We brought our car to Langonet for paintless dent removal for a small dent on the hood from a fallen acorn. Upon pick-up of the vehicle we were very pleased with the repair. Hood looks new. We went inside to pay and, a man, who later identified himself as the owner, asked us how we liked our new electric vehicle. He proceeded to tell us the things he didn't like while he was "driving it around". Told us that he "punched it a few times to see what it could do". We were VERY upset. There were NO mechanical repairs on this vehicle and no need for him to drive our car any further than the parking lot. When confronted about his behavior and violating a customer's trust, he made no apology. We will never go back and will not recommend Langonet to anyone. To the owner's reply - why did you lie about driving it and punching the gas and not liking the "continued acceleration" when you let off the gas pedal. Your office staff was present for your story of driving our vehicle. They were also present when I came back in to tell you how furious I was that you were joyriding. You didn't offer any security tapes then!! read more

I had to deal with John at Langonet while inquiring about repairs to my 2003 Toyota Corolla. After waiting to see John and get an estimate on necessary body work, John came, looked at my car for all of THREE minutes and dismissed me and my auto. He told me my car was useless and I would need to get a new one! Then he walked off and talked to three men by an SUV. He treated me extremely rudely, someone very unimportant and even like an idiot. Because I have white hair (I am in my 80s) and an older car, he was rude, condescending and dismissive to me. I have since gone to a different body shop and actually been treated with a "normal" person. My advice.....if you have white hair and an older car, do NOT go to Langonet . You will not be treated courteously. read more

My daughter was side swiped and needed to have her front drivers side fixed. They said it would take 1 to 1 1/2 weeks, it took 5 days. They also called on day #2 to ask if she also wanted her rear bumper fixed (this was from a separate accident that she would have had to pay out of pocket for). She declined the bumper fix. The car was sparkly and repairs perfect but they also banged out the bumper and applied some paint so it wouldn't rust. We are very happy and would definitely go back again! read more

The staff is amazing here. They took over the claim and dealt with the insurance company. They seem to get nearly care about you. They give the highest quality of customer service. After I handed them the insurance appraisal, I never needed to talk to insurance again. They got me higher quality replacement parts than the insurance agency offered. Made my car look brand new.
