Good selection of running clothes and gear. They carry nutrition too. Reason I give them 5 stars is for staff. Great staff. They know their gear and will take their time fitting you to the right pair of shoes. Plus they have a great 60 day return policy. This is a huge plus. Who wants to pay $150 for a pair of running shoes only to find out they cause pain after 3 miles. I like stopping by this store even when I dont need gear. read more

But anyone who goes to the Longmeadow Shops knows, it turns into a whole day event being at this place. Every store had a friends and family event sale going on. I was in need of some new fall attire, specifically a corduroy skirt. To save time, I did a quick search on my phone. Of course, it provided me with the gap located in the Longmeadow Shops after being there for almost 3+ hours shopping and dining. As soon as I walked through the door, I was greeted by welcoming employee. I asked her where the particular item I was looking for was. She directed me to skirt section. Immediately looking at the section, they did not have the particular item I wanted. I went up to the front desk to see if they were able to order the item to ship to my house. The manager and employee looked up the item via the sku # from my phone on their pods. But they were unsuccessful in locating the item within the entire gap stock. We all found this odd since we were physically looking at the item on my phone. They then called corporate, turns out it is a Gap Factory Store item. I honestly had no clue between the difference of the stores, especially considering they had a J.Crew Factory Store in the Longmeadow Shops directory. Nevertheless, both of them understood where I was coming from and was extremely nice about the whole situation. All in all, they did locate and order the skirt I wanted through Gap Factory. I would like to add they were the only two employees I saw working on 11/2/2019 around 7:00 p.m. handling the entire store. Both of them simultaneously were managing the store (ringing other patrons out, answering questions, etc.) and dealing with the representative on the phone for over twenty minutes. Additionally, they honored the deal that was going on in-store at that time (40 to 70%+ an extra 20% off)! I was only going to order one skirt, but with the deal, I decided on purchasing two for the price of one. I highly recommend anyone to go to this store. It was my mistake that I did not know this was a factory store. But, instead of the employee/manager turning me away, they made sure I was able to purchase my intended items with a discount. I did not catch both of their names at the end, but they are complete rockstars at this store. I highly recommend anyone who reads this review to go, too. The store was large and was well stocked with women, men and children clothing.

We went to Brimfield Auction Acres, which is the OG spot. Had to pay $5 to park there but being in the center of it all was worth it. Shelton across the street is the second oldest, so we went there as well. We might've wandered into one or two others at the end, but there are so many more vendor sites. The vendors and the selection of items vary, so some may think it's junk, others think it's treasure. Just do a "fly-by" around the tents and find one that interests you. Don't forget, there are a lot of more hidden things being sold, so it may take a bit of luck to find something. My purchases varied: from a Sinatra vinyl, to a painting of a 18th century frigate, to a cheese knife, to an old small Christmas tree decoration from Denmark, to packs of hockey cards from the 90's. I saw some other pretty interesting things, including a Continental Army cannon from the Revolutionary War, which was a little more than my wallet could handle. If you're hungry, there are a bunch of food trucks and some eating areas. Bathrooms are mostly porta-potties. Parking and admission vary from place-to-place. I think most places don't charge though.

I had a great sales experience here. I have problem feet-- I have wide feet and pins in my feet. When I went in, I worked with Alex - wonderful. She measured my feet, asked me to stand, walk, turn etc to determine impact. Tried on a number of pairs -- very attentive, not impatient with me at all. She also worked with me to get fitted for compression socks - not easy at all. She had me try them on, demonstrated some tips - made me feel very comfortable about it. Another nice benefit -- earn $ credits for a certain amount of spend - can use on future purchases. Give it a try -- well worth the trip. Much better than a mall trip! read more

i was in the store needing a somewhat specialized pair of running shoes. I have big toe bunions requiring a shoe that is extra wide but also with wider toe box. Store's customer service was simply phenomena. they have super high-tech devices to graphically suggest what type of shoes one would need and their stock was outstanding. I didn't pay a penny more than the national chain who is plagued with shipment shortage. I am glad that I shopped at Fleet Feet in Longmeado, ma. Jill(?) was really great. She figured out what was causing my foot pain quickly and got me into a great pair of shoes. The pain is gone now. She was able to tell what the problem was just by looking at my feet and the shoes that I had were not fitting correctly for my foot shape.
