The car wash is the only one in town that gets my vehicle clean in the back - in between my license plate - and my black vehicle doesn't look "dusty" after it goes through the wash!! Also, I simply must give a shout out to Juan! He did an AMAZING job on both of my front (heated) seats - and was EXTREMELY kind to my wallet at that! I have nephews who's McD's fries often find their way onto my light gray passenger seat; Juan cleaned it and removed every trace of a grease spot, ketchup stain, etc. It looked so good, I had to get the driver's side cleaned - which was stained with car grease stains from service techs who didn't put a cover on my seat. 70% good cleaning, but the shift was dirty, the driver's seat had a long stain that was not there when I dropped it off. It seemed like it was sprayed but they forgot to vacuum the area? The hatch of the car was not fully cleaned. The inside of the windshield had streaks where the rag missed the dirty area. I never got a call to come pick my car. when I showed up there was no one in reception. No one came to greet me or ask how they could help me. Had my vehicle washed today to remove the slat and dirt. The front and the back of the vehicle wasn't even touched, it was as dirty as before. They squirted the front and the back before it went in the wash and it did nothing. In the past the from and the back was washed with a prior prior to entering the system. This Car Wash is a little further from my house, the one in West Springfield is much closer but the reason I don't go there is because I had a bad experience with an employee there, she is a Hispanic girl who doesn't speak English and she is obviously very disgusting, I tried to talk to her supervisor or her manager Mike, I told him about the mistreatment I received from that lady and it's not the first time she spends time on her phone while she was talking to me and I didn't understand her. I've been looking for a place in the area to effectively wash my car so I could see well through the glass. The first place I went didn't work out, so I then I tried Balise. Here at Balise, I only got water sprayed on the bottom half of the windshield. But hey, that's something! Also, the final 3 buffers (2 on the side & one above at the very end) never touched the car. Made me drive to the dealership for a 7:15 AM drop off to have every building locked, no employees available and no one answering the phones. This is horrible business practice, and the employees I could find on the other balise lots could only say "I don't know sorry" and walk away. I don't know how you expect time and money from people if you can't be bothered to unlock the doors, or at least call your customers if the building won't even be open. read more

Could possibly be the closest thing to a hand wash you could get, and for $19 it had better be good. Although, it wasn't perfect, and did leave some soap residue below the mirrors, it did a very good job. It's fully automated, and takes credit cards. The credit card reader might of been malfunctioning, because two people had to back out of the very tight area. I wasn't expecting the entertainment value of all the lights and colored soaps. It was like driving through the tunnel on Willy Wonka's Chocolate factory. So definitely try this out if your drunk or high. I was also very skeptical of how the rim cleaner would work. It worked almost perfect, except for some brake dust left around the lug nuts. I also wasn't expecting tire shine to be sprayed on the tires. Overall, it did a great job, but for $19 for the top of the line wash seemed kind of steep. Plus an additional $5 for hot wax. read more

Your new equipment is completely inferior. My car is not clean. The new equipment does not dry my car like your original equipment did. Hence I have to hand dry my car and windows or it is all water spotted, AND at both the Columbus Avenue and Riverdale Road locations it rips off my rear wiper blade. I drive a large Mercedes SUV and am beyond unhappy since you re-did both locations. I have had the $49.95 monthly pass since you opened and you USED TO BE the best but not anymore. Also you have no help brushing and pressure spraying the vehicles at the start of the wash. PLEASE give us back the quality you used to have. read more

Not uncommon but I actually had streaks left behind after the first wash & I came up to "Nick" (a young gentlemen) who treated me with upmost respect and automatically offered me the best package Car Wash for free!! The soft cloth brushes were amazing. Easy to access and friendly staff. My only complaint is I just bought a new white SUV, knowing I'd have to wash it weekly; however, when I got home I had to spend 45 minutes rubbing out the streaks of neon orange that were running all over my car from one of the soaps. I had orange streaks running from the door handles, all the headlights and brake lights, the liftgate, and even inside the doors. I don't know if I can opt out of the neon orange soap for next time or if it's standard. read more

I am absolutely livid right now. I got my car washed, waxed and the express interior cleaning. Imagine my surprise when they told me my car was done and there were scratch marks all over it, some deep! Also there is a patch of some sticky substance left on the vehicle. When I asked the employee what happened, he shrugged and walked away. I looked for a manager, but didn't see one. Terrible service the drive in car wash attendants are very confusing on how they direct the car flow into the car wash they'll literally stand there giving no acknowledgement with more to add the machine toward the end of your wash the Buffing Machine barely touches your car & that's when it wants too works 7/10 times you come it won't work, The vacuums outside are just as worst as the wash there is about 10-15 maybe not sure but majority of time they are already filled with junk from the previous users, balise may need to invest in a stronger vacuums for this location, On the other hand the west Springfield location love it haven't had bad experience yet read more

I needed to take the time to say what an exceptional experience I had at the car wash. My car was trashed from summer travel with sand etc and all the junk you would expect from 2 small kids. From the woman who took my appointment over the phone to the gentleman that spent all day making my car look literally brand new, I was thrilled. They explained the different options to me and offered a shuttle service which I was originally unaware of. When I told them I needed to be picked up at 4 pm promptly, they sent a personal car because they shuttle was delayed and was even early to get me. When I got back to the car wash, the gentleman that detailed my car was so excited to show me his hard work and all that he had done. He said it took all day and by the looks of my brand new looking car, I'm sure it did. Everyone was courteous and helpful and very friendly. I was thrilled and will be returning there when needed.
