I've been a paying customer for years on a…read moremonthly account, I went into the car wash soon after I entered both of my mirrors folded toward the windows, after exiting the car wash, I got out of my car to inspect my mirrors and one of the glass inserts on my passenger side mirror was gone. I and went up to the person that was running in the car wash. told them what happened. it was a young lady. she stopped the car wash and went and found my glass insert in the car wash all smashed. there was little particles of glass on my window where it hit the window and part of the frame was broken, I told her what happened and she gave me a blue card to call the number or scan the code to file a incident report, I did such and no one has ever gotten back to me. I made several phone calls. I called the owner, not one person has returned my call and it's been probably a month now, I asked her for The broken glass. she said she had to keep it to show the owner, I was finding it very hard to drive without my passenger side view mirror so I went to O'Reilly's and ordered a new one. I got it right away and had it inserted, I filled out another incident report and put a copy of the receipt for the mirror and still no one has gotten back to me, 2 weeks later they took out another payment out of my bank account and still no phone call from them, I canceled my membership with them and I will never ever go back to that car wash again.

I was pleasantly surprised. The work Shawn and the guys did on my vehicle was nothing short of miraculous. I have to admit that in the four years I've owned the car, I've run it through the car wash and vacuumed it myself a few time, but I had not had it detailed. I'm a foster mother, so I cannot begin to describe the condition the interior was in. I found a petrified cheeseburger in the way back and rotten Dunkin Donuts hashbrowns in the side door pocket. The cloth interior was just pain gross as was the food smeared plastic interior. Oh, and someone spilled something on the console between the second row seats and it had solidified. I actually poured boiling water in it to loosen the junk up. We have taken adventures to the beach and mountains, so the sand and mud was another contributor. It was embarrassing, but I took a deep breath and took it in. They never got to the exterior as the interior took four hours, and I had to leave to get my children. It looks like a brand new vehicle. I am beyond amazed at the quality of the work. Shawn also made me promise not to let it happen again. You can tell they really care about cars. He said it is way too nice a vehicle to let get that trashed! I agree. He was beyond fair with the price. I honestly expected to pay at least twice as much. Keep in mind that there isn't much around the shop, although you can wait in the small office on the couch and watch some shows with the guys. They are all really nice. I went to a local restaurant and had some lunch. There is also a library across the street that is open from 1 to 5, so that's a great choice. Next time, I'll make a plan to drop the car off and have someone pick me up for the day. I'll be taking it back in a couple of weeks to do the exterior, and I for sure will be taking it in every few months for detailing. It's awesome to have a spanking clean-like-new vehicle. It definitely can get packed (for vacuums) but the wait is never very long. As for the car wash, it does a great job! It's not touch less and they've got a lot of different car wash options. The staff is always professional as well. The washes themselves can be on the expensive side (maybe it's just me. $9 for a basic wash that's the lowest one. Highest is $22) however they've got a pretty awesome unlimited pass. I pay $20 a month and can go as often as I wish. If you aren't satisfied with the condition of your wash they'll rehash it for free. All in all nice place.

There were stains and odors everywhere and he removed the carpets to deep clean them. The seats had caked on layers of who knows what, but not anymore. I feel so relieved and on top of that, the cost was very affordable for the amount of work he put in. As for the photos- I did vacuum before I brought it in, but you can see the gunk on the seat and just how stained it is. I cannot express my gratitude enough. If they can take a mouse hotel like this and make it not smell- they can work wonders on your vehicle.
