I went to Golden Nozzle for a car wash in mid-July. After coming out of the wash, my mirror was…read morehanging by it's wires and was no longer functional. I submitted a report with the employee working and they told me I would hear from someone within 5 business days. After almost 2 weeks I called the car wash, corporate headquarters and HR and left messages. It took another week after leaving these messages to hear from anyone. When I finally spoke with the manager, Josh, he told me that due to "preexisting damage" there was no way for them to take responsibility. The preexisting damage?....a small chip in the corner of the mirror. A simple cosmetic chip was their excuse for not fixing the mirror that their wash CLEARLY took off. They took absolutely no responsibility for the $400 in damage to my vehicle that they obviously were responsible for. Very unprofessional and money hungry.
