Prior to my visit, my Mazda experienced a very unfortunate few months, in which pine tree sap got all over it from being parked outside for many days. I tried cleaning this up with diluted rubbing alcohol, and although it took off the sap, my paint was left looking very hazy and the clear coat was absolutely shot. I had no idea how to proceed with fixing the appearance of my car, as countless different shops suggested different procedures at high labor costs. Luckily, I called Fine Details Auto Detailing Center, explaining the whole situation, and Charlie was kind enough to explain the processes that they could utilize to fix my car, as well as the very reasonable labor rate that they charged. Shortly after calling, he was able to get me into the shop within 30 minutes, and booked an appointment within 2 days. On the day of the appointment, the crew at Fine Details meticulously worked with my car, compounding it three total times across the entire car, and restoring the once beautiful red paint. From the trunk to the hood, the car was left looking absolutely perfect, and I couldn't believe the amazing job that they had done with my car. Mercedes wheel rims were dirty with brake dust, upon final inspection and car was not buffed, upon final inspection. Engine bay not wiped down, upon final inspection. Only the interior was well steam cleaned, leather seats, not conditioned, upon final inspection. Mercedes only washed and then sprayed wax, upon final inspection. . Will not, go back again.
