I brought my wife's car here for an interior detail and exterior hand wash. I payed 140 dollars and I was very unhappy with the interior detail. Center console was untouched extremely dirty. It looked like no one even cleaned it. Anywhere you look there's dirt. Exterior was a 6.5-10 it was alright but could've been better. Over all horrible job, extremely upset I payed all that money for nothing. Someone totally just messed up. read more

Been here a couple times. Workers are inconsistent with pre washing your car before you go through. One time my car did not get rinsed at all. Soap was still on the car when I drove out. Had do hand wipe the whole car. Place is a hit or miss imo read more

Never have had a bad experience here. The attendant always pre-soak and spray my car very well to get off any dirt, salt, bird feces. It's super easy to pay at a kiosk and the free vacuums are a plus!!! There is a hose on each side for every vacuuming spot. Well maintained, well lit, great service. This is a perfect drive through car wash! Incredibly easy to pull up, put in your credit/debit card/cash to pay, select your preferred car wash, and just remain in the car! Having just moved to the area from the west coast, where there is an abundance of drive through car washes, this is perfect. It was conveniently located next to the freeway, car dealerships (super easy access from Toyota), shopping centers, and gas stations. The staff were excellent, helpful, and friendly. It comes with a vaccum station which is fantastic, with no extra charge. At night time the lights are left on which I think is important especially when trying to throughly clean your car, and feels a little more secure. It's not as easy as it should be to vacuum your car these days. I pulled into a spot got my car ready to go had my quarters. Unfortunately these don't work like that. I couldn't get them to turn on! I'm normally a professional at that! I don't get it. read more

They cater to dealerships before the regular customers. I actually had my car washed here two days ago but had to come back today because they said it was going to be a 1 1/2 hour wait to begin on my detailing. I'm back today and again he said it was going to be an hour and fifteen minutes. There are only 2 customers here and I'm one of them. But there are plenty of dealership cars being done! I called in the morning to make sure I can bring my car in and what the waiting time looks like. He said anytime. I arrive at 11 am on a Thursday and was informed they weren't taking cars. I told him that I called this morning. He said no problem he'll take me right away. Waited for about 30 minutes which was very nice. No one in the waiting room. It was pouring rain and I had to walk in the rain to retrieve my car. I tipped them a nice tip, got in my car and drove home. When I got home I inspected my car I opened up the trunk to look to see how clean it was. They never even touched it. I did clear my car out before taking it in so they could throughly clean it. I looked around my car. It was ok. But I was very upset that my suv hatchback wasn't even vacuumed out. I called the establishment to inform them about the trunk. Manager said I should have gotten the $59 job. To come back in and he would get it cleaned out. Sorry not driving back 20 min. I should have checked before I left but it was pouring rain and I didn't want to run in the rain. Would I give them another chance? Not sure I could have done it myself I was just treating myself to something nice during this crazy pandemic. read more

I've been going to balise's car wash for years since they open their Springfield location and their west Springfield location is awesome. I ended up having my brand new car damaged on accident which was very quickly resolved by Eric and Jessica. Jessica is definitely both locations best employee, always getting everyone with a smile and the best customer service. This place is spectacular. I have kids and a three row suv. I suffered an injury last year which makes detailing difficult. Especially my car, that has kids and teens in it all the time! I found this place and everyone is so nice, the customer service is so good and the job is well done. No need to pay $300 at other places, that keep your car all day. With this place you're usually out in an hour and can wait in their waiting room with snacks, coffee and a large flat screen!! I highly recommend!! read more

I was at Balise yesterday redeeming a gift certificate for 5 + 2 car washes. The attendant told me that the certificate had already been used. The manager came over and did some checking and fixed everything plus gave me a free car wash while I was there. Very nice of him to take care of everything. read more

I pay $50 per month for unlimited car washes but upon coming here tonight I was told that they were closed way before closing time. I don't understand why I would pay for unlimited washes if I am not allowed to wash my car within the advertised open hours. I was not offered compensation. I think maybe I will pay for each individual wash instead. read more

I like going through car washes because it gets the job done quick and easy, but that's not always the same message when I know that the one here I go through seems to have trouble running the car wash in the first place, seems like people need better training or there needs to be better maintenance to the car wash. Having to get stuck in it sometimes or the car just doesn't get properly washed because somethings not working and knowing that I have to pay $50 a month for it kind of ticks me off. The employees there seem to care about the customers, it's more about the attention that's given to the car wash by the company that owns it that needs to be better revised. read more

Paid for the interior detail and it was not good. The vacuuming was incomplete even though I paid for the 3rd seat. The dash was not clean. I will spend my money elsewhere for the complete detail. I was going to make an appointment there for the full detail but with this service it taught me a lesson. read more
