I've had nothing but EXCELLENT Star service at this Hands-on car wash. it's the absolute best for my Red Convertible. I get the full version. For Exterior and Interior: windows washed, inside vacuuming etc. Everyone has been friendly and never had a complaint. PS they have employees that know how to drive a Standard like my car is, so no worries about getting out of my car and leaving it in their capable hands. If you have a Canvas Convertible Top this place is great as their Nozzles don't rip through the top like power washers do. Used to get leaks going through Self serve power washers. They "accidentally" put my passenger side window partially down so the interior of the car on that side was loaded with soap and soaking wet. I was given a coupon for a full service wash to make up for it. Not a refund, not an apology, and not a return of the substantial tip I left after I paid while waiting for my car. Why would I ever go back there? I've been in the past and have not had a problem. They used to be a lot more attentive, but their attention to detail is sub-par at best. They never clean the door jams anymore and they leave a ton of soap in the crevices above the hatch. If given the choice, I would like to find a better alternative than this place. read more

It was a cloudless cold day in December and it seemed every one had the same idea I did. Let's wash the car. Now I've never been to a full service car wash before. Is it because I didn't know of one or am a just too cheap? I've been by soft touch auto wash many times and it seems to be popular. Today I wanted to give it a try. As I said lots of people had the same idea I did and there was a pretty good line of cars out on the road waiting to get in. I took my place in line and after about 15 minutes was greeted and guided into the car wash. You are encouraged to get out of your car after you tell them what service you want and they take it from there. I chose the exterior works for my car. There is a hallway you walk down with windows with your car next to you as you watch all the spray, soap,etc. At the end of the hallway is a register where you pay. The car was nicely cleaned and the big plus for me was the guys that hand dried it. It looked amazing. When comparing the price to golden nozzle it was a no brainer. Pretty much the same service but I get my car hand dried = no water marks for the same price. I'm sold. Give them a try. read more

Horrible. I've been going to this car wash about once every 1-2 weeks for the last couple months to wash my Mustang. Last time I went, the automated soft touch car wash stopped and hit into my car, luckily there was no damage, but the automated wash did fully stop so I had to drive out and into a different bay and pay an additional $15 to get another car wash. I left a message for the company and they called me back the next day. The woman offered me 2 $8 washes, and felt rude to me the entire time making it seem that it was my fault for the situation that happened. I asked her simply for a full refund of the $30, and after she spoke to who seemed to be her boss, all while the phone was not muted and you could tell how annoyed she was to be talking with me on the phone and even swore at the end, agreed to give me a refund of of the $30. Well today I got the refund, and it was $15. Sure it's only $15 I essentially lost, I don't even care about the money. It's just the fact of how horrible the experience was. In the past, most other companies would treat one of their recurring customers with some more respect than this, but I guess this company doesn't. Looks like I'll be going to a different car wash every week now. read more

I had a very bad experience with the people, I didn't get a receipt and I bought the $29 interior/exterior package and when my truck came out of the power wash it was clean on the exterior but the interior was vacuumed and wiped very poorly. Never coming back for an interior clean. read more

Talk about service with a smile! What a great crew of guys. Using a Groupon for a full service wash, the car is spotless inside & out! Naturally being a sunny spring day, the line was long, but the team worked well to knock it down quickly. Of course the bratty woman behind us had a differing opinion and she made that opinion known. I'll never know why people think it's okay, but she decided that the gent behind the counter was her target to berate today. I've given them a lot of chances because of those Honda coupons. The exterior wash is good but the interior cleaning (I pay extra for those with the coupon) is a waste of money. Either the vacuums are terrible or the workers don't care. Maybe both. Last cleaning left crumbs, dirt on seats and console. As if they didn't even clean! I hate to give negative reviews but maybe this will encourage them to get their act together. Until they do, do not waste your money on any interior services. read more

I came here because I had a free car wash voucher from the Honda dealership down the road, Curry Honda. I drove up and there was only one other car in the driveway, so process was super quick. I told the employee that I had a voucher, he handed me a ticket and he had me put the car in neutral and we were on our way. The entire car wash and dry took maybe five minutes and it was FREE! I bought a Groupon for three full service car washes. The exterior on my vehicle was washed pretty well besides the fact that my rims were still as dirty as they were before entering the car wash. The interior of my vehicle on the other hand was not cleaned very well. Considering there was three or four guys cleaning the interior of my vehicle I figured it would be cleaned very thoroughly. There was still dust on my dashboard as well as my radio. It looked as if they didn't even touch it. The only thing I was impressed with on the interior was how clean the windows were. Other than that I was highly disappointed considering this is a auto detailing business. I could have cleaned the interior on my vehicle better than their employees did. read more

Did an awful job on my car, should have known when the lady in front on me was complaining and had to go back through. They did a half ass vacuuming job, didn't wipe ANYTHING down on the inside, sprayed my rear view mirror and didn't even wipe it, luckily I had napkins and I wiped it myself. I have been a loyal customer here for many years. Since I got my 2009 Nissan Altima 10 years ago. Recently I made an appointment for some detailing work to spruce up my car so I could sell it. So it worked out I found a buyer for my old car without having to get the detailing done. I realized that my $50 deposit was of no use to me now because they told me it was non- refundable. So I took a chance and drove over there today to cancel my appointment and wanted to know if I could use the fifty bucks toward a couple of washes ... I've always loved the way my car came out ... like I said I was there twice a month. I was floored when I was told that I'm out the fifty bucks!!! I use to by car wash coupons as gifts and always looked forward to my family smiles when they got the car wash coupons. This is bad business and I plan to never go back. We came here on a whim and were very impressed. Eight bucks for an exterior wash and they rinsed and soaped it before and hand toweled it after, not like most car wash places these days where you swipe your card and never see a person. Got an interior detailing. I didn't know you could restore carpets to their former glory! After putting 80k on my car, it was in pretty iffy shape, but you wouldn't know it with how sparkling it came out. So fresh, so clean! Thanks!!! Make sure you have a ride or a book, or a handheld game because the waiting room is clean but barren, and interior detailing takes minimum 2-3 hours. No Pokestops either. read more

I always spoke very highly of this car wash and recommended It to everyone that I know. However, this morning I went there and got the ultimate car wash, the most expensive one. When I got in my car and drove away, the dashboard was barely touched, there was still a ton of dog hair all over my back seat, the windshield was insanely streaky and there were areas that were clearly still dirty, so disappointing! The past three times I have been there, I have left disappointed. I don't know if there was a change in management or in the employee's, however, the thoroughness has definitely diminished over the past year. One thing I must say though, is that the employees are very nice and cheerful which is probably why I keep going back. read more

Mediocre place. I've been there twice thinking maybe the second time would be better but it wasn't. I paid for "The Works" the second time hoping maybe they'd do a better job for the more expensive treatment but they didn't. They didn't wipe down any of my dashboard or middle console or clean the doors very well I was pretty upset at how crappy of a job they did, and they were so short staffed that I couldn't get anyone to come over and fix it. The only reason I'm giving them 3 stars is because we got a $2 discount for my husband being In the military. I most likely won't go back though. read more
