Simple tint job. First time the finished product had small bubbles and scratches in both windows. Agreed to redo it no issues after explaining to me it couldn't be perfect. As I'm sure like 90% of people here have, my experience with all things commercial auto has been pretty crappy. But honestly tint world was amazing. Gregory (the owner? I think?) was phenomenal and super friendly and informative without being over the top and trying to sell you one million different things. The vibe inside was great and there was a really cute dog there which would've gotten this place a 6/5 but I think the dog was super shy so I didn't get to pet him too much lol. But I got basically same day service and they got both windows, rear windshield, and the corner port glass all done in like an hour. I will say it was a little on the pricier side? Maybe I'm just poor but the middle option was twice as expensive as the cheapest one (I got the middle option because it was recommended and they let me see the difference firsthand). But the same store in Pittsburgh was charging me $100 more than this place did so as far as I'm concerned I definitely got what I paid for. Plus I got lifetime warranty Great service! I rarely ever do leave reviews, but this establishment deserves to be noticed. Very new to the car scene and had very little to no knowledge at all regarding car tinting. This place exhibited top notch customer service and they were beyond patient and shared their knowledge with what exactly I wanted in a tint. Speedy service as well. Andrew was able to fit me in their schedules the same day and I was able to leave with my new car in just an hour or two. Absolutely recommend, best service I've seen in my life they have an amazing crew, I've never had a spot I trusted until now they are both extremely professional and a part of the community. I went in having no clue what I wanted to have done that day and they helped me chose exactly what fit for my car (copied one of there personal drives). these guys absolutely nailed the job on my 2023 Genesis. You have to remember the adhesive hasn't fully set immediately after you leave their place, I was worried the tint looked wavy but that all flattened out after a few days in the sun.
