I brought in a Bose CD drive which seriously needed cleaning. My CD's, which played with no issues…read morein other CD drives, were unplayable on my Bose device -- they would stop and start (or stop and not restart). The proprietor of JB Electronics, in less than 24 hours, thoroughly cleaned the CD drive and tested it without any help from Bose. Now it plays perfectly the same CD's on which it had been failing. Moreover, the service was relatively inexpensive -- about $75 (which certainly beats paying $600 or more for a new Bose device). The proprietor is semi-retired and works out of his basement. Don't let that fool you -- he knows what he is doing, and is perfectly honest and straightforward. I recommend his service without qualification.

I miss the old days when they had the battery club. LOL They gave you a card for free and you could pick out one free battery a month. They would punch the card each time you picked one up.
